The show starts with the 5 way non title diva mud match between Pamela, Xtina, Alize, Heidi Buzz and Heaven Lee. Right before the match, Trevor Derickson announces that the Women’s title will be on the line. This doesn’t sit well with Heaven but TJD tells her that she should be ready to defend her title anytime and anywhere. Xtina and Heaven rip each other apart while Alize and Heidi Buzz double team Brawl’s newest diva Pamela. Late in the match, Alize came seconds from becoming Women’s champion after hitting Heidi with a DDT in the mud and covers but Heaven breaks the count. Alize and Heaven get into a fist fight and out of nowhere Heaven nails her with Heaven’s Fury. In the meantime, Heidi misses Xtina with a clothesline and hits Pamela and falls victim to Xtina’s Goodie Kick. Heaven covers Alize while Xtina covers Heidi and both Xtina and Heaven covered in mud raise their arms in victory but then we find out that the referee didn’t see Xtina pin Heidi and Heaven Lee is the winner and still champion. After the match, Xtina attacks Heaven and knocks her out with the women’s title and leaves her unconscious in the mud
Jack Kent is backstage with C-Mac, Heavyweight champion JaeVeli and Johnny J. and there seems to be tension within the group. Kent announces that they will have a match against Forbidden Xtreme next week on Brawl for the world Tag Team titles. C-Mac says they should have never even lost the titles and no matter what happened in recent weeks, The Cartel is the best tag team in SIW history. JaeVeli goes off on Mysery and claims he is past his prime and has no business competing against the Heavyweight champion. The Cartel are then confronted by SIW CEO and acting General Manager Trevor Derickson. TJD announces that if Mysery wins tonight then he will earn a title shot at Red Alert. If he loses then next week on Brawl, we will have a 10 man battle royal to determine a #1 contender
On half of the world tag team champions Michigan born JD Xtreme takes on the new SIW European champion Darksyde. Titan’s former henchman has a hard time keeping up with JD and almost gets pinned early in the match after JD delivers corkscrew moonsault but Darksyde kicks out. Darksyde delivers a powerful running powerslam and celebrates early instead of pinning JD and out of nowhere, JD drop kicks him into the turnbuckles and then delivers a corner splash. JD goes for a flying elbow drop but Darksyde moves and covers but JD kicks out. Darksyde controls the match until JD reversed a hip toss and delivers a DDT. JD wins the match by pin fall after executing the Adrenaline Rush. The fans cheer JD after his huge victory over the current European champion

C-Mac is backstage trying to calm down Xtina but he is unsuccessful. Xtina says that she should be a five time women’s champion right now but the referee didn’t do his job properly. Xtina tells Heaven that she is not able to beat the greatest diva of all time one on one and at Red Alert she will prove her superiority when she beats her for the Women’s championship
”Mr. Confidence” Michael Miller cuts a promo with Jack Kent backstage and says that there is a conspiracy against him. Miller says that nobody wants to see him succeed in the SIW. The confident star claims he is the best athlete and performer in the SIW and things are only going to get better. Miller promises to embarass Terror soule tonight
Scott Chambers, Johnas Kuone and current EBW Champion Grunge battle in a non title triple threat match. Chambers continues to prove he is one of the best performers on Brawl as he dominates his opponents until they decide to double team him. Grunge whips Chambers into the corner and delviers a flying elbow to his face and then Kuone hits him with a flying knee. Grunge avoids a double clothesline and clotheslines Kuone out of the ring but then Chambers delivers the cradle to grave and covers but Kuone pulls him out of the ring and they start brawling on the outside. As the referee try to get them back in the ring, Grunge is assaulted by Jaffar who smashes his scepter over his skull. After suplexing Kuone on the entrance ramp, Chambers slides in the ring and capitalizes and pins he EBW champion to pick up the huge upset win. After the match, Grunge gets up and notices he’s bleeding. He tastes his blood and heads backstage to look for Mo and Jaffar

