As the opening match between Slick Willy and Davyd North got underway, Hayden and Katie announced that sometime during the show, the CEO Trevor Derickson was going to personally fire some members off the roster. Slick won the match after his dad Andrew jumped on the apron and Slick got the pin fall after hitting The Shining Death Dropkick
A limo pulled up in the Delta Center parking lot, and out came the current SIW World Tag Team Champions, Angel and Glenn Kirby holding their belts accompanied by Jessie, the SIW Women's Champion Liana Lewis and Shelby. They cut a promo for their match against “the Mayhem” with interviewer Jack Kent before heading back to their locker room.
Advertisement for Red Alert. The MNB superstars will be at the Mellon Arena September 11, 2005 to present this PPV extravaganza. This will be the fourth edition of Red Alert in SIW history.
H-Bomb came back to the ring to officiate a wrestling match between four of the best female wrestlers in the business. Liana Lewis and Angelica cleared the ring and Lewis managed to counter the A-Bomb Drop into a schoolboy but H-Bomb refused to count. Out of nowhere, Xtina nailed Liana with a spear and then went for the pin. H-Bomb then nailed Xtina with an elbow to the back of her head then hit Angelica with a DDT. Regina whipped Liana to the corner and H-Bomb delivered a drop kick to the champs face. Xtina double closelined H-Bomb and Regina and nailed Angelica with the Goodie Kick and pinned her when referee Manny Kramer came out as a replacement. Xtina took Hayden’s chair and hit H-Bomb across her back but as she turned around Liana jumped her and punched her several times in the jaw until security had to come in an break it up.
UWWE members, Doogan, Moore, Airington, Bishop, A.B.A, Knux were celebrating Greg’s victory backstage drinking champagne and eating cake. Last week the inexperienced general manager defeated Primetime Ryan Johnson for the SIW Championship in a steel cage match. Banks promised to hand over the title to the “Mayhem” leader and current UWWE World Champion Duane Doogan.
Jack Kent was backstage waiting at a door that had no name on it. He said he heard rumors that Dallas Nash was in the building and that he has worked out a new deal to fight on MNB. We hope to have more news on this issue by next week. Dallas Nash is a former SIW European Champion, SIW Lightweight and SIW Tag Team champion but this competitor from Ohio is known to be hard to deal with backstage.
Knux had to wheel Darren Moore to ringside in a wheel chair due to a knee injury suffered last week. Moore told Ringo he couldn’t fight and was replaced with Doogan by Greg Banks. Even with Primetime at ringside Doogan managed to pick up the win by pin fall after delivering the DooganDT. Knux and Doogan beat down Primetime until Trevor Derickson came out. His first decision was to strip Greg Banks of the SIW Championship. He then shocked everyone when he fired Primetime for losing to Banks last week and then fired Ringo and Bernardo as well. The CEO then booked a 20 man battle royal for the SIW Championship at Red Alert.
Grunge managed to retain his SIW Hardcore championship in a triple threat match after delivering the Grunganator to Mo on the concrete ground backstage and getting the pin fall. At the end of the match, Drako got up and then got hit with a barbed wire steel hair to the skull and blood started to piss everywhere. Grunge kicked down in his former partner until paramedics and security arrived to the scene to hold him back.
Jaffar hosted another edition of “The Cave” with special guest, former SIW Women’s Champion and current MNB commentator Katie Mysfit. It was pretty straight forward show with no heat between the two. Katie ended the segment by announcing that she will be holding a blockbuster interview at Red Alert with the Playboy king himself, Hugh Heffner. A year ago he hired Katie to pose in the November edition but she was eventually fired for assaulting two security guards who tried to rape her
This Wednesday, MNB will be live in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The main event will have Eulogy taking on Duane Doogan for the UWWE World Championship. Also not to miss will be a match between DMW and the former SIW World Tag Team Champions Jimmy Cefalo and Slick Willy.
SIW fan favorites and World Tag Team Champions Angel and Glenn Kirby delivered a great performance against A.B.A and Knux in the next match. Angel nailed Knux with the Atonement Spear and then locked in the Judgment Sharpshooter. A.B.A broke the hold with a vicious closeline but from the side, Kirby knocked him out of the ring with a missile drop kick. The match ended when Angel pinned Knux after Kirby hit him with a Thug Bug. The champs celebrated in the ring along with Jessie and Shelby.
Two matches were added to the PPV. Mysery will take on Jimmy Cefalo for the SIW European Championship. Angel and Glenn Kirby will have tough challenge as they are booked to take on DMW (Tragic and Static) for the SIW World Tag Team Championship.
Carnage rewind was aired. Last week SIW Heavyweight Champion Gavin Payne assaulted Matt Uzi in the hospital. He beat him with his own IV and then injected him with a antipsychotic tranquilizer. Rikki Cook defeated Tyler "The Monster" Osborn to become the #1 contender for the SIW North American Championship. Don’t miss Carnage this week as Gavin takes on the one that cost him the SIW Heavyweight Championship at Global Warning, David Von Ramrock.
After a commercial break, Mysery took on Ian Bishop in singles competition. Bishop came close to winning the match after delivering the Cyclone but Mysery somehow managed to kick out. Bishop got frustrated and threw Mysery to the outside. Bishop tried to send Mysery into the steel steps but instead Mysery countered and send Bishop head first into the steps. The match ended after Mysery executed an Evenflow DDT followed by the Deadmark and pinned him to get the huge win. Mysery continued to beat down Bishop until Doogan, Airington and A.B.A rushed to the ring following Greg’s orders. They entered the ring but shocked everyone when Doogan and A.B.A nailed Bishop with a double closeline and then Airington knocked him out with the AirSlam. UWWE threw both Mysery and Bishop out of the ring as the program ended.
