Just one night after Wrestlefest, Monday Night Brawl was live from the Coleman Coliseum, home of the Alabama Crimson Tides. After a video recap of the pay per view, TJD and Liana Lewis come out at the beginning of the show with their arms around each other. The fans start booing and chanting “slut”. TJD tells them to shut up and to show some respect to his million dollar princess. Liana said after spending a long night discussing it, she and TJD agreed on a contract and she will be signing it next week on Brawl. Before leaving the ring, TJD warned Affirmative Action that he had just purchased an insurance policy for their handicap match and reminded them that nobody lays a finger on the Princess.
The first match was between the German tough guy Dean Buzz who was accompanied by Heidi and the current SIW Hardcore Champion A.B.A in a non title match. A.B.A had a brutal match last night at Wrestlefest and was badly bruised and stitched up. Dean Buzz whipped A.B.A into the security wall and then busted the wound on his head wide open with a steel chair. Dean Buzz went for a cover and A.B.A kicks out. Heidi ordered Buzz to smack the chair on his skull several times again and then Buzz pinned a bloody A.B.A to get the upset win in his televised debut. After the match, Dean Buzz told A.B.A the next time the title will be on the line because he is taking it from him. A.B.A is expected to miss fourteen days.
During SIW Unlimited, Dean Buzz walks into Greg Banks office and demands a shot at A.B.A title. Banks tells him if he can defeat Malachi next week he will grant him a shot at the SIW Hardcore championship.
The next match was the handicap match between “The Aerial Goddess” Liana Lewis against the SIW World Tag Team Champions. Natedawg started the match against her and bodyslammed her. Lewis goes to the outside and kept crawling out of the ring each time Nate got some offence. Maurice Bad applies the Bad Lock in the middle of the ring and Lewis is in pain. Then all of a sudden out comes the New Born Killers Zach Blain & Mike London. Blain kicks Bad in the back of his head while London attacks Natedawg and the referee calls the match a DQ in A.A’s favor. TJD comes out and orders Blain to hit Bad with the Punishment Driver and London to put out Nate with the Spinal Trauma. Killa Red comes out but he’s beaten down by NBK and Liana then delivers Liana’s Flow. TJD, Liana & NBK celebrate after laying out the World Tag Team Champions.
A video package is aired for Brawl’s newest diva. She calls herself Scratch Cat and this talented diva from Dublin, Ireland will make her debut next week against Regina Todd in singles competition.
Next match was a triple threat match between Gavin Payne and two competitors that fought to a double DQ at Wrestlefest, Grunge and Drako. Grunge and Drako double teamed Payne and launched him over the top rope and into the Spanish table. Drako and Grunge simply continue their fight from the night before. Grunge whips Drako to the ropes but misses a clothesline and get hits with the Conservative slam. Drako goes for a cover but Grunge kicks out. Grunge busts Drako open after pummeling him on the outside. They attack Payne together again to keep him down. The match ended when Drako countered from the Grunganator into a back body drop and then Drako hit the The Filibuster and pins Grunge. After the match, Drako told Grunge he can go to hell and that the world just found out he’s the better man.
Carnage Playback - For those that missed last week's Carnage on TNT.
After a commercial break, Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden announce that Tony “The Bull” Viction was detained at the airport after security found some steroids in his luggage. SIW Champion Chris Macavedi might have to take on NBK on his own during the main event.
Greg Banks made his way to the ring and the fans cheered him for once in his life. Banks said that last night, TJD and Liana Lewis wanted to screw Xtina of the SIW Women’s Championship and as general manager of Brawl he took matters into his own hands at Wrestlefest. Banks said that as promised he was going to fire Soren and then called him out. There was a mix of boos and cheers as Soren came out. Banks told Soren that he’s failed every chance at getting the SIW European Championship back and he left him no choice but to take drastic measures and get rid of any weak links on his brand. Banks said Soren was a weak link and then publicly fired him. Soren spits in his face and then walks away giving the SIW fans the finger as they start a “Soren Sucks” chant. Banks looses his smile when TJD and Liana Lewis come to the ring. Liana whispers something in TJD’s ear and then the CEO drops a bombshell. TJD said that since Banks was in a firing mood we should have another firing. TJD then told Banks to grab the next flight out of Alabama with Soren because he was also fired. TJD and Liana announce that from now on they will be in charge of Monday Night Brawl. Banks begged not to get fired but from behind Liana hits a low blow.
