Monday Night Brawl is live from Japan and starts with Natedawg surrounded by Geishas and apologizes in advance to “The Redneck Freak” John Thomas because he must stomp a hole in him during his return to the ring and show JD Xtreme and Duane Doogan a little preview of their ass kicking on Sunday. Natedawg tells JD and Doogan that they don’t stand a chance against SIW's street soldier and he will become the #1 contender for his Heavyweight championship
Jill and Olivia deliver the first match. Olivia gets a near fall after avoiding a corner splash from Jill with a kick to her jaw and then delivers a bulldog. Jill uses her power and throws Olivia out of the ring as she kicks out. Olivia reverses an irish whip and sends Jill head first into the ring post. Olivia slides her in the ring and covers but Jill kicks out. Olivia continues to dominate and goes for the tumble of life but Jill manages to counter and uses the bottom rope for leverage and steals the win. After the match Jill hits Olivia with an elbow to her face and drops her with the Rage Factor. The fans boo as Jill looks down at Olivia and tells Xtina that will be her this Sunday at Rampage
El Loco is the guest of Jaffar’s Cave and makes it clear that he wants his SIW European champion back. El Loco says SIW European champion Mysery does not scare him and never will. El Loco also says he will not back down from that big goof Dark Tiger if he wins the title this Sunday at Rampage. As El Loco continues to talk bad about Mysery he is ambushed by Project X members. Grunge and the look-a-likes clear a table and Mysery delivers a power bomb to El Loco through the table smashing it in pieces

Jack Kent is backstage with JD Xtreme, Heavyweight / North American champion R.C. Aries and women’s champion Xtina. Kent asks Xtina if she is concerned about Rampage and she starts laughing. As Xtina explains that Jill will never be champion, R.C. receives a “good luck” card from Scott Bastion who will try to bring the NA title back to Carnage this Sunday. All of a sudden Jaffar and Mohamed start yelling at them in arab and Jaffar challenges R.C. to put the heavyweight title on the line against Mo in the main event. R.C. never backs down from a challenge and accepts. Jaffar also tells JD he has a surprise for him tonight
John Thomas has the tough task of taking on Natedawg in his return to the ring. Thomas applies the 8 second ride dragon sleeper but Natedawg reaches he ropes and elbows his way out. Thomas counters an irish whip in the corner and levels Natedawg with a flying elbow to his face. Thomas charges again with a flying knee but Nate moves and levels him with a standing clothesline. Thomas tries everything but nothing can stop Natedawg as he drops Thomas with the Gangstanator and pins him to win the match

James Airington pinned Mike London in a loser leaves the SIW match
JD Xtreme takes on Jaffar in the next match and Jaffar surprises JD with some impressive moves and stays in control of the former Heavyweight champion. Things change after JD levels Jaffar with an enziguri and then delivers low drop kick to his face. A frustrated Jaffar pulls out a set of brass knuckles but JD applies an arm bar and takes them away and throws them in the crowd. JD has his way with Jaffar and executes the Adrenalin Rush and pins him to win the match. Natedawg comes out at the top of the ramp and focuses on JD with a cold stare. Thunder and lightning is heard throughout the arena and we hear Doogan's voice telling JD and Nate they will be sacrificed at Rampaged
Carnage preview. Khristian Call & Scott Bastion take on Definition and the team of Christian Kuone & Shawn Payne in a triple threat match. This and much more next Friday on the VH1 Network
Mysery and Grunge put the world tag team titles on the line as they take on Rose Bonaparte and Dark Tiger. Rose is taken out of the match early as Grunge makes her bleed from her mouth with a hard right. Dark Tiger loses it and is all over Grunge until he can tag in Mysery. Late in the match Dark Tiger seems to be in trouble until Ashton Daniels makes his surprise return to team with Tiger. As Daniels brawls with Grunge, Dark Tiger levels Mysery with a bog boot out of the ring. Daniels whips Grunge towards Tiger who delivers the Vortex of Darkness and pins him. Ashton and Daniels are as surprised as the fans as they become the new world tag team champions
Titan wears a “Made In Japan” t-shirt as he greats the crowd and they seem to love the hall of famer. Titan announces that next week on MNB the heavyweight championship will be on the line against either JD Xtreme, “The Living Dead” Duane Doogan or Natedawg, whoever will win the triple threat at Rampage. Titan then throws a sexy party with Japanese strippers, champagne and cake and invited people from the crowd to join him in the ring
Moahmed takes on R.C. Aries for the Heavyweight championship in the main event. Mo starts the match with a cheap shot and applies a face lock and tries to make the champion tap out but R.C. fights his way to the ropes to break the hold. R.C. levels Mo with an elbow shot to his ribs. R.C. throws Mo into the corner and delivers the Aries Rush. Mo’s cousin Rashad comes out to a booing crowd and gets on the apron. R.C. levels him with a hard right to his jaw and he falls off the apron. Mo charges the champion and R.C. sends him flying over the top rope and Mo lands on his cousin. R.C. knocks their heads together and slides Mo back in the ring. R.C. covers but Mo puts his foot on the bottom rope to break the count. R.C. applies the Phoenix Wing but let’s out a scream as Mo bites his arm. Mohamed takes control of the match and keeps R.C. down. Mo stomps R.C. in the corner stomps him down until the referee gets involved. Mo charges R.C. in the corner but the champion moves and Mo hits the turnbuckles. R.C. applies the RCF and makes Mohamed tap out as the show ends. Will the heavyweight champion be as successful this Sunday at Rampage against Scott Bastion, the same Scott Bastion that once made him tap out?
