The show starts with the fans booing current SIW European champion Ashton Daniels who announces that things are going to change on MNB in a few weeks when he introduces his new manager. Ashton also tells the fans he is the greatest European champion of all time and the greatest referee. Ashton claims The Living Dead is intimidated by his greatness and will be sending a message to his Summersonic opponents when he beats his ass all over the arena. The Living Dead comes out but Daniels cowardly slides out of the ring and escapes through the crowd
A lot is at stake in the next match as Mysery takes on Mohamed in a pink slip on a pole match. Thanks to Jaffar’s interference Mohamed squeezes out of this match with a victory. Mohamed reaches the pink slip after Jaffar knocked Mysery out cold with an arabian scepter. After the match Jaffar and Mo assault the deranged superstar and Mo applies the sheik clutch until he is pulled off by security

Titan gives Darksyde some pointers and reminds him how important it is to start a winning streak and gain all the momentum going into his #1 contendership match at Summersonic. Titan says Kyle Soule is inexperienced and wants him to do some damage tonight
Tara Michaels and Queen Bailey take on Michelle and the current SIW women’s champion Jill in a interbrand diva tag team match. Bailey avoids a corner splash and takes control of the match as she delivers a running bulldog. Tara and Bailey stay in control with frequent tagging until Jill tags in Michelle who clears the ring. Michelle battles back and forth against Bailey and drops her with the playboy effect. Michelle covers but Tara breaks the count. Michelle misses a clothesline and Bailey tags in Tara and she hits Michelle with a flying clothesline off the ropes. Michelle slides in her corner and tags in Jill. Bailey and Tara double team the women’s champion but out of nowhere Michelle levels them with a double clothesline. As Michelle and Bailey battle on the outside Tarar surprises the everyone including Jill as she rolls up the champion from behind and pin her to get the huge win. After the match Jill and Michelle start arguing and Jill assaults her tag team partner. As Jill stomps Michelle in the corner Xtina runs out to help her sister which is a big mistake. Both Michelle and Jill turn to Xtina and assault the former 6 time champion. Jill shoves the title in her face while Michelle holds her from behind and tells her she will be retiring without the title at Summersonic
Heavyweight champion R.C. Aries tells Jack Kent that TLD getting out of the RCF last Monday was quite impressive but it will never happen again. R.C. says that he is not afraid of the dark or the after life and TLD will find out just who is dealing with at Summersonic

Titan hypes the diva ladder / water match at Summersonic. He says the most beautiful women in the world will compete in white t-shirts along with a ladder and a huge water hose. Titan says he is drooling just thinking of the match
Jack Kent interviews Dark Tiger and Rick Thrilla accompanied by Rose Bonaparte. Tiger gets a few issues off his chest as he says he is not happy loosing both his titles but that is going to change starting tonight when himself and Thrilla reclaim the tag team titles and he beats both those punks JD and Daniels for the euro title at the ppv. Tiger says he knows all about Daniels’ shenanigans last week and he will pay for that at Summersonic. Also Rose is not finished hunting the women’s championship and it will be hers in 2008
Kyle Soule, Darksyde and Sean Pierce battle in a triple threat match and it is apparent that Soule has been building a fan base with the crowd chanting his name. The controversy between Soule and Darksyde continues as Darksyde executes The Payoff and covers but Soule pulls him out of the ring and steals the win by covering Pierce instead. Darksyde is very angry and attacks Soule after the match. Dozens of officials run out to stop the assault. Who will get the huge win at Summersonic between Soule and Darksyde to earn a shot at the European championship?

Heavyweight champion R.C. Aries bumps into The Living Dead in the halls and they get into a stare down. A lot of officials along with JD Xtreme stand by but fortunately they go their separate ways which won’t be the case at Summersonic when the heavyweight title is on the line
On August 20, 2008, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl & Carnage and the return of a former SIW Superstar
Ashton Daniels waits in the ring for The Living Dead to make his entrance but nobody comes out. The lights go out and come back on in seconds and TLD is standing behind him. Daniels suffers blows to his face and the bell rings to start the match. JD Xtreme and Dark Tiger watch the match backstage on separate monitors. TLD whips the champion in the corner and levels him with a knee to the midsection and then charges him with a knee to his face. TLD covers but Ashton kicks out before three. Daniels levels TLD with a drop kick and then mocks JD by performing the Adrenalin Rush but hits canvas as TLD moves out of the way. TLD nails Ashton with a bog boot to his face which sends him flying out of the ring. TLD strikes Ashton with lefts and rights on the outside but the champion kicks him with a low blow and TLD falls on the referee. They continue to battle as referee Greg Banks comes out and eventually calls the match a double count out as they battle all the way backstage

Darksyde takes the mic away from Jack Kent and pushes him to the ground as he tells Kyle that his luck is definitely going to run out at Summersonic and he will once again become the SIW European champion
Dark Tiger and Rick Thrilla attack the world tag team champions as they make their entrance. Tiger whips JD into the steel post and Thrilla does the same to R.C. on the other side. Tiger and Thrilla pose in the ring with the titles but all of a sudden Revolution take them off their feet from behind and it becomes chaos in the ring. Guest referee Ashton Daniels gets Thrilla & R.C. in their corner as JD starts the match against Tiger. JD uses his speed and agility to stay in control until Tiger catches him in mid air and launches him with a fall away slam. Tiger covers but JD puts a foot on the bottom rope to stay in the match. Tiger gets in Ashton's face and he threatens to disqualify him. JD rolls up Tiger from behind but Ashton is talking with a cute girl in the front row and misses the count. JD gets upset but is double teamed by Tiger and Thrilla. JD avoids a double clothseline and tags in R.C. R.C. and Thrilla battle back and forth until R.C. gets the upper hand and applies the RCF and wins the match as Thrilla taps out. As the bell rings Ashton levels JD and Tiger with steel chair shots to their skulls and leaves the ring with his title. As he reaches the entrance ramp TLD surprises him as he grabs his throat and throws him off the ramp with a choke slam as the show ends
