The Bramlage Coliseum hosted another edition of Monday Night Brawl live from Manhattan, Kansas. The show started with UWWE members Doogan, Bishop, Moore, ABA and Knux as their new insurance policy coming out to ringside. Bishop holding a UWWE flag announced that from now on his championship will be known as the UWWE European Championship. Then Doogan changed MNB forever when he introduced Greg Banks the general manager of MNB as their newest member. Banks came out holding a black bag and explained that in his eight years of service in the SIW he was treated like shit so that why he turned on the company. He then shocked the world when he pulled out the old UWWE World championship title and labeled Duane Doogan the REAL world champion on his brand.
Shelly The Bod took on SIW Women’s Champion Xtina with the title on the line. TNC Superstar Ragin' Craig had front row tickets and was accompanied by some of Shelly's family members. Shelly shocked everyone last week when she defeated the longest reigning Women’s champion of all time Liana Lewis in a #1 contenders match to earn this match. Xtina ripped a piece of her hair our after she swung her around and out of the ring. Xtina then dove off the top rope to the outside and delivered a Flying body press. Shelly fought back when she reversed an irish whip and sent Xtina head first into the ring post. With the referee down, the match ended when Xtina nailed Shelly with the Goodie Kick but all of a sudden Regina was seen trying to hold back a seven month pregnant H-Bomb. H grabbed a chair and leveled Xtina in the back of her head and busted her wide open. Shelly was barely able to cover Xtina but managed to win the match when the hurt referee counted a slow pin. Shelly picked up the upset win to and was named new SIW Women’s Champion. She celebrated in the ring with her family and Ragin Craig as officials and Regina took H-Bomb backstage out of harms way.
Bernardo was pacing back and forth in the parking lot waiting for the SIW World Champion and David Von Ramrock looking really nervous. As they arrived and Ryan Johnson stepped out of limo holding his spray painted title, Bernardo told him about Banks and the UWWE World Title. Rated X didn’t like the news and assured Bernardo that they will handle things their way.
SIW World Tag Team Champions “Disco Duck” Jimmy Cefalo and Slick Willy defeated the Mohamed Abdul Sheik and Jaffar while Mo was getting attacked by Andrew and Russel on the outside, Slick Willy powerslammed Jaffar and Cefalo pined after delivering the Disco Ball Of Doom to retain the SIW World Tag Team Championship.
Dallas Nash managed to get past security and get himself on the Trevortron. He took the credit for the cut off finger last week in the ring and he told Bishop to stop bitching up and step up to the plate. He challenged him to a match anytime any place so he could kick his ass for his UWWE/SIW European Championship. It didnt take long for security to chase him out of the building.
Fans were excited to see Davyd North in the SIW once again. As he signed some autographs backstage Jack Kent got a few words from him about his 6 man tag match against members of the UWWE “Mayhem”. North claimed that he could defeat the “amateurs” without the help of Mysery or the current SIW Hardcore Champion Grunge.
This Wednesday the SIW will present it’s one year anniversary return show in Topeka, Kansas. Matches not to miss will be Angel and Glenn Kirby taking on the UWWE’s ABA and Darren Moore. Duane Doogan goes one on one with Davyd North and also not to miss is the hardcore match between Russel McPiledriverton and Grunge for the SIW Hardcore Championship.
Glenn Kirby had a shot at the UWWE/SIW European Championship as he took on “Incredible” Ian Bishop in the next match. Kirby dominated the match until Banks and Knux decided to come out and do commentary. Late in the match, Knux jumped on the apron while Banks slid a bat in the ring. Before Bishop could reach it, the A.O.A struck him with a closeline and picked up the bat. As Bishop got up, Kirby swung and nailed him right in the rib cage. Unfortunately the ref saw this and disqualified Kirby. At the end of the match, Knux held Kirby by his hair while Banks ordered Bishop to hit him in the middle of his forehead. Children cried as paramedics had to take the former SIW Champion out on a stretcher
Carnage rewind was aired. Last week SIW Heavyweight Champion Gavin Payne defeated the current SIW North American Champion Rikki Cook in a champion vs. champion match. After the night was over, Matt Uzi leveled the heavyweight champion with the Uzi Piledriver in the middle of the ring. The CEO of the SIW announced a triple threat match between Zach Blain, James Muret and Ragin’ Craig with the #1 contender spot on the line for the SIW North American Championship.
Liana Lewis was interviewed by Jack Kent after a commercial break. After asking her opinion on the new SIW Women’s champion Shelly the Bod, Liana got frustrated at the sound of her name and claimed that the title should be hers because nobody ever defeated her. Liana grew frustrated at his comments about the new champ and started pushing him around. From behind, Angelica pushed her and slapped her in the mouth and told her that the title isn’t hers and never will be again.
After the Liana/Angelica segment was an update on former SIW Champion Angel and his girlfriend Jessie by Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden. They asked everyone to pray for Angel as he will be in action this week in Topeka, Kansas for the Anniversary show to team up with Glenn Kirby as they take on UWWE’s ABA and Darren Moore. Look for the Crusader of the Light next week on MNB as he makes his return for the first time since he was assaulted and Jessie was exposed topless at the hands of Rated X.
UWWE members were all at ringside for their match against Mysery, the returning Davyd North and the current SIW Hardcore Champion Grunge. Doogan and North started the face paced match until Knux got on the apron to distract the referee ad Banks threw a chair in the ring. Moore got tagged in and went to pick up the chair but Mysery drop kicked him out of the ring. Late in the match as Doogan and Moore were double teaming Grunge, North pinned ABA after delivering the Northern Effect. Out of the blue, Primetime and Ramrock appeared from the crowd wearing paint ball masks carrying paint ball guns and unloaded on the UWWE “Mayhem” chasing them away from ringside. Primetime grabbed a mic and warned all of them that they were in deep fucking shit cause next week; their fun will come to an end because they have an announcement that will rock the very foundation of MNB.