An odd video promo is shown on the Trevortron. We hear a distorted voice claiming to be a former SIW Champion who will make his return in the near future and the current heavyweight champion is not safe. He is coming back to take the top gold on Brawl and there is nobody that can stop him. Rumors are going around that it could be Angel, Primetime or even the “Living Dead” Duane Doogan
Carnage preview. Last Friday on Carnage, General Manager Greg Banks had a surprise for his assistant C.R. Roberts. He will team up with the new Rated X as they battle Fight Knight and the hardcore legend Metalgod. Dawg House and Definition battle to become the #1 contenders for the SIW Tag Team championship. This and much more next Friday on MTV
”Mr. Confidence” Michael Miller’s losing streak continues on Brawl as the current hardcore/world tag team champion and SIW veteran takes him to school. Miller is pinned after Terror delivers the Soule Fusion. As Soule celebrates his victory, Miller attacks him from behind and drops him with a DDT on the hardcore title. Miller takes the title and leaves ringside with it
After a short break, Jack Kent catches up with Miller backstage and asks him to explain his actions. Miller tells Kent that is Soule wants his title back he can come and get it. Out of nowhere Terror Soule appears and a fight breaks out. Security holds Soule back but Miller manages to escape and leaves the arena in a getaway car with Soule’s title

September 13, 2004 Richmond Coliseum | Richmond, Virgina The Uncanny Inferno defeated Trevor Derickson via DQ to retain the SIW Championship
C-Mac accompanied by Xtina gets a mixed reaction from the Palace as he takes on Dean Buzz accompanied by Heidi Buzz. The winner of the match becomes the #1 contender for the SIW European championship. Buzz hits C-Mac with a cheap shot and applies a boston crab in the middle of the ring. C-Mac struggles but fights his way to the ropes to break the maneuver. As the match goes on, a brawl breaks out between Heaven Lee and Xtina. Before Heidi can get involved, the referee decides to eject Xtina and Heaven from the match. Buzz delivers a power bomb and C-Mac’s foot hits the referee in the face and knocks him down. Heidi gets in the ring and starts kicking C-Mac in the ribs. Buzz sldies in a steel chair but before he can hit c-Mac, the referee is up and catches the chair as he swings it and throws it out of the ring. C-Mac surprises Buzz with an Italian leg sweep. C-Mac executes the KOD and pins Buzz to become the #1 contender for the SIW European championship at Red Alert

The Outlaws are backstage with TJD and JD says that he should have a title shot against Darksyde since he beat him tonight. That gives TJD a great idea as he makes the match at Red Alert a triple threat between JD, C-Mac and Darksyde for the Euro title. Soule says he wants Miller one on one and TJD ells him that he can do anything he wants to Miller at Red Alert in a good old fashion locker room brawl. TJD asks if anybody else has a problem and Grunge says he wants to get even with Mo and Jaffar. TJD says he’ll can take out Mohamed next week and have Jaffar one on one at Red Alert. The winner of the match at Red Alert will get to challenge any champion on Brawl
Ryan "NuTz" Brown cuts a promo in the middle of the ring and the fans get into a "NuTz" chant. NuTz announces that he will take part of he Heaven Lee invitational match at Red Alert
JaeVeli and Mysery battle in a non title match in the main event. Before the match, JaeVeli introduces a special team of security in case the rest of the Outlaws decided to interfere in his match. Mysery kicks down the champ in the corner and goes for a flying knee to his head but Jae moves and delivers a bulldog. Jae applies the Gansta Grip but Mysery quickly slips out and slides out of the ring. Mysery pulls Jae out of the ring by his legs. Jae reverses an irish whip and sends the deranged one into the steel steps. Jae then proceeds to slam Mysery’s head on the commentary table and slides him back in the ring and covers but Mysery kicks out just in time. Jae goes for a suplex but mysery counters into an evenflow DDT and covers but Jae kicks out. Half way through the match, Grunge, Soule and JD slowly make their way to ringside and get into an altercation with Jae’s security. As the referee and security try to get Outlaws to leave, C-Mac appears from the crowd and slides in the ring with black baseball bat. C-Mac swings towards Mysery but the SIW veteran moves and C-Mac nails JaeVeli by mistake. Mysery drop kicks C-Mac out of the ring and delivers the Deadmark off the top rope and pins Jae to get the huge upset win. After the match, The Outlaws raise their arms in victory. C-Mac checks on his partner as the show ends. There has been a lot of tension recently in the Cartel. Will C-Mac and JaeVeli be able to talk this over before next week as they team up to take on JD and Soule for the world tag team championship?
