Monday Night Brawl was live from Lousville, Kentucky. TJD and Liana Lewis come out to ringside to introduce the first draft pick from Carnage. Liana Lewis announced that Armani Stylez is now part of the Brawl brand. Stylez comes out and said he’s happy to be away from Titan. Stylez joked that he’s been spending more time on Brawl than Carnage anyway. SIW Champion C-Mac and Vince Aprali come out and welcome Stylez to the brand. Vince said he was wroking on finding out who knocked him senseless at Carnage during his match against Metalgod. TJD and Liana leave the ring and then out of nowhere, NBK come out from the crowd and assault Stylez and the SIW Champion. As they rumble in the ring, SIW World Tag Team Champions Natedawg and Maurice Bad rush out and hell breaks loose in the ring. Security and road agents rushed out to break it up. Later in the night, the three teams compete in a triple threat tag team cage match for the World Tag Team championship.
German tough guy Dean Buzz took on Malachi in the first match. The winner gets a shot at A.B.A’s SIW Hardcore Championship next week on Brawl. It was reported that Venus was involved in a shooting incident and will not be in Malachi’s corner and will be replaced in the diva tag team match. Malachi busted his opponent wide open after hitting his skull with the ring bell. Malachi goes for a cover but Heidi pulls him off. Malachi chases her around the ring but as he gets around a corner, Buzz levels him with a devastating clothesline and then sets him up for a power bomb on the security wall but Malachi counters with a school boy. Heidi breaks the count. Malachi hits Dean with a DDT on the ring bell and pinned him to win the match. After the match, Malachi cut a promo against A.B.A but then the battle between him and Buzz was far from over. Malachi and Buzz fought all over the arena until security was able to break them apart.
During SIW Unlimited, Dean Buzz asks TJD and Liana for a rematch. TJD told him that he will think about it. Liana then announced that Alora Wright will replace Venus and compete in the diva tag team match instead of officiating.
The next match was the diva tag team match between Hannah Parks & SIW Women’s Champion Xtina against Shane and Alora Wright. The Women’s champion was clearly the fan favorite and her winning streak continued on Brawl after nailing Shane with the Goodie Kick and pinned her to win the match. After the match, Shane and Alora used a folded steel chairs and leveled both Hannah and Xtina in the middle of the ring. Shane told Xtina that she is not a failure like Liana Lewis and she will kick her ass at Full Force and take that Women’s championship away from her. Alora and Shane got booed big time as they left ringside.
After a short break, Liana had a bitch fit backstage over Shane's comments. Liana says she will pay and then books herself against Shane next week for her title shot at Full Force.
New Born Killers cut a promo. They claim to be the future of tag team wrestling and the future of Monday Night Brawl. They guarantee victory over Affirmative Action and the dysfunctional team of C-Mac & Stylez to win the World Tag Team championship.
Carnage Playback - For those that missed last week's Carnage on TNT.
Former SIW Champion Grunge is interviewed by Jack Kent. Grunge grabs the mic and throws Kent to the ground. Grunge said that he's been screwed ever since he lost the SIW Championship. Grunge expressed interest in getting drafted to Carnage and said that Trevor and Liana can kiss his ass. Grunge trashed the studio and then headed to the parking lot and left the arena.
TJD and Liana are in the corporate lounge watching a cam shot of Basic Instinct 2 that they downloaded illegally. SIW Champion C-Mac and Vince Aprali knock and walk in. C-Mac questioned the rumors that Titan was thinking of drafting him. Trevor and Liana both agreed Chris Mac has been doing great on Brawl and will be hoping to keep him on the #1 show. Chris Mac, hands Trevor a yellow envelope which contains a large sum of money. C-Mac thanks them for drafting Stylez and tells them in the envelope there are other big names he would love to see on Brawl, and the money is a little congratulations present for doing a great job lately. Liana and TJD both look at the names in shock as Chris and Vince thanks them again and walks out.
After a commercial break, Glenn Kirby took on Killa Red in a rematch from last week. Kirby seemed to be a hundred percent this week but problems continued. Kirby misses a Thug Bug and Killa hits a round house to the A.O.A’s head. Killa covers but Kirby kicks out. Killa keeps on the offence but after he missed a huge elbow drop off the top rope, Kirby was in charge and eventually won the match after hitting the Thug Bug and pinned him with a handful of tights. After the match, Glenn Kirby and Erin celebrated but Killa Red was unhappy with the results. Red called him the 2006 money in the bank cheater and demanded for a rematch with the briefcase on the line. Kirby accepted and told him after their tie breaker next week, there will be no more rematches.

The next segment was Drako’s Office featuring Liana Lewis’s contract signing. Drako called out the CEO and his Princess to the ring. Drako said that Banks firing was a step in the right direction and trust TJD to be fair in 2006. The fans started booing Liana Lewis as she signed her contract. Drako peaked at the numbers and his jaw dropped. Drako said that he was wrong about TJD and Liana and asked them to disclose the amount to the fans and the rest of the locker room. TJD said it was none of anybody’s business how much Liana Lewis makes in salary. Drako accused them of destroying the company with their corruption and greed. TJD and Liana Lewis distract Drako until “The King Of The South” Murdoc attacked him from behind put him through his desk with an inverted death valley driver he calls the South Driver. TJD shakes Murdoc’s hand and congratulates him on a job well done.
On June 7, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic show will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage
Katie Mysfit announced that former SIW Lightweight Champion Summer Andrews has been negotiating a new contract with TJD Enterprises. Summer Andrews has trained many great SIW divas such as her sister Alex Andrews, Hannah Parks and Angelica Hunt.
The main event was the triple threat tag team cage match for the SIW World Tag Team championship on the line between C-Mac & Stylez, Affirmative Action and New Born Killers. With all six competitors in the ring at once, the match turned into a bloodshed. London was whipped face first in the cage by the SIW champion and sliced his cheek on the steel. Natedawg was about to climb out but London is right behind him and executed the Spinal Trauma off the top of the cage. Both men are extremely hurt as the fans chant “holy shit”. With C-Mac in the Bad Lock and nowhere to go, Blain continues to work on Nate. In the meantime, Stylez is taking the smart road, goes to walk out the door but then the same masked person runs out and slams the door in his face. Stylez is busted open. London put his arm over him for a cover, Stylez kicks out. C-Mac is limping but manages to hit Blain with the Kiss Of Death Dominator and pins him to win the match. Paramedics are in the ring as C-Mac and Stylez are declared the new champions. The masked person then takes off the mask and reveals herself as Alora Wright. She gives them both the middle finger and tells Stylez her got what he deserved as did C-Mac when she paralyzed him with a kick to the family jewels at Wrestlefest.
