The program starts with general manager Titan and Chris Macavedi arguing. Titan says while Trevor is gone he is in charge of SIW programming. C-Mac is not impressed with his match against Natedawg at Full Force especially the stipulation. Titan makes a deal with him. Instead of having another no holds barred match, a poll will be added to the SIW website and the fans will decide the match stipulation. Out of nowhere SIW Lightweight champion Vixen Foxx tells Titan about the damage sWerve did to Kevin Frost and demands justice. Titan says he will deal with it only if she shows him her breasts. Vixen and C-Mac give him a weird look but fortunately he was just joking. Titan tells Vixen there is only one way to deal with sWerve and that is to kick his ass.
JD Extreme and Zach Blain battle in the opening match of the night and deliver a very entertaining back and forth confrontation. They battle up the ramp where JD counters an irish whip and sends Blain rib first into his own limo. The referee gets both participants back in the ring where Blain takes control of the match after delivering the 360 scrapbuster slam. Blain covers but JD surprises him with a kick out just before three. Frustration sets in for the wealthiest athlete in the world as JD hits him with a corkscrew moonsault. Blain charges his opponent and spears JD in the corner turnbuckles. Blain goes to the other side and tries for a corner splash but JD moves and delivers a DDT. JD Xtreme gets the fans on their feet as he puts Blain away with the Adrenalin Rush. JD Extreme gets a huge pop from the crowd as he leaves in Blain’s limo ordering the driver to leave the arena.
Ryan Rizla gets a mixed reaction from the fans as he cuts a promo with Jessica White. The confident newcomer says Marquis is probably the unluckiest superstar in the SIW at the moment. Rizla says unfortunately for Marquis, he rolled odds at Wrestlefest, he made the wrong move and he suffered the consequences. Rizla predicts Marquis’ bad luck will continue tonight in their match and reminds the fans and Marquis that he has something he wants.
Natedawg takes on the “god of extreme” Metalgod in the next match. Natedawg picks up the win by pin fall after delivering the Gangstanator. Unfortunately for Nate, C-Mac sneaks up from behind after the match and lays him out with the KOD. C-Mac shoves the NA title in his face and tells him that he will never take it and he will never beat him at Full Force. The fans boo as C-Mac poses in the middle of the ring with the NA title.
After a short break, Titan is shown on the Trevortron as he talks to SIW Hall of Famer “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi on the phone. Titan tells his good friend that a lot of superstars have accepted his challenge. Titan tells him to call him back after the show so they can discuss the possibilities.
SIW Lightweight champion Vixen Foxx is without Kevin Frost as she puts the title on the line in a triple threat against her personal stalker sWerve and Jaffar. Vixen offers to give sWerve the championship but as he puts his hand on is she decks him with a hard elbow to his face and he falls to the canvas. Jaffar attacks Vixen from behind and locks her in a cobra clutch. sWerve gets upset as he see Jaffar on Vixen. sWerve pulls him by his hair and drops him with the Clowning Around. sWerve covers but Vixen pulls him out of the ring and coves Jaffar to steal the win. After the match, sWerve and Vixen get into a stare down and sWerve shocks everyone as he drops to one knee and proposes marriage to Vixen. The champion laughs but sWerve proposes the mother of all matches. If he can beat her for the SIW Lightweight championship at Full Force, then she has no choice but to accept. She shakes his hand and says she is confident enough that she will kicks his ass once and for all for ruining her personal life.

SIW Champion Jace Parker Davidson and Tara Michaels hype their tag team match against C-Mac and Queen Heaven Lee. Jace claims to be a million times better than C-Mac and Tara is the true Queen of the SIW.
On April 26, 2009, SIW presents Full Force live from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina
Ryan Rizla is attacked by money in the bank winner Marquis Laveaux during his entrance and a war breaks out between the competitors. They battle on the entrance ramp until the referee can get them in the ring to officially get things underway. Laveaux gets a near fall after delivering a Spinning Heel Kick but Rizla kicks out at two. Laveaux sets him up for his tornado DDT but Rizla counters into a back body drop and calls for his finisher. Rizla locks in Laveaux in the Wrong Move and the current briefcase holder struggles until Tara Michaels comes out and distracts Rizla with her outstanding body. Rizla turns his attention to her and Marquis rolls him up from behind only to get a two count. Tara slides in the breifcase and Marquis levels Rizla and knocks him out. Rizla gets the DQ win but the damage has been done at the hands of Ascended Supremacy. Marquis tells Rizla he doesn’t know who he is dealing with and things will only get worse if he ever sticks his nose in his business again. Titan comes out once again and says this thing between him and Rizla is far from over. At Full Force, he will be forced to put the briefcase on the line against none other than Ryan Rizla.

C-Mac tells Kent to mind his own business and that C-Mac has everything under control. Will Sonny Smith be cleared to wrestle when Titan decides to book the match?
Jace Parker Davidson and Tara Michaels take on Chris Macavedi and Queen Heaven Lee in the main event. Tara and Heaven lock up to get the match started and Tara throws her in the corner and levels her with a knee to them midsection. Jace is tagged in but before he can get his hands on Heaven she jumps to tag in C-Mac. The NA champ levels Jace with a clothesline and hits him with lefts and rights on the mat.
