SIW CEO Trevor Derickson comes out at the beginning of the show and says as promised he will announce who will be Jace Parker Davidson’s opponent at Full Force for the SIW Championship. Trevor says it won’t be him that decides. It will be each an every SIW fan that will decide by voting. It can be any superstar on the active roster. As for a new general manager, Trevor says he is down to three candidates and will make a decision during Full Force weekend. Jace comes out and says it’s BS that he has no knowledge about who his opponent is. Trevor tells him that if he is a true champion, then he will be ready for any obstacles thrown at him and that’s what he expects in the company’s champion
Elliot Star capitalizes on a huge opportunity the undefeated SIW superstar pins Mohamed to win the EBW Championship. EBW founder Grunge shakes his hand and says he is proud that he wears the title and not Mohamed. Natedawg who is technically the last EBW champion tells Star that if he wanted the title he would just take it but he has bigger fish to fry like the SIW North American championship

Jack Kent interviews SIW North American champion Chris Macavedi and Sonny Smith who are pumped up for their match against Ascended Surpemacy. They will be lead to the ring by Queen Heaven Lee while their opponents with have Tara Michaels in their corner. The fans give homestate hero C-Mac a standing ovation as he hypes his match with Natedawg this Sunday. C-Mac tells Nate he better pray to god the rest of this week that he makes it out Full Force in stable condition. Smith says AS tried to take him out but they failed miserably. Smith says the Kings will prevail as usual
Kevin Coben makes his SIW debut in a match against the god of extreme. Things didn’t turn out as he would like as Elliot Star takes them both out with the EBW Championship. The match is called a double DQ and the conceited new EBW Champion welcomes Coben to the SIW and says he looks forward to meeting him in the ring this Sunday at Full Force in the “rookie match”. Trevor comes out and informs Star that his title will also be on the line this Sunday when he steps in the ring with Coben
Zach Blain comes out to a booing crowd and he tells them to “shut the hell up” Blain says they don’t even deserve to breath the same air as him. Blain talks about JD Xtreme taking his limo and the consequences he will suffer this Sunday at Full Force. All of a sudden, JD appears on the Trevortron live from an unknown parking lot and tells Blain to watch carefully what he thinks of his attitude. JD takes a sledge hammer and totals the vehicle. Blain looks like he’s going to weep and he watches in disbelief
The police arrive at the arena and ask a staff member where they can find SIW superstar sWerve. He is wanted for questioning concerning the condition of SIW interviewer Jessica White.
On April 26, 2009, SIW presents Full Force live from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina
The next match is a fatal 4 way elimination match involving Natedawg, sWerve, the returning Dark Tiger and what some consider part of SIW’s future, Ryan Rizla. Vixen is the guest referee. Natedawg starts the match by dominating all three of his opponents but is knocked down by sWerve from behind by clipping his knee. Rizla and Tiger stomp Nate in the corner but out of nowhere sWerve rolls up Tiger from behind and eliminates him. sWerve drops Rizla with a DDT and covers but Vixen takes her sweet time to make the count. sWerve smiles and says she will be all his after this Sunday. C-Mac sneaks in from the crowed and drops Nate with the KOD and Rizla capitalizes with a pin fall to eliminate the #1 contender for the NA title. sWerve and Rizla continue the match brawling back and forth and we see current money in the bank holder Marquis Laveaux makes his way down the entrance ramp. Laveaux has dice of his own and rolls odds. Laveauz shakes his head and slides in the ring spearing Rizla to the canvas. sWerve delivers the Clowning Around and pins Rizla for the win. After the match, Rizla chases Laveaux backstage but as he reaches the entrance Jace knocks himout with a folded steel chair. Back in the ring, authorities want to arrest sWerve and he tries to escape. Vixen intercepts with a Whirlybird Headscissors. Vixen lets them arrest her possible future husband. Will sWerve make it to Full Force this Sunday?

Ascended Supremacy continue their way to total dominance in the SIW with a huge win over the SIW Kings. The New Jersey fans start a “Sonny Sucks” chant as he shockingly turns his back on his long time friend and teammate C-Mac by walking away. This left the “Sensational One” vulnerable and beaten by Jace’s Twisted Reality. After the match Jace, Tara and Laveaux beat down C-Mac and Heaven until Natedawg runs out and cleans house. Natedawg puts his hand out to C-Mac to help him up but out of nowhere he delivers a Gangstanator as the show ends with Natedawg standing above the SIW North American champion
