Monday Night Brawl is live from the Tokyo Dome in Japan and the Trevortron reads “Happy 10th Birthday SIW” in Japanese before the show starts. The t.W.o come out and are greeted by loud boos from the Japanese crowd. TJD is on crutches and has a neck brace on while he stares down C-Mac, Vince, Moses & Blackowt as they stand in a line. TJD says that he has to spend another week in a neck brace because of that son of a bitch Angel. TJD tells his boys that he’s stressed out with all this UWWE bullshit and Angel and things are going to change starting on Brawl. TJD says it’s a triple threat special and were going to see Vince & Blackowt bring the World Tag Team Championship back to the t.W.o and SIW champion Chris Macavedi will defeat the UWWE and the SIW in one night as he takes out Angel and Bozzman with an added stipulation, there will be no count outs or disqualifications and everyone is banned from ringside except for t.W.o members. The crowd continues to boo while Erin and Envy hold the ropes open as Liana and Moses help TJD out of the ring as the t.W.o head back to the corporate locker room.
First match of the night was a triple threat for the SIW Hardcore Championship between Heavy Metal Hero, Metalgod & The Renegade. Renegade and Metalgod double teamed HMH midway through the match. Metalgod sets a ladder in the corner and Renegade delivers a drop toe hold to HMH and he lands face first in the ladder. Renegade whips HMH towards Metalgod who sends him flying out of the ring with a back body drop and hitting the security wall. As soon as Metalgod turn around, Renegade nails him with a steel chair and then drops him with the Slam Jam DDT on the chair and pins him to retain the title. Renegade cuts a promo for Summersonic and says that Walker and Grunge are safe back in America but only till this Sunday. Renegade says four men walk into the match but only one will walk out.
Jack Kent interviews UWWE members A.B.A, Bozzman, Mysery & Xtina. A.B.A said that he and Mysery are going to add another championship to their group when they take out New Damage Inc. and those two ass clowns Vince and Blackowt. Xtina and Bozz also cut promos for their matches. Xtina wants to head into Summersonic with a win and Bozzman reminds C-Mac they have unfinished business from Road to Glory 2005. Bozzman says unfortunately Angel will become an innocent victim in the progress.
”The Southern King” Murdoc comes to the ring accompanied by Adam Storm and Jamison Brown. He draws instant heat when he says Japanese food sucks as much as Hannah Parks on a Saturday night and if he didn’t receive a pay check he would never come to Japan. Murdoc gets down to business and issues an open challenge to anyone in the back. His challenge is answered and accepted by "The Reject" Gabriel Douglas who set to make his debut next week on Brawl.
On August 16, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS for a second time. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Metal Moses walks into Angel’s locker room and they start screaming at each other. Moses blames Angel for trying to take him out before Summersonic and leaving the note but Angel denies the accusations. Moses gives Angel a cheap shot and all hell breaks loose backstage. Several road agents and other wrestlers are forced to hold them back.
The next match is a triple threat non title match between Envy, Liana & Xtina. Seconds after the match starts, Angelica Hunt makes her way to ringside and joins Katie and Jimmy at commentary. Envy and Liana dominate the match as they double team the SIW Women’s Champion. Coming off the ropes Xtina avoids a double clothesline and then slides out of the ring and out of nowhere attacks Angie. Katie laughs her ass off and tells Xtina to whip her into the steel steps. From behind, Liana attacks Xtina and throws her back in the ring. Liana does for a drop kick but Xtina moves and Envy is sent to the outside. Xtina hits Liana with the Goodie Kick but Envy pulls her out of the ring as the referee reaches a two count. Envy hits Liana with a swinging neck breaker and covers but Xtina breaks the count with a leg drop off the top rope. Behind the referee’s back, Angie drops off the apron chocking Xtina on the top rope and then Liana Lewis delivers Liana’s Flow and pins the SIW Women’s Champion six days before Summersonic. Security comes out to stop Liana and Angie from ripping each other apart.
