Live from Toronto, Canada the show starts with a first ever diva first blood match between Liana Lewis accompanied by TJD against Hannah Parks. The winner goes to Red Alert to compete in a triple threat for the Women’s championship. “Xtina” chants irritates Liana throughout the match. Liana drop kicks Hannah to the outside and then whips her head first into the steel steps. Liana takes Pedro’s chair and goes to hit Hannah but TJD gets in front of her and orders Liana not to hit her. The fans start a “holy shit” chant as Liana swings at TJD’s skull and busts him wide open and then DDT’s Hannah on the steel chair and busts her open to win the match.
During a commercial break, Hannah is taken out on a stretcher. This Sunday at Red Alert, Liana will take on Xtina and Angelica Hunt in a triple threat for the SIW Women’s championship. All three divas are three time champions.
On October 11, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event returns and will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Angel gets a nice pop from the Toronto crowd as he makes his way to the ring on his Harley Davidson for his thumbtack match against EBW’s Drako. Halfway through the match, Grunge and Terror Soule make their way to the ring but out of nowhere, SIW North American Champion Vex attacks Grunge and Soule from behind and then nails Drako with the Flat Line. Angel opens a bag of thumbtacks and spreads them all over the canvas and then hits Drako with the Atonement Spear. Drako is perforated with thumbtacks and receives medical attention after the match. Vex and Angel get into a stare down and then get a standing ovation as they shake hands.
Carnage Playback - For those that missed last week's Carnage on MTV.
Jack Kent is outside of Liana’s dressing room and tries to find out what’s going on by putting his ear on the door. Out of nowhere, Liana opens the door and hits Kent in the head and sends him flying. Liana walks the other way like nothing happened.
Former three time SIW Women’s Champion Xtina and her sister Michelle get a standing ovation in their hometown and cut a promo in the ring for their match against Angelica and Olivia. Doesn’t take long for their opponents to come out and all hell breaks loose in the ring until security comes out and separates the teams.
SIW European Champion Bozzman and Renegade take on Mysery and JaeVeli accompanied by Xtina in tag team action. Renegade gets a near fall on Mysery using a fisherman suplex but Mysery kicks out. As Renegade and Mysery battle on the outside, Bozzman has JaeVeli locked in the Bozzinator in the middle of the ring with nowhere to go. Bozz gets the win for his team via submission as JaeVeli taps out. After the match, Xtina orders JaeVeli and Mysery to attack Bozz and Renegade but that proves to be a big mistake as Bozz and Renegade clear the ring and celebrate with the crowd.
It’s time for Katie Mysfit’s secret surprise and she calls out none other than The Intolerables, Russel McPiledriverton & “The Disco Duck” Jimmy Cefalo who announce their return to the SIW and Brawl. The Intolerables announce that Rated X pussied out of their match at Red Alert so the people upstairs decided it’s going to be McPiledriverton & Cefalo against C-Mac’s butt buddy Vince Aprali and Metal Moses for the World Tag Team Championship.

Ragin’ Craig is booed by the Toronto crowd and he taunts them even more when he gets in the ring. Craig announces that in just under a week at Red Alert he will finally get what he deserves, the SIW championship. Craig shows a video package of all his great SIW moments but then he's cut interrupted by C-Mac who makes his entrance. Craig and C-Mac compete in a bench press competition. Craig goes first and benches 400 lbs. C-Mac struggles on his turn and out of nowhere Craig kicks him in the ribs and chokes him with the bar. Vince Aprali takes out Craig’s knee with a kick and calls for paramedics when he notices C-Mac is bleeding internally. Craig clotheslines Vince out of the ring and then powerslams the SIW Champion through the bench. Craig looks down at the SIW Championship before making his way backstage.
TJD is getting stitches backstage and says Liana has just open the door to her own personal hell. Aprali comes in the room out of breath and tells him what happened to C-Mac. TJD says just like Liana, Craig can’t get away with his action tonight. TJD then announces next week it’s going to be the SW Champion C-Mac, the one and only Trevor Derickson and the World Tag Team Champions against Liana Lewis and Ragin’ Craig in a handicap match.
The Air Canada explodes with cheers as Xtina and Michelle make their entrance carrying Canadian Flags. Xtina asks everyone to stand up for the Canadian anthem but right at the beginning the anthem is interrupted by Olivia Danger and SIW Women’s champion Angelica Hunt who come out and start the match immediately. Michelle wrestles for a long time without tagging but eventually she avoids a clothesline from Angelica and jumps to her corner and tags in Xtina. The crowd’s on their feet as Angie gets hit with a spine buster and then Xtina covers but Olivia breaks the count. Olivia is hit with the Goodie Kick and Xtina covers but Olivia is not the legal person in the ring. Angie attacks Xtina and they take the fight outside of the ring and all the way up the ramp and out of nowhere Liana sneaks out from the crowd and strikes both of them to their skulls with a folded steel chair. The ref calls the match a double DQ as the show ends. With Liana out of control, who knows what will happen this Sunday at Red Alert when the Women's championship is on the line in a triple threat.
