The show starts with Titan coming to ringside and announces that tonight we will find out the MNB main event for Rampage. JD Xtreme comes out accompanies by Heavyweight champion R.C. Aries and women’s champion Xtina. Titan laughs when Xtina suggests both JD and R.C. should be in the main event. All of a sudden Natedawg comes out and claims he will annihilate R.C. and regain his title tonight so he will automatically be in the main event. Moments later “The Living Dead” Duane Doogan comes out demanding to be in the main event because nobody deserves it more than him. Titan gets annoyed as a huge brawl breaks out but fortunately he calls out enough security to break up the chaos
Ragin’ Craig and Grunge from Project X start things off in a brutal match which was changed to a regular match from a no dq, no count out. Last week they battled to a double count out and nobody was satisfied with that ending. Grunge throws Craig off the top rope on the canvas face first. Grunge quickly covers but Craig kicks out. Craig counters and irish whip and sends Grunge into the corner but misses a corner elbow. Grunge whips Craig in the other corner and charges him but gets a kick to his face. Grunge gets frustrated and gets a folded steel chair and smashes it over Craig’s skull and busts him wide open. The referee calls the match a DQ. Mysery confronts Grunge about the loss but he just walks away from his master

Jack Kent interviews a very confident Jill who just watched her husband get a DQ win over Grunge. Jill says she doesn’t care about any other divas tonight in the four way match because she will be gunning for Xtina. Jill says she looks forward to ending Xtina’s championship reign at Rampage and when she is done Xtina will taste steel for months
Jimmy Hayden informs us that the SIW superstars leave for Japan immediately after the Carnage show this Friday
Xtina gets a standing ovation from the Ottawa crowd as she takes on Olivia, Rose and Jill in a four way non title diva match. Jill attacks Xtina before the bell rings but she is thrown out of the ring by Rose and Olivia. Jill gets even as she levels Olivia with an elbow to her face and drops her with a DDT. Jill sends Rose in the corner and out of nowhere Xtina levels her with the Goodie Kick and pins her to win the match. Jill is extremely upset after the match but will she get what she wants at Rampage?
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
Natedawg denies rumors that Ragin’ Craig will help him screw over R.C. for the Heavyweight championship because he can beat him on his own and also everyone is banned from ringside anyway
Mysery puts the SIW European championship on the line against Dark Tiger and has his Project X followers chained together leaving the fans to wonder what Mysery did or said to control Grunge. Tiger gets the upper hand early in the match with a yakuza kick but it is not enough to put away the champion. Dark Tiger continues to dominate until Mysery counters a whip and sends Tiger head first into the ring post. Moments later back in the ring, Dark Tiger knocks the champion down with a big boot to his jaw. Mysery realizes he’s in trouble and throws a key to the look-a-likes who release the chains. Grunge and the look-a-likes get on the apron. Dark Tiger strikes all of them with hard rights and sends then flying into the security wall. Mysery sneaks up behind the challenger and rolls him up for behind using the bottom rope for leverage to steal the win. After the match, Mysery and his crew escape through the crowd as El Loco runs out like a madman swinging a barbed wired baseball bat

After a short break Dark Tiger is backstage with GM Titan and demands another rematch with everyone banned from ringside like tonight’s main event. Titan grants him a rematch but it won’t be until Rampage when they battle in a dog collar match
Carnage preview. The unlikely team of SIW Champion Sonny Smith and Krazy J take on the newly reunited Definition. Veteran Terror Soule will compete one night only against the loud mouthed rookie Mr. Pookie. This and much more next Friday on the VH1 Network
SIW Diva Envy shocks everyone as she makes her return to Monday Night Brawl. "The Sexy Slayer" annouces she will be the guest referee in the diva cage match at Rampage between Xtina and Jill
JD Xtreme and Duane Doogan treat the fans with a classic confrontation in the next match. JD almost has the match won after delivering an enziguri but as he comes off the top rope with Adrenalin Rush, Doogan moves and JD hits the canvas. Doogan punts JD’s head like a football and takes control of the match. Doogan gets a warning for his chokehold in the corner and gets into referee Greg Banks’ face. Banks threatens to disqualify him and out of nowhere JD drop kicks Doogan from behind and he crushes Banks in the corner. JD launches at Doogan with a spear but Doogan moves and JD goes through the turnbuckles and hits the post with his shoulder. Doogan pulls him out and covers but the referee is still down and out. Doogan delivers the DooganDT and wakes up the referee but it’s too late because JD kicks out right before three and the fans go crazy. The match continues as Doogan stomps JD in the corner and somehow Banks gets in the mix and gets crushed. Out of nowhere JD drops Doogan with a DDT and delivers the Adrenalin Rush. Another referee runs out as JD covers and wins the match. The fans arw stunned as JD reaches the top of the ramp a bolt of lightning hits the entrance way and JD goes flying from the impact. Doogan does a cutthroat sign and pints to JD
Project X think they see El Loco standing at the corner because they recognize his shirt. As they attack the person it turns out to be a staff member wearing a similar shirt. Paramedics are called on the scene as Project X keeps searching for El Loco
Xtina and R.C. check on their friend JD and he seems to be alright despite almost getting hit by Doogan’s lightning bolt. JD seems angry and says if Titan is not going to do something about Doogan then he is going to take matters into his own hands. Xtina tells him to take it easy for now as R.C. leaves for his match
"The Redneck Freak" John Thomas has signed with MNB. He will make his debut next Monday
Everyone is banned from ringside in the main event. Natedawg is all over R.C. as the bell rings and tries to end things with a t-bone suplex off the top rope but R.C. kicks out at two. Natedawg stomps him in the corner and then hits the champion with a running knee to his face. Nate goes for a snap mare and covers again but R.C. kicks out. Going off the ropes Nate looks like he landed awkward as he jumps over R.C. and the champion capitalizes with a kick behind his leg and applies the RCF. Nate refuses to tap out and fights his way to the ropes with everything he has. Nate is limping bad late in the match but surprises R.C. with a roll up which R.C. reverses and pins him to win the match and retains the Heavyweight championship. Nate can’t believe what just happened and they continue to fight until Titan comes out and orders them to stop immediately and throws them in separate corners. Titan congratulates R.C. and tells him his next task will be to make sure Bastion does not take the NA title back to Carnage. Titan then drops a bombshell as he announces a new #1 contender will be crowned in the MNB Rampage main event in a triple threat no holds barred match between JD Xtreme, Natedawg and Duane Doogan