Killa Red took on the 2006 money in the bank winner Glenn Kirby in the next match. Glenn Kirby who was accompanied by Erin held his briefcase and cut a promo on which champion he is planning on challenging, Chris Macavedi or Angel, the same Angel that beat him last year at the upcoming pay per view called Full Force. Kirby said that he hasn’t decided because he’s been distracted with this match against Killa Red. The A.O.A continues to diss Killa with a rap but then Killa attacks and the match in started. Killa Red looked impressive against the veteran in his televised debut match especially when he avoided the Thug Bug and hit the A.O.A with a shoulder block which knocked him to the outside. Killa Red whipped Kirby into the steel steps which opened the gash on his arm which he received from the night before. To make matters worse Kirby pulled his knee and Killa Red kicked it several times and then got in the ring to win by count out. Erin was unable to get him back in the ring and eventually signaled for paramedics.
During SIW Unlimited, doctors were checking on 2006 money in the bank winner Glenn Kirby. They said the injury is not as serious as last time and Kirby will have to rest his knee for at least seven days. Erin told him she would get TJD and Liana to book a rematch against Killa Red next week.
Jack Kent interviewed Xtina, Alora and Hanna Parks before their next match against Shane, Lolita, Regina & Venus. Lolita was released over the week end due to a contract breach which made the handicap match a standard six diva tag team elimination. Xtina said that her team was the better team because none of the other divas have won the women’s title and between her and Hannah they have three championships. Xtina said Shane is an excellent next challenger but she has a lot to prove. Of course the big topic was Alora’s actions last night at Wrestlefest. Alora said she was sick and tired of the immaturity of both Chris Macavedi and Armani Stylez so she decided to go on her own.
Six diva tag team elimination was next. First diva to get eliminated was Regina Todd after Xtina hit her with the Goodie Kick and pinned her. Match continues three on two until Venus counters a suplex and then pins Alora after delivering the Divine Smite. Soon later, Hannah hits Venus with an inverted neck breaker and then pinned her after executing the Starr Dogg off the top rope. Shane the#1 contender for the SIW Women’s title in on her own against Xtina and Hannah but Venus stays around the ring. Xtina has Shane in a sharpshooter and Venus pushes the bottom rope so Shane can reach and break the maneuver. Hannah is tagged in and goes for a cover after a spine buster but Venus jumps on the apron to distract the referee. Venus is told to get back to the locker room area. Shane rolls up Hannah for apin but she kicks out. Hannah jumps over Shane as she is whipped to the ropes and tags in Xtina. The champ hit Shane with the Goodie Kick and pins her to win the match. Xtina and Hannah Parks called out Alora and celebrated their win after it was all said and done.
Full Force will be live from Chicago, Illinois April 30, 2006. Don’t miss all your favorite Monday Night Brawl superstars live on pay per view. .
On June 7, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic show will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage
TJD and Liana Lewis appeared on the Trevortron looking very comfortable in the corporate office. TJD said that next week on Brawl, he will let Liana Lewis chose the first draft choice from Carnage.
SIW Champion Chris Macavedi came out accompanied by Vince Aprali. C-Mac held a victory speech and showed footage of his match with Stylez on the Trevortron before his match. He also acknowledged what happened at Wrestlefest and said it was a shame. C-Mac said he made Alora’s career and is curious to see how far she will go on her own with Randall managing her. NBK cut his speech short as they rushed to the ring and double teamed the SIW Champion. London and Blain beat down C-Mac in the corner but then all of a sudden Armani Stylez runs out and it looks like a three on one. Stylez entered the ring and then shocked everyone when he hit London with the spinning pimp slap and then threw Blain out of the ring with a clothesline. In a turn of events, Stylez took Viction’s place as C-Mac’s partner. London and C-Mac were fighting as the legal competitors in the ring. Stylez and Blain engaged in a fist fight on the outside and then Blain jumps off the commentary table and delivers a flying body press but Armani moves and Blain hits the ring post. From the crowd, the SIW World Tag Team champions invaded the ringside area and assaulted Blain. Stylez gets involved and whips Natedawg into the security wall but Bad jumps him from behind. The referee gets the competitors back in the ring but didn’t see the assault on them. The match ended when Natedawg tripped London coming off the ropes, C-Mac hooks the leg and Natedawg grabs the other without the referee seeing and C-Mac gets the pin . Nate gets in the ring, C-Mac attacks Natedawg while Stylez attacks Bad. London and Blain jump in also and it’s a three team war in the middle of the ring.
As the teams beat the hell out of each other, TJD and Liana come out and tell them to stop the chaos and listen to what he has to say. TJD said watching them kick the crap out of each other gave him an idea for a match. Next week on Brawl, were going to see a triple threat steel cage tag team match for the SIW World Tag Team Championship. It will be, C-Mac & Stylez, against Affirmative Action and New Born Killers.
