The program started I-4 defending the SIW World Tag Team Championship against Drako and Jax. After back and forth fight, the I-4 took control of the match as Slick whipped Drako to the corner and leveled him with a flying body press before tagging in Jimmy. I-4 won the match when Willy nailed Jax with The Shining Death Dropkick for the pin. At the end of the match, Carnage GM Kevin “Titan” McColl came out accompanied by the SIW Tag Team Champions Dark Tiger and Chimera from Carnage and also I-4’s opponents at Desperate Measures, Asmodeus Macabre and The Beastmaster. Titan was supposed to apologize to I-4 for screwing Jimmy for the NA title but instead he told them he owed them nothing to go fuck themselves. As Titan ordered both teams to the ring, all hell broke loose. Even Titan got some cheap shots in on Cefalo as the rest of I-4 was getting beaten down. Moments later, Monday Night Brawl General Manager Greg Banks came out and took control of his show, he ordered a handicap match between the I-4 and the giant legend himself.
Jimmy Hayden’s color commentator Johnny K. was on leave due to a family crisis so Hayden introduced his new partner, former SIW Women’s Champion Katie Mysfit. She received a quite an ovation as she sat down next to him at ringside. Katie has been out of action because she recently suffered post concussion syndrome.
Terror Soule arrived at Toyota Center and Jack Kent informed him that the SIW European Champion Khristian Call was in the building. The Forbidden Shadow told him that was great because he had a little message for him. The Trevortron then switched to a black screen and then displayed INC in huge red letters cutting off Terror in the middle of his rant. No one knows what it represents
Ragin Craig took on Damien Dunn and Russel in a triple threat match which ended quickly. As Ragin Craig flipped Russel over the top rope with a back body drop, Damien took a steel chair and leveled Ragin Craig in the face knocking him down to the canvas. The referee awarded the match to Craig by disqualification. Ragin Craig and Damien fought all the way back to the locker rooms.
Carnage rewind was aired. Last week Pitbull defeated all odds and defeated “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi in a memorable match to advance in the SIW Heavyweight tournament. Others than advanced were Glenn Kirby who defeated NuTz and Rikki Cook who defeated Zach Blain with the help of a low blow. James Airington also advanced receiving a bye due to Gavin Payne’s release
After a commercial break, Titan was beating the hell out of a punching bag getting ready for his handicap match when all of a sudden Jaffar and Mohamed Abdul Sheik appeared out of nowhere. Jaffar told Titan that he was in love with Carnage’s Angelica Hunt and wanted her on Monday Night Brawl. Titan smacked him unconscious and then whipped Mohamed right through the locker room door. The Beastiary continued the attack until security showed up as Titan continued to prepare for his match.
The next match was a fatal four way elimination diva match involving Shelly The Bod, Shelby Kirby, Kira Andrews and the current NAWWA Champion Xtina. Katie Mysfit predicted that Kira Andrews is the future of the women’s division after seeing her in action. Shelly The Bod went to deliver a DDT but Jill came out to distract her. Kira nailed her with a closline and pinned her after delivering the Suicidal Twist. Shelly chased Jill around the ring until security broke up the catfight. Shelby Kirby was impressive in her second appearance in the ring. The former Carnage GM shocked everyone when she pinned the NAWWA champ Xtina after delivering the Thug Bug. Xtina was furious and in a desperate act she used her belt to knock out Kirby. Kira capitalized and pinned her to become the #1 contender for the SIW Women’s Championship. After the match, Xtina handcuffed Kira to the bottom rope and beat her down with a cop stick. Hayden had to stop Katie from jumping in, thanks to Polar’s security, Kira wasn’t badly hurt.
It was reported that the current SIW Women’s Champion Liana Lewis who just recovered from a minor rib injury has suffered a torn MCL during training and is not at her full capacity. No one knows what her condition will be this Saturday at the live event and this Sunday at Desperate Measures when she takes on Regina Todd for the SIW Women’s Championship
After a commercial for MNB Desperate Measures, Titan impressed everyone with his strength and size as he took on I-4 all by himself, however, The Beastiary who had a bag, Macabre and Beastmaster where at ringside for insurance. Titan leveled Russ with a big boot that sent him to the outside and then body pressed Willy into the crowd. Cefalo drop kicked the 7 foot giant but count knock him down. Titan delivered a chokeslam and then signaled for something. Chimera opened the bag and pulled out the SIW North American Championship that Rikki lent them and Titan used it to nail Cefalo and split his head open getting himself disqualified. After Titan and his boys laid out the I-4, Macabre and Beastmaster had a shocking announcement, this Sunday at Desperate Measures, their match for the SIW World Tag Team Championship will be an extremely dangerous SIW Scaffold Match 2
H-Bomb was hanging out with Regina Todd backstage and was happy to see her brothers, the SIW Tag Team Champions on MNB. As they looked for christening dresses for Jenna Paige, Regina and H made it clear they didn’t appreciate the things that Katie Mysfit was saying about them all night and they were annoyed at the lesbian jokes. They flat out told her that if she has a problem she better put up or shut up. H-Bomb then guaranteed that Regina Todd will be the new SIW Women’s champion come Desperate Measures
The SIW European Champion Khristian Call finally made his return to Monday Night Brawl and was greeted by a huge ovation. The last time we saw him, Terror Soule put him out of action. In Houston, Call was back and better than ever and was more than ready for the PPV. He called Soule a very desperate man for his recent actions but before he could continue, Soule came out from the crowd and clipped his knee from behind and then locked in A Half Crab and didn’t break the hold for a good five minutes until the arena went black and the INC appeared in white on the Trevortron. When the lights came back on, Call nailed Soule with the Killer Instinct 360 spinning face buster. Call limped backstage with the European title on his shoulder looking just as confused as Soule about the images. This Sunday on PPV, the war between these two that started before the draft because of Angelica Hunt will finally end when they compete for the SIW European Championship.
The SIW Champion Angel and his girlfriend came to the ring and greeted the fans on the way. The champion gave his wings to a kid in the front row before entering the ring. He shook hands with Greg Banks and sat down at the table. Bernardo Williams came out with Primetime Ryan Johnson carrying a different contract in his hands. The insulted poor Jessie and then Primetime got in Angels face and asked if he was man enough to put his title up for grabs in a 15 foot steel cage at Desperate Measures. Angel accepted and signed immediately same as Primetime. After making it official, Bernardo tried to hit Angel with a low blow, but instead Jessie kicked him between his legs but Angel missed Primetime with the Atonement Spear. Primetime threw him to the outside and then disgusted everyone when he powerbombed Jessie through the contract table as the program ended.
