The show starts with vice president Lynn Roberts introducing the next SIW hall of fame inductee. The fans give a standing ovation as the seven time women’s champion Xtina is called out. Not only will Xtina get inducted into the hall of fame at Wrestlefest but she will also have the opportunity to battle her nemesis Vixen for the SIW Lightweight championship in a last diva standing match. Vixen and Kevin Frost come out but not to congratulate Xtina but to antagonize and mock the seven time women’s champion. Xtina goes to slap Vixen after some derogatory comments from her opponent but Vixen moves and Kevin gets it in his face. A brawl breaks out between the two divas until security and officials break it up. sWerve is seen backstage watching the action on the monitor. Rumors are going around that he is obsessed with the current lightweight champion Vixen
Chris Macavedi and Ashton Daniels accompanied by Queen Heaven Lee put the world tag team championship on the line against C-Mac’s Wrestlefest opponent Ragin’ Craig and Metal-Mo accompanied by Jaffar & Doomina. Craig whips Ashton shoulder first into the ring post and he may have caused a fracture. C-Mac takes control of the match as he drops Craig with the Italian leg sweep and pins Mo using the KOD. After the match, Daniels is taken out on a stretcher and out of nowhere Craig attacks C-Mac from behind. Craig and C-Mac battle back and forth until officials intervene. Can Craig take the SIW North American championship away from C-Mac at Wrestlefest?
Monday Night Brawl General Manager Titan hypes the official “Titan Bikini Contest”
Trevor Derickson, SIW Champion Liana Lewes and Trevor Jr. are interviewed by Jessica White. Trevor says Ascended Supremacy did something last week that they will regret for the rest of their lives. Liana Lewis and Trevor will try to get even for Trevor Jr.’s kidnapping last week when they take on Jace Parker Davidson and Tara Michaels in tag team action in tonight’s main event
sWerve picks up an impressive win in a four way no holds barred money in the bank qualifying match against Vex, Gavin Payne& Metalgod. Metalgod gets a near fall after delivering the God Bomb to Payne but Vex breaks the count. sWerve pins Vex after striking him with a barbed wired 2 x 4. sWerve freaks everyone out as he pulls out a picture Vixen out of his pocket and licks it. He may be a strange individual but sWerve is going to Wrestlefest
Dark Tiger and Rose Bonaparte cut a promo with Jack Kent. Tiger admits it’s been a long road but Wrestlefest is the beginning of his path to the SIW championship. Rose says Wrestlefest is Tiger’s night and nobody will be able to stop him
As Vixen is getting ready for Titan’s Bikini Contest, we see sWerve hiding in a dark corner with an evil smile just watching the SIW Lightweight champion adjusting her attire
The Living Dead is stopped by Jessica White so she can ask about his money in the bank qualifying match against Marquis Laveaux from Ascended Supremacy. The Living Dead doesn’t have much to says besides Marquis will be introduced to true darkness tonight when they meet in the ring. Out of nowhere, Jace and Marquis assault the former SIW Champion. Jessica calls for help but it’s too late as the damage has already been done
Titan comes out to host his bikini contest involving the most beautiful divas in the world Xtina, Tara Michaels, Vixen Foxx, Queen Heaven Lee & Doomina. Titan is drooling as he watches the divas do their thing. It’s clear Vixen and Xtina are the two favorites. Vixen edges Xtina by the fans cheers as she takes off her top and struts in her under garments. Xtina doesn’t appear to be upset and points to Vixen championship and then points to the Wrestlefest sign up in the rafters
Wrestlefest 2009 will be held live from the most famous arena in the world Madison Square Garden in New York City. This sports entertainment spectacle happens only once a year and will include all the top SIW superstars
Marquis Laveaux battles The Living Dead in the next money in the bank qualifying match. The match is so brutal TLD gets busted open at the top of his eye and bleeds all over the ring. Jace Parker Davidson knocks out the referee and they assault TLD in the middle of the ring. C-Mac decides to help but he’s attack from behind by Ragin’ Craig and they battle into the crowd. Laveaux picks up the win after delivering the dark side of the moon. Marquis and Jace celebrate as Marquis pulls out a ladder and climbs to the top and raises his arms in victory

JaeVeli & C-Mac defeated Metalgod & Renegade to retain the World Tag Team Championship
Titan informs Jace and Marquis that at Lynn’s request, they will be involved in a handicap match next week against Jaffar, Vex & Gavin Payne. If everyone remembers, it was an assault by Ascended Supremacy that put Lynn on the sidelines last year on Friday Night Carnage
Before the main event is announced, Titan makes it clear that everyone is banned from ringside for the next match. Trevor Derickson and SIW Champion Liana Lewis take on Jace Parker Davidson and Tara Michaels in tag team action. Liana and Jace start the match but the champion is double teamed by her opponents. Trevor jumps on Jace’s back and gouges his eyes. Jace slams Trevor into the turnbuckles. Tara strikes Liana with a flying clothesline and covers but the champion kicks out. Tara nails Trevor with a knee to his face and stomps him in the corner as Jace puts Liana away with the Twisted Reality. Jace and Tara take the win and leave ringside as C-Mac, Heaven and The Living Dead come running out as the show ends
