Natedawg comes out to start things off and tells the crowd not to look so surprised not to see the SIW Kings or Ascended Supremacy. Nate says Monday Night Brawl has been a piece of crap since he left the company but starting tonight things are going to change. SIW Kings come out and interrupt the former SIW Champion. Nate laughs at the fact that Liana is champion and C-Mac is still kissing Trevor’s ass. Trevor is wearing a neck brace and stops C-Mac and Liana from going to the ring. Trevor says he has no time to deal with a punk like Natedawg. Trevor orders Titan to make Natedawg’s life a living hell. Titan announces a blockbuster confrontation between Natedawg and Chris Macavedi in a falls count anywhere match next week on MNB
Doomina takes on Queen Heaven Lee in the first match of the night. C-Mac and Craig are at ringside in their ladies’ corner. Doomina drop kicks Heaven to the outside and she lands on C-Mac. As the North American champion checks on his fiancé, Craig strikes him with a running knee to the back of his head. C-Mac kicks Craig in the groin and delivers an Italian leg sweep. Back in the ring Heaven pins Doomina after executing the Heavencanrana. C-Mac raises her arm in victory but all of a sudden Craig strikes C-Mac with a Gore and leaves ringside with Doomina
After a short break, Jimmy Hayden announces that the SIW North American title match between C-Mac and Craig will be a dangerous Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match. It is a roofed cage with weapons chained to the walls. The only way to win is by pin fall or submission
C-Mac thanks Titan for sanctioning that stipulatio for Wrestlefest but questions Titan's match he made for next week. Titan reminds him that there are no rules in a falls count anywhere match. Titan also suggests that he can have some "friends" at ringside if he wishes
SIW Vice President Lynn Roberts comes out to announce the next hall of fame inductee but to her surprise out comes Ascended Supremacy. Jace tells her that they took her out once and they can do it again. Marquis takes the mic and asks Lynn what is their reward after they annihilate her three opponents tonight. Lynn tells them they get to keep their jobs. Out of nowhere Jace levels her with a clothesline and Marquis powerbombs her off the stage. Jace tells the SIW Kings they don’t care for authority and says this is what happens when you get into Ascended Supremacy’s business
Metal-Mo and Metalgod come out for their triple threat MITB qualifying match. Trevor Derickson comes out and announces the newest member of the SIW Kings and C-Mac’s new world tag team champion partner. The fans are shocked as Sonny Smith makes his SIW return and successfully defeats his opponents to earn a spot at Wrestlefest. Natedawg appears from the crowd and attacks him from behind but seconds later C-Mac & Liana come out. The odds are against Nate until Maurice Bad clears the ring swinging a folded steel chair. Nate offers him a handshake but Bad shocks everyone as he responds with a chair shot to his skull
The Living Dead has announced that he will retire at Wrestlefest and challenges anyone that think they can beat him on the biggest stage in the business. To everyone’s surprise TLD’s former tag team partner Brandon Gateman comes out and accepts the challenge. Gateman says he knows TLD more than everyone else and that includes his weaknesses. Future hall of famer Grunge comes out accompanied by C.R. Roberts and accuses Gateman of stealing his spotlight. Grunge says he wanted the match with The Living Dead. Titan comes out and calls them both idiots. Titan says Grunge and Gateman will fight next week to determine The Living Dead’s opponent at Wrestlefest
Jack Kent asks Maurice Bad and explanation for his actions and Bad implies that he was just making sure Natedawg has not gone soft over the years. Bad tells Natedawg to make sure he is ready for the fight of his life at Wrestlefest
The next match is a triple threat intergender tag team match between sWerve & future hall of famer Xtina, SIW Lightweight champion Vixen Foxx & Kevin Frost and the team of Dark Tiger & Rose Bonaparte. sWerve continues his disturbing behavior as he takes pictures of Vixen with his digital camera which she smashes to pieces. Late in the match Tiger is battling Frost on the outside as Vixen has Rose Bonapart defeated after executing the fall from grace but out of nowhere sWerve pulls her out of the ring letting Xtina cover for the victory. After the match Xtina and Vixen get into an argument but sWerve separates the divas and passionately kisses Vixen leaving his red makeup all over her face
Wrestlefest 2009 will be held live from the most famous arena in the world Madison Square Garden in New York City. This sports entertainment spectacle happens only once a year and will include all the top SIW superstars
Jessica White interviews the new an improved SIW Kings. Sonny Smith and C-Mac are reunited as world tag team champions. With Liana, TLD also on the team and Trevor in charge they seem to be unstoppable. Trevor tells Jessica and the fans that they do not want to miss tonight’s main event

Natedawg refuses stitches backstage and looks like he’s ready to kill somebody. Natedawg says all Maurice did tonight was add to his intensity which will mean bad news for him at Wrestlefest. Natedawg says he will take it out on that little brownnoser C-Mac next week on MNB
Jimmy Hayden and Mike “The Mic’ inform us that Lynn Roberts is in stable condition. Ascended Supremacy is expected to be fined for their actions against the vice president
Jace Parker Davidson and Marquis Laveaux takes on Gavin Payne, Vex and Jaffar in a 3 on 2 handicap match. It hardly seems like a handicap match as Ascended Supremacy take control and pick up the huge win. Tjhey clothesline the psychotic Vex out of the ring and Jace pins Jaffar after delivering the twisted reality and Laveaux pins Payne at the same time after executing the dark side of the moon.
After the match, Titan comes out with Trevor and the SIW Kings as he announces another handicap match. It is C-Mac, Liana, TLD and Sonny taking on Jace and Marquis in a 4 on 2. This time the odds are too much for Ascended Supremacy. Marquis is taken down by C-Mac and they battle back and forth in the corner until Sonny and TLD jump in. Trevor gets on the apron and yells at Jace and Liana levels him with a low blow from behind and pins him to steal the win. The SIW Kings celebrate as the show ends. Will Liana be able to pin Jace at Wrestlefest on her own?
