Monday Night Brawl was live one night after Assault at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan. MNB General Manager Titan came out wearing a giant Kimono Robe after a video recap of Assault 2005 in New Orleans. Titan replayed the part where he interfered in the main event leading to the SIW World Champion Matt Uzi breaking Enigma’s neck. Titan was pleased with his work and said he earned every dime that Uzi paid him. Angelica then came out and demanded that Titan change his ways and apologize to Enigma and his family or she would leave him. He responded by pushing her to the ground and threw her out of the ring.

The first match was a Kendo Stick match between "The Weapon Of Crash Destruction" Kieran Dunbow and Jason Melrose. Dunbow got whipped in the eye early in the match but that didn’t stop him from dodging another Kendo Stick shot from Melrose and hitting him with an elbow to his jaw followed by a side slam. Dunbow ended the match after he whipped Melrose across his back several times with the stick until he drew blood. He pinned Melrose after delivering The Crash. As Dunbow celebrated in the ring, Aiden "Capital" Camichel rushed to ringside and nailed Dunbow in the back of his head with a steel pipe and then quickly disappeared through the crowd.

SIW Superhero, The Uncanny Inferno who returned at Assault the night before was in Japan and claimed that Jonathan Rico left the SIW after feeling the burn of the Inferno and Rico was the first of many evildoers to retreat from the SIW. He explained the reason he interfered in the match last night was because he is and always was the real #1 contender and that Ringo was the next to feel the burn and the next to fall to The Uncanny Inferno.

The Disco Duck and Phoenix Walken have had a Street Fight and a Kickboxing Match recently and the next tie breaker was scheduled for one fall and was a standard wrestling match. Cefalo who sported his new C-4 t-shirt was more aggressive than ever and eventually whipped Walken to the outside and kicked him down near the steel barricade. Walken missed a Flying Corkscrew Clothesline and Disco capitalized by executing the Disco Ball of Doom and pinned him to win the match.

Mike London was walking backstage and came face to face with Matt Uzi, Ramrock, Primetime, Ringo, Bernardo, his butler Wilfrid and Gabe Nelson his attorney. Uzi greeted him with a Japanese bow but then chopped him in the throat and threw him into a steel crate. Rated X beat the hell out of him and then Uzi locked in the Uzi Figure Four for a good five minutes until officials could break the hold. Matt Uzi warned him that next time he’ll break his legs. All this happen before London’s Submission Challenge.

Regina and H-Bomb were laughing at what Titan did to Angelica and then made fun of her show. They said that her show sucked so much they had to hand out free tickets. Angelica confronted them but they beat her down until Olivia came to the rescue. Angelica and Olivia pounded H and Regina until security separated them and escorted all four of them out of the building courtesy of Titan.

Terror Soule’s protégé, Josh Money took on former SIW North American Champion and former Carnage GM Mike London in a Submission Challenge. London’s left leg was in critical condition before the match thanks to Matt Uzi. Money noticed this right away and used it to his advantage. After nailing London with a knee breaker he locked him in a Texas Cloverleaf to win the Submission Challenge. Death Ryder came out and they had a few beers celebrating in the ring. Uzi and Rated X watched backstage and laughed their ass off.

Titan was getting fanned down by beautiful Japanese women in his office when a staff member told him his announcement was next. Titan came to ringside to a booing Japanese crowd. He then shocked the world when he brought back Mohamed Abdul Sheik and his servant Jaffar to the SIW. Mohamed thanked Titan for finding a way of getting him back into the United States and that he had a specific agenda to fulfill. The Authority Of Atlanta then appeared on the TrevorTron via satellite from Atlanta, Georgia and told him to shut it and no one actually cared that he’s back. Abdul then told Glenn Kirby that he didn’t forget about what happen at Unhallowed Desires and that revenge was upon him. His mission statement was to rid the world of American heroes.

Last night at Asault, Drako defeated Grunge to become the new SIW Hardcore Champion. As they talked things out on PPV, Renegade assaulted them and then beat them down with a ladder. Last night on Brawl, Drako put his new title on the line in a TLCC match. The Renegade body slammed him over the steel railing cracking his back and possibly fracturing Drako’s spine. Renegade then choked Drako with the chain and tied him by his neck to the railing. Later in the match, Renegade suplexed Drako through a table and then went for the Slam Jam DDT but then Grunge, Chastity, JaX and Metalgod rushed to ringside and Grunge closelined Renegade to the ground. JaX then executed the Damage Control and then Metalgod performed the God Bomb. Jax climbed a ladder and handed Drako the title. Ian Bishop ended up running to ringside chased the new union away with a barbed wire baseball bat and checked on The Renegade who stood up to his feet and vowed revenge.

”Red Hot” Rikki Cook was in a better mood than he was last night in New Orleans as he talked to some fine Japanese women backstage. He then got a phone call from Carnage Secretary Shelby Kirby. She told Rikki to get his ass to Washington D.C next Thursday for Carnage to have his meeting that he wanted with Carnage Interim General Manager Polar.

As the confetti and balloons fell for Matt Uzi celebration victory party, the SIW World Champion made his entrance in a long black stretch limo accompanied by Rated X members, his butler Wilfrid and his attorney Gabe Nelson. In a bad Japanese accent, Matt Uzi claimed to be the greatest SIW World champion of all time and then told everyone that he single handedly ended Enigma’s career. Uzi then branded Primetime, Ringo and Ramrock the next “Matt Uzi's” of the SIW but was soon cut off by VeX. The Silent Assassin bravely rushed to the ring but got beated down in no time. The CEO of the company then surprised everyone by coming out and introducing his new rehabilitated employees, The Corporate-4. Russel McPiledriverton, Jimmy Cefalo, Slick Willy and Andrew Seaman. The show ended as Trevor then booked the main event for SIW Meltdown on PPV. Matt Uzi will be putting his SIW World Championship on the line against Russel McPiledriverton in a Piledriver Match.
