The show starts live from the Philips Arena, hometown of Hardcore/World Tag Team Champion JaeVeli and the first lady of the SIW Liana Lewis. World Tag Team Champions Cartel come to ringside accompanied by Heaven Lee and another diva that JaeVeli introduces as Alizé. JaeVeli and C-Mac tell Metalgod and Renegade they made a big mistake last week by attacking them with barbed wired 2 x 4’s but tonight they will get even in the ambulance tag team match. Heaven hypes her match with Liana Lewis as they team up to battle SIW Women’s champion Xtina and Jill. Alizé has some harsh words for the women’s champion and threatens to end her title reign as soon as possible
Glen Hendricks makes his Monday Night Brawl debut in his hometown against Chris Hall in the first match of the night. Hendricks comes from a rich family and likes to show off his wealth Hendricks is impressive in his debut and gives Hall little chance to get some offence. Hendricks delivers the Millionaire’s Way and pins Hall to take the win.
General manager Titan is in his office and quickly puts a piece of paper in his pocket as Xtina and Jill walk in. Titan says he knows they have a match at Full Force but tonight, they must work as a team if they want to defeat Liana and Heaven who cheated last week to get a win over the champ. Titan asks them to take it easy on Heaven because Liana is the bad one, Xtina is disgusted and slaps him complaining about his relationship with Heaven. Jill tells Titan he can count on her to give Liana the beating of her life in her hometown. As the divas head to their locker room, Titan pulls out a piece of paper from his pocket. It’s Heaven Lee’s new cell number
Knux welcomes everyone to his show the Heavy Metal Café and he holds the second Sheik Clutch challenge with a very special guest. Jaffar tells Knux that there is not one American good enough to break out of the submission move. Knux says he may be right but his special guest is not American, he’s a Canadian. The crowd is on their feet as “The Incredible” Ian Bishop comes out to a standing ovation. Mo immediately applies the Sheik Clutch and Bishop struggles but fights with everything he has and is about to break the move but out of nowhere Jaffar hits Bishop with a low blow. Jaffar and Mo assault Bishop until Knux smashes their heads together and throw them thru the show sign. Knux sets up a table and Bishop delivers The Cyclone to Mo thru the table
Last week, NuTz and SIW European Champion Matt Lucifer got into an altercation which lead to this non title match tonight. Lucifer has recently accused NuTz of taking performance enhancing drugs. The match becomes a street fight and the referee is not able to get them back in the ring. The angry official decides to count them both out. Titan comes out and says that next week; they will have a rematch in a no holds barred match. If NuTz can get a win, he will get a European title shot at Full Force live on pay per view

Heavyweight Champion Maurice Bad cuts a promo with Jack Kent and is rudely interrupted by SIW champion Drako who is now part of the Carnage brand since getting drafted last Friday. Drako and Bad get into a stare down until Metalgod and the Renegade appear and tell them to get a room. Drako and Bad turn their attention to the hardcore team but out of nowhere, the Cartel attacks Renegade and Metalgod and assault them backstage until security breaks it up. Maurice Bad and C-Mac exchange a few words but nothing happens

Liana Lewis gets a nice ovation from her hometown crowd as she makes her entrance to team up with Heaven Lee as they take on SIW Women’s Champion Xtina and Jill . Xtina attacks Heaven to start the match and vicious whips her around the ring by her hair and then drops her with a running bulldog. Xtina whips her to the corner and goes to deliver a clothesline but Heaven moves and tags in Liana. Liana gets a near fall after delivering a hurricanrana to Xtina but the champ kicks out. Liana opens up the wound on Xtina’s head from Wrestlefest and keeps punching it. Liana charges Xtina in the corner but she kicks her in theface and goes to tag in Jill but her partner is not on the apron. Jill waves goodbye to a bloody Xtina as shewalks away backstage. Xtina is left alone and double teamed by Liana and Heaven. Liana delivers Liana’s Flow and pins Xtina to get the huge win in her hometown. After the match, Liana and Heaven celebrate in the ring
On July 11, 2007, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage
Katie Mysfit is in the ring to announce the second Monday Night Brawl draft choice. The fans are surprised as “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi is introduced and makes his way to the ring. After a Brawl welcoming hug from Katie, Uzi announces that Duane Doogan is probably the toughest son of a bitch he has ever fought in a squared circle. Uzi says he has learned to respect him but the fact remains that he had him beat at Wrestlefest until he conspired with Angel to screw his big moment and the SIW fans know it. Uzi says that being back on Brawl aka as The Matt Uzi show is a new beginning and a new challenge
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
The World Tag Team Championship is on the line in an ambulance tag team match as Metalgod and Renegade take on The Cartel. C-Mac and hometown boy JaeVeli come out with baseball bats and give Metalgod and Renegade a taste of their own medicine. After getting hit in the jaw by C-Mac’s bat, Metalgod smiles with a bloody mouth. Jae pulls out a ladder from under the ring but from behind Renegade uses the steel steps and hits Jae in his spine. Renegade drags Jae up the ramp all the way up to the ambulance but C-Mac runs up and a fist fight breaks out between C-Mac and the DOH. C-Mac places Renegade’s head on the side of the truck and slams the door on his several times until Metalgod attacks him with one of the bats but misses completely and smashes the side window of the ambulance. C-Mac takes Metalgod’s head and slams it thru the other window. Renegade charges JaeVeli with a chair but the hardcore champion hits the chair with the Reality Check and the chair hits Renegade in his face. The Cartel shoves Metalgod and Renegade in the back of the ambulance and retain the world tag team championship
The Trevortron airs footage of the SIW UK Tour 2007. Brawl invades London on April 23 and Carnage will entertain the fans of Sheffield on April 27. The Full Force pay per view will be held in Manchester on April 29
While Heaven Lee tries to convince Titan that Xtina is just using him to further his career, road agents and several other officials struggle in the parking lot to keep a brawl between Xtina and Jill under control
Jack Kent gets a few words from Ian Bishop who announces that he's officialy back in th SIW part of the Brawl brand. He met up with Titan and others to sign a contract during Wrestlefest weekend. Bishop alsoannounces that titan has sanctioned a submission challenge next week between himself and Mo. Kent asks Bishop to predict a winner in the main event and Bishop responds that he could defeat them both
The Champion vs Champion Match is next as SIW Champion Drako from Carnage and Heavyweight Champion Maurice Bad from Brawl battle to become the champion of champions. Drako and Bad put on an intense back and forth match. Bad gets a near fall after delivering a fisherman suplex but Drako kicks out. Drako goes for the Last In Line but Bad counters and throws him into the turnbuckles and then delivers a triple german suplex. Drako is down and Bad covers but the SIW Champion puts his foot on the bottom rope to break the count. The match continues and out of nowhere Drako hits the Drako Kick and both competitors are down and hurt. Drako reaches over and covers Bad but the Heavyweight champion kicks out. Unfortunately this exciting match ends in a no contest as The Cartel destroy both competitors. The Cartel accompanied by Alizé announce that they own Brawl and they just proved it tonight by defeating the so called “hardcore legends” and destroying both the SIW champion and Heavyweight champion
