MNB was live from the Arco Arena the night after Desperate Measures. The SIW Champion Angel came out with a bandage over his left eye and with Jessie by his side. After a standing ovation Angel thanked everyone that stood behind him throughout his career and especially at Desperate Measures. A bandaged “Primetime” Ryan Johnson and Bernardo crashed the little celebration and asked Angel if he was man enough to put the title on the line in another cage match just 24 hours later after their brutal confrontation on PPV. Angel of course accepted to the dangerous challenge. For the first time in history, the SIW Championship was on the line two nights in a row in a 15 foot steel cage

First match of the night was a four way diva match involving Regina Todd, Jill, Shelly The Bod and Shelby Kirby for the #1 contender’s spot for the Women’s championship. The night before, Regina lost against Xtina but put up a great fight at the PPV. Jill dragged Shelly to the outside by her hair and whipped her in the Spanish table. In the ring, Regina stole the match after delivering a TKO to Shelby and pinned her. At the end of the match, Jill tried to end the career of Shelly The Bod by sending her through the Spanish table with a piledriver. Katie Mysfit called her a crazy bitch which provoked Jill to slap her so hard her headset flew off her head. Security escorted Jill out of the building while paramedics took out Shelly

Ragin’ Craig watched Jill’s actions on a monitor backstage and immediately went to Greg Banks office. He said that Jill went too far this time and he wanted her to get punished by management before he takes matters into his own hands. Banks promised to take action and gave Craig the night off so he could go to the hospital.

The next segment was the debut of Jaffar’s Cave. His special guests were none other than SIWA graduates APB (Sylk "The Natural" Walker, Klubber Klabanski ) They said that kicking I-4’s ass on MNB was tempting but they also have a meeting with TNC GM Mr.Titan this Thursday to take a look at his offer. They said no matter where they went they were going to become champions. Out of nowhere, Fake Vex and Fake Enigma leveled them with steel chairs and then destroyed the set. Look for APB to make their SIW debut in the coming weeks.

Carnage rewind was aired. Last week James Airington and current SIW North American Champion “Red Hot” Rikki Cook advanced to the finals of the SIW Heavyweight Championship tournament. Envy made history when she became the fourth diva to win the SIW Lightweight Championship when she defeated Heaven just one week after she won it.

After a commercial break, Dr.Frank N Furter made his wrestling debut as he took on Grunge. At Desperate Measures, Dr. Frank provoked Grunge to this match and paid for it. Late in the match, Grunge nailed him with a face buster and tried to pin him after a powerslam but Dr. Frank kicked out. Grunge got caught off guard when Dr. Frank reversed and inside cradle in his favor to get the upset win. Grunge chased him all the way to the parking lot where Envy was waiting for him in a getaway car. By the time Grunge made it to the parking lot it was too late.

Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden ran a promo on MNB live in Mexico City this Wednesday. Ragin’ Craig will go one on one with Khristian Call for the SIW European Championship. Shelly The Bod is scheduled to fight Jill and SIW officials hope that she didn’t suffer any major injuries after Jill nailed her with a piledriver through the Spanish table.

The new SIW Women’s Champion Xtina held her first title defense on MNB against the younger sister of Summer and Alex, Kira Andrews. Kira who won a fatal four way elimination to earn this match took advantage of the fact that Xtina wasn’t a hundred percent and got a near fall after delivering a enziguri. After working on Xtina’s lower back, Kira delivered a snap suplex. The match ended when Kira whipped Xtina to the ropes and missed a drop kick. As she got up, Xtina nailed her with the Goodie Kick and pinned her to retain the championship.

After a commercial for Summer Sonic, “The Incredible” Ian Bishop arrived at the Arco Arena parking lot and ignored the crowd booing him. He pulled a bat out of his duffel bag and entered the arena. He walked past H-Bomb who’s carrying his child and Regina Todd and completely ignored them. Bishop was scheduled to do an interview with Jack Kent later in the night.

Terror Soule was coming off a great effort at Desperate Measures as he took on the SIW European Champion Khristian Call. On MNB, he took on Russel McPiledriverton and seemed to be back on track as he dominated most of the beginning of the match. Terror Soule whipped Russel into the turnbuckles and delivered a corner splash. He tried to repeat but Russel outsmarted him with a boot to his face. The match ended Wildside (Asmodeus Macabre and The Beast Master) limped to the ring and decided to pay Russel a visit for screwing them over for the SIW World Tag Team Championship at Desperate Measures. As BM distracted the ref, Asmodeus threw Russel into Soule’s closeline off the top rope and Terror pinned him after hitting the Soule Fusion. Wildside assaulted Russel until “Disco Duck” Jimmy Cefalo and Andrew Seaman cleared the ring by spraying fire extinguishers in their face and blinding them Slick Willy was apparently recovering from last night’s match..

Jack Kent interviewed “Incredible” Ian Bishop and it didn’t last long at all. Bishop carried his bat to the ring and was escorted by security. Bishop called out the current SIW European Champion Khristian Call and challenged him to a fight next week on MNB. Call came out and wanted to do it right away but then Greg Banks came out and stopped them. He said that if Bishop wants a shot at Call he’ll have to go through Terror Soule next week on MNB in a #1 contenders match for the SIW European Championship since he came close to winning at Desperate Measures.

The main event turned out to be a blood fest and a shame for Angel and his girlfriend. For the first time in history, the SIW World Championship was on the line two nights in a row in a 15 foot steel cage. At the beginning of the match, Bernardo punched Jessie and knocked her right out as Primetime let Angel watch as he locked him in a choke hold. Bernardo threw a steel chair in the cage and a set of brass knucks. Primetime used the knucks and opened up Angel’s cut in his forehead making it bleed all over the canvas. After a DDT right on the chair, Primetime whipped Angel so hard into the door he broke the lock and went flying to the outside winning the match by pure luck. Primetime and Bernardo freaked out at the decision. They placed Angel’s throat at the bottom of the door and Johnson drop kicked the door closed on his throat as the program ended with paramedics taking out Angel.