Carnage Playback - For those that missed last week's Carnage on TNT.
After a short break, TJD and SIW Champion Chris Macavedi are plotting ways to take out Angel and Bozzman in the main event then Liana walks in and kisses TJD and he congratulates her on her win.The lights in office go out. C-Mac opens the door and then gets hit in the head with a crowbar. Two masked intruders kick him while he’s down and then they throw TJD into the wall. They also grab Liana Lewis and dump her upside down in a trash can. They escape as a nearby staff members call for security.
The next match was the highly anticipated triple threat for the World Tag team Championship. UWWE’s A.B.A & Mysery attack Vince & Blackowt before the match officially starts. As both teams battle the champions New Damage Inc. run out and the match gets under way. Mysery doesn’t show any ring rust in his return and gets a near fall after hitting Craig with an Evenflow DDT but Vince breaks the count. Late in the match, A.B.A drops Aprali with the Bad Ass Bomb but out of nowhere Drako hits him with the Democratic Kick. The match gets out of control and we then see Blackowt bring a chair in the ring but as he swings at Mysery, Craig grabs the chair and swings but Blackowt avoids the chair shot and Craig nails Drako in the head by accident and busts him wide open. Referee gets the match under control and we see Mysery pick up the win with a cover over Drako after delivering the Deadmark. Mysery becomes a three time world tag team champion with his new partner in crime A.B.A.
During SIW Unlimited, UWWE are celebrating their huger win over New Damage Inc. & t.W.o. Champagne is served and A.B.A takes the time to thanks Mysery for being a great addition the UWWE and then introduces a new member which turns out to be none other than JaeVeli who is stolen from the Carnage brand.
After a commercial break, Jack Kent gets a few words from C-Mac and asked him if he is in any condition to compete in the main event. C-Mac says he’s always ready and it takes more than crowbar to take out the most talked about SIW Champion in the past two years. C-Mac says their cowards and if they have any balls they will show up next week on Brawl and confront him and the CEO face to face in the ring.

Drako and Ragin’ Craig argue backstage about the outcome of their match as Drako is getting stitched up. Crag tells Drako hitting him with a chair was a mistake and that they have a rematch next week for the World Tag Team championship. Drako nods his head and walks out of the locker room with his bag.
The fans cheer Bozzman & Angel during the main event but boo the SIW Champion Chris Macavedi. Angel and Bozz look at each other and then attack C-Mac and the match gets underway. Bozz and Angel dominate the champion and throw him out of the ring with a double clothesline. Metal Moses comes out half way through the match and throws Jimmy Hayden to the ground and takes his spot on play by play. Bozzman whips C-Mac to the ropes but out of nowhere he’s hit with Angel’s Atonement Spear. Angel goes to cover but C-Mac drops an elbow to break the count. C-Mac whips Angel into his own Harley but the champion is attacked from behind by Bozz. Bozzman has C-Mac locked in the Half Bozzton Crab but then Moses gets in the ring and assaults Bozzman until A.B.A and Mysery come out and chase him thru the crowd. Vince runs out and throw Angel’s bat in the ring and C-Mac swings at Angel’s head and leaves him in critical condition. Bozz and C-Mac continue the fight and the champ drops him with the Italian Leg Sweep. The match ends with Ragin’ Craig coming out thru the crowd and hitting C-Mac with the Rage Factor. Bozz slides his arm over and covers him to get the huge upset win.
After the match, the SIW Champion doesn’t accept the loss and trashes the ring side area. He punches out a camera man and smashes the camera on the security wall. Vince Aprali is unable to stop C-Mac as he rips the monitors off the commentary table and smashes them on the steel post and then smashes the table with the black bat. C-Mac says that Craig has been trying to embarrass the him and the t.W.o long enough and challenges him to a steel cage match at WAR August 16 in Rockford, Illinois
