Brawl starts live from the Joe Louis Arena in the Motor City. General Manager Titan comes out and announces that he will be leaving for a few months because he will be serving for the United States in Iraq. During his absence there is only one man that can run Brawl as great as he does and that’s Trevor Derickson. Trevor comes out and wishes Titan good luck and tells him to come back in one piece. The CEO announces that things are going to be different on Brawl in the weeks leading to Red Alert. The Cartel comes out and tell TJD that he doesn’t scare them and they are going to make his life hell in the weeks leading into Red Alert. Trevor gets pissed and tells JaeVeli his title will be on the line in tonight’s triple threat main event against Michael Miller and Mysery. C-Mac is told that he has the night off and will be suspended again if he shows up in Jae’s match and for Xtina, TJD says Heaven and Alize will take care of her in the diva handicap match booked last week by Queen Liana
Scott Chambers makes his Monday Night Brawl debut against Mohamed accompanied by Jaffar. Before the match, Jaffar says he’s extremely upset with his boss Titan leaving for Iraq and he will pay for it. After insulting Detroit and the United States, Chambers gets things started by attacking Mo. Jaffar and Mo try everything to stop the newcomer but nothing works. Chambers delivers the cradle to the grave and goes for a cover but Jaffar gets on the apron and starts yelling in Arabic. Chambers drop kicks Jaffar off the and wins the match by pin fall after avoiding a clothesline from Mo and delivering the fade to black. After the match, Jaffar and Mo try to double team Chambers but Scott gets the last laugh as he cleans house as he takes Jaffar’s folded steel chair and sends them retreating backstage
Outlaws Inc are backstage and have a special guest, Grunge’s friend Drako who is also the assistant general manager on Carnage. Drako announces that Damage Inc will be teaming up at EBW Last In Line and issue an open challenge to anybody from Carnage or Brawl. The match will be a hell in a cell and whoever wins the match will become the new EBW champion
On September 30, 2007, titan and Monday Night Brawl present Red Alert on pay per view live from the Quicken loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio!!
The next match is a handicap diva match as Xtina takes on SIW women’s champion Heaven Lee and Alizé. Everyone is wondering who side Alize will be on? Her good friend Heaven or her teammate Xtina from the Cartel. Alize and Heaven double team Xtina until the controversial avoids a double clothesline and slides out of the ring. Heaven follows her and sends her head first into the steel steps. Late in the match, the referee is knocked down and Xtina goes to nail Heaven with a steel chair but Heaven moves and Alize gets the steel right to her skull. Heaven goes for spear but Xtina moves and she flies through the turnbuckles and hits the post. Xtina covers a knocked out Alize and wins the match. After the match, there is tension between Alize and Heaven Lee but their confrontation is broken up by road agents

Scott Chambers is interviewed by Jack Kent who congratulates him on his win in his debut match. Kent asks him if he has any plans for Red Alert and Chambers informs the fans he will be at the ppv and will take part in the Heaven Lee invitational match. The winner of the match will have the opportunity to be managed by the two time manager of the year Heaven Lee
The SIW European championship is on the line in the next triple threat between Dean Buzz, Darksyde & the champion NuTz. After knocking Buzz out of the ring with a big boot to his face, Darksyde the opportunist rolls up the champ from behind and pins him using a handful of tights and steals the win to become the new European champion. The fans are shocked as Darksyde celebrates and thanks Titan for giving him a chance. His celebration is cut short as he’s attacked by C-Mac. The Sensational one busts him wide open with a set of brass knuckles and leaves him motionless in the ring after delivering the KOD. Trevor comes out tells C-Mac that he won’t get a title shot by attacking the new champion. Derickson tells C-Mac that if he can defeat NuTz and Dean Buzz next week, he will get a title shot at Red Alert
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
Jack Kent is backstage with the Heavyweight champion JaeVeli and brings up the rumors that there a lot of people that are not happy seeing him as champion. JaeVeli says that it’s called jealousy and until someone can pin him 1-2-3 or make him tap out then people will have to shut up respect him. JaeVeli says that he’s always ready for a fight and Trevor’s surprise title defense tonight is nothing because there is nothing Mysery or Miller can do to beat him. Jae says Mysery is washed up freak and Miller is just a joke living on his spotlight since Global Warning
Carnage preview. Metalgod gets a once in a lifetime opportunity as he takes on Natedawg for the SIW championship. Asylum challenges challenges the SIW North American/Tag Team champion Darren “Direct Hit” Knight for the NA title. This and much more next Friday on MTV
The tournament finals are next as Johnas Kuone and Blaque take on Brawl’s hottest tag team Forbidden Xtreme. The fans are on their feet the whole match as hometown hero JD and Soule are all over Kuone and Blaque until Blaque purposely DDT’s the referee. Kuone and Blaque double team Soule on the outside until JD jumps off the top rope and lands on both of them with a flying body press. Soule whips Kuone into the security wall and placed Blaque on the Spanish table. JD jumps off the top rope and crashes through Blaque and table with a flying elbow. The fans are on their feet as Soule delivers the Soule Fusion to Kuone in the middle of the ring and pins him to win the match. Outlaws Inc. Grunge, Mysery and Forbidden Xtreme all celebrate the victory after the match

Heavyweight champion JaeVeli gets a mixed response from the Detroit fans as he makes his entrance for his match against Michael Miller and Mysery. Jae and Mysery double team Miller and send him over the top rope so they can beat the hell of each other. Mysery delivers a snap suplex and goes to the top rope but out of nowhere Miller pushes him off and then surprisingly Miller and Jae double team Mysery. Miller delivers a body slam to Mysery and Jae nails him with a leg drop off the top rope. Jae covers but Miller breaks the count by kicking Jae in the back of his head. Jae and Miller start to brawl in the corner and out of nowhere Mysery squashes them with a double corner splash. Mysery drop kicks Jae out of the ring and levels Miller with a DDT and goes for the Deadmark off the top rope but JaeVeli pulls him to the outside and Mysery crashes into the side of the commentary table. Jae locks Miller in the Gangsta Grip and wins the match as Miller taps out. After the match, Trevor orders Outlaws Inc. to destroy the Heavyweight champion. C-Mac and Xtina watch backstage on a monitor as Jae gets severely beaten at the hands of Grunge, Mysery and the world tag team champions as the show ends
