The program starts with the whole Monday Night Brawl roster coming out at the top of the entrance ramp for a moment of silence to remember those that lost their lives on 9/11 five years ago. A tribute video is then shown on the Trevortron as Jimmy Hayden welcomes back Katie to the commentary team. Katie will work on Brawl every Monday and announce at all upcoming EBW shows.
Angel takes on EBW’s Drako and Gabriel Douglas in a handicap match to kick things off. Angel is more aggressive than usual and dominates the match until Grunge and Terror Soule come out from the crowd. Angel slides out of the ring and gets his steel bat and swings at them but Grunge and Soule escape without any damage. Angel swings at Douglas’ skull and then levels Drako in the ribs. The ref calls the match a DQ and security is called out to stop Angel from assaulting his opponents. Angel tells them that his fight with EBW will not be over until they are extinct. Angel then hypes his match this Saturday at Last In Line where he will team with the New Inferno for the first time as they take on EBW’s Affirmative Action for the SIW Tag Team Championship.
t.W.o members are backstage placing bets on the 10 man battle royal later in the night and Liana asks if anyone seen TJD arrive at the arena. Aprali tells her that he had a meeting with Hannah Parks but he should be arriving soon. Liana leaves doesn’t take the news so well and leaves the corporate room slamming the door.
On October 11, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event returns and will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
TJD’s limo arrives at the RBC Center and out comes TJD and Hannah Parks. As they walk towards a door, Liana jumps out of nowhere and attacks Hannah and elbows TJD by mistake. Liana nails Hannah in the face with a trash can and then whips her into a cement pillar. Security is quick on the scene to stop Liana from inflicting further damage.
The next match is the 10 man battle royal to determine a new #1 contender at Red Alert for the SIW European Championship. European champion Bozzman is introduced as he joins Hayden and Katie at commentary.

Mysery, Renegade and JaeVeli are the last three men standing in the ring. Mysery misses a clothesline and Renegade sends him over the top rope after delivering a back body drop but Mysery holds on to the bottom rope to stay in the match. Moments later Mysery and Renegade double team JaeVeli until Renegade turns on Mysery and clotheslines him over the top rope to eliminate him. JaeVeli tries to throw Renegade over the top rope but he holds on the middle rope. JaeVeli goes off the ropes on the other side of the ring and nails Renegade with a baseball slides which sends him flying into the commentary table and eliminates him. After the match, Bozzman gets in the ring and congratulates JaeVeli with a handshake. Bozz doesn’t let go of his hand and they get into a stare down. Bozz tells him he doesn’t care much for his cockiness but he’s going to beat some respect into him at Red Alert. JaeVeli pushes him and Bozz pushes back but officials hold them back.
Carnage Playback - For those that missed last week's Carnage on TNT.
SIW Champion C-Mac and World Tag Team champion Vince Aprali come to ringside accompanied by Blackowt and World Tag Team champion Metal Moses. C-Mac announces that Ragin’ Craig and his family are homeless but he can help them. Craig said that for $50 he will let Craig shine his SIW Championship. Craig’s music is played and they look towards the entrance but Craig comes out from under the ring behind them and sprays them with a fire extinguisher. Before security comes out, Craig swings the extinguisher to C-Mac skull and knocks him out.
Xtina, Michelle and Liana Lewis team up to take on Olivia Danger, Hannah Parks and SIW Champion Angelica Hunt. Olivia gets a nice pop from the crowd on her Brawl return and starts the match against Michelle. Angie gets a near fall on Xtina after delivering a swinging neck breaker but she kicks out. Liana and Hannah rip each other apart but it’s Xtina that steals the win via pin fall by tagging herself in after Liana nails Hannah with Liana’s Flow.
After the match, Jack Kent got a few words from sisters Angelica and Olivia. They said the only reason they lost was because Hannah was too busy sucking off TJD and they underestimated their opponents. Olivia tells Xtina and Michelle that she and her sister Angelica want their asses in a tag team match next week.

Angel is ambushed backstage by EBW members Grunge, Douglas, Drako, Terror Soule and Affirmative Action. Paramedics take him out on a stretcher.
Mysery is asked to be interviewed by Jack Kent but Mysery scares him away and takes his mic. He says he and Renegade had an agreement in the battle royal and he backstabbed him and calls him a coward. Renegade gets in his face and tells him it’s every man for himself and besides he was vulnerable to elimination and he took the opportunity. Renegade tells him he’s not scared or intimidated by him and challenges him to a match at Red Alert. Mysery accepts and tells Renegade he will suffer and he will never be the same after their match.
TJD and Liana are backstage arguing about his “meeting” with Hannah. TJD tells Liana he doesn’t care about her and he’ll prove it to her. Next week she will get a shot at Hannah’s spot at Red Alert in a first ever diva first blood match.
A battered Chris Macavedi takes on one half of the SIW Tag Team Champions, EBW’s Natedawg in the main non title match. Natedawg almost pulls an upset as he hits C-Mac with the S.O.S and covers but C-Mac kicks out. C-Mac picks up the win by pin fall after delivering the Kiss Of Death Dominator. After the match Ragin’ Craig runs out and all hell breaks loose in the ring. They fight all the way backstage and outside of the arena. Craig body slams C-Mac on the hood of a Dodge Neon and makes a huge dent. C-Mac counters an irish whip and sends Craig thru the glass of a bus booth. Local authorities are called and both wrestlers are arrested.
