The show starts with acting general manager Trevor Derickson coming to ringside and gets a mixed crowd reception from the Rosemont fans. He calls out Outlaws Inc. to the ring and congratulates them for showing the Brawl fans what a real family is, not like that shameful group that calls themselves the Cartel. Derickson says he strongly believes Mysery has what it takes to defeat JaeVeli at Red Alert and will put an end to his painful title reign. Derickson tells Soule that he is one of the most loyal superstars in SIW history and he should have no problem beating Mr. Confidence and send him packing, Miller has stated if he looses at Red Alert he will retire from pro wrestling. Derickson looks at JD and calls him the future of Brawl and hopes he can send that message to C-Mac at Red Alert by becoming the new SIW European champion. Before he can compliment Grunge and Raven Frost, he is interrupted by The Cartel on the Trevortron. C-Mac and Jae tells the CEO to stop sucking the Outlaw’s genitals and watch some interesting footage. The show footage of the Derickson residence where five goons are trashing the place. Derickson starts panicking as he sees them smashing his 130 year old wine collection with crow bars. Derickson and Outlaws Inc go backstage looking for Jae and C-Mac
The first contest of the night is a diva military obstacle course in tribute to general manager Titan who is currently serving in Iraq. Xtina and Heaven Lee both come out with SIW Women’s titles and both claim to be women’s champion of the world. Jack Kent is the host and has the tough task of separating the divas and getting them to start the obstacle. Xtina and Heaven go through the tire course, then climb over a huge net. They are still even as they crawl through a couple of tubes and then they get to a pole where they have to do five chin ups. As Heaven does her second chin up, Xtina levels her with the Goodie Kick and leaves her on the ground unconscious. As paramedic check on the women’s champion, Xtina finishes the course and is announced the winner. The fans boo as Xtina holds up her replica of the SIW women’s championship
TJD is backstage talking to Queen Liana on his cell phone. Fortunately Liana and TJD Jr. are not at home. TJD tells her to stay away from the house for awhile and promises to make Cartel pay for everything
The returning Raven Frost accompanied by Mysery takes on the former insane asylum patient Maestro in the next match. The former three time world tag team champion is in trouble at the beginning of the match after getting hit with a cheap shot. Maestro tries to make him tap with an illegal choke hold but he’s stopped by the referee. Frost impressively fights his way back into the match after countering several maneuvers. Maestro is in trouble after getting dropped off the top rope with the undercastle. Moments later, Frost finishes him off by pin fall after delivering the Corrison and celebrates his win with Mysery
On September 30, 2007, Titan and Monday Night Brawl present Red Alert on pay per view live from the Quicken loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio!!
After a commercial break, is Jaffar’s cave and his guest is none other than the SIW veteran Grunge. Grunge hypes their match at Red Alert, where the winner gets to challenge any champion on Monday Night Brawl. The next night Grunge takes on Mohamed in a rematch for the EBW champion and loves the fact he can get rid of the evil duo in two nights. Jaffar starts yelling in arab and says that Grunge is underestimating him and he’s going to fail at Red Alert. Jaffar then accuses his girlfriend Chastity of having sex with Natedawg and Grunge grabs him by his shirt. Out of nowhere, EBW Champion Mohamed smashes a glass scepter in the back of his head and they start kicking him in his ribs. Mo applies the Sheik Clutch and doesn’t let go until many security agents force him off.
”Mr. Confidence” Michael Miller cuts a promo with Jack Kent and says he might not have to wait till this Sunday to become the SIW Hardcore champion. He talks bad about his opponents tonight but then he’s confronted by Scott Chambers, then Johnas Kuone who lost to Soule at EBW and then the hardcore champion himself shows up. They all tell Miller he hasn’t proved anything since his debut in the SIW and push him around but then they all start arguing with each other on who is going to win the match tonight
Mysery is walking towards The Outlaws locker room when all of a sudden he’s attacked by the Heavyweight champion JaeVeli who appears to have lost it. Jae beats down his Red Alert opponent and then sends him head first into a steel crate. JaeVeli leaves before staff members and other road agents appear. A road agent calls for help but Mysery just sits up with blood in his mouth and laughs maniacally
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
SIW Women’s champion Heaven Lee is backstage and is not happy with what happened tonight. She even refuses an interview with Jack Kent. All of a sudden, we see NuTz with Tyler and NuTz tries to cheer her up by handing her some roses. NuTz explains that Xtina is scared of her that’s why she acts the way she does and it will all be over after she beats her at Red Alert. We then hear Tyler scream as Lucy Fur bites his leg. Heaven orders her to stop biting him as the cameras go back to ringside
The next match is a four way match for the SIW Hardcore championship between Chambers, Miller, Kuone and Soule. Soule and Miller start fighting and take their brawl outside of the ring. Chambers gets a near fall early in the match after hitting Kuone with the oriental spike but Kuone kicks out. On the outside, we see Miller rake Soule in his eyes and then whips him into the steel steps. Miller covers but Chambers breaks the count and slams Miller on the Spanish table. Chambers climbs on the table but Miller hit him with a low blow. Kuone nails Soule with a metal pan and covers but the champ kicks out. Kuone and Soule start fighting up the entrance ramp as Chambers avoids getting a monitor smashes to his head and spears Miller into the security wall. Late in the match, Miller goes for a suplex over the entrance ramp but Soule counters and they both fall off the ramp. Chambers slides Kuone on the table and then pulls out a ladder and delivers the Fubar off the ladder and through the table. Chambers is out cold also but he is on top of Kuone and referee counts to three and awards him the winner and new hardcore champion. Soule and Miller get back to their feet and here the announcement of Chambers being the new champion. Trevor Derickson comes out and congratulates Chambers on winning his first SIW title and then announces that Soule’s match against Miller at Red Alert will be to determine a new #1 contender for the SIW Hardcore championship
Carnage preview. Rated X challenges Glenn Kirby and Darren Knight for the SIW Tag Team Championship. Queen Liana will challenge Mohamed for the EBW title and Dawg House will try to get the upper hand over Definition in a tornado tag team match. This and much more next Friday on MTV
We see footage of Cartel members C-Mac and Heavyweight champion JaeVeli discussing how they pissed off Trevor. Jae claims they went too far but C-Mac says it’s just the beginning. JaeVeli tells C-Mac he doesn’t think it’ a good idea to piss of Trevor. C-Mac claims Trevor has no power over the Cartel. C-Mac tells the Heavyweight champion to grow some balls and then hypes his hundredth match tonight on Brawl against Darksyde or JD Xtreme which will be decided by a coin toss

September 27, 2004 The Pyramid | Memphis, Tennessee Mohamed and Jaffar hold senior referee hostage in order to gain an SIW contract and 2 million dollars
C-Mac who battles in his 100th match in the SIW, world tag team champion JD Xtreme and SIW European champion are in the ring as the referee flips the coin. Darksyde picks heads and heads is what shown on the coin. JD Xtreme becomes the guest referee for the match. The fans start a “JD” chant as he starts the match. C-Mac and Darksyde lock up and the champion overpowers C-Mac in the corner and nails him with a knee to the mid section. C-Mac nails him with hard left and rights and flips him around in the corner and continues to nail him with closed fists until JD steps in and tells C-Mac to keep it clean. C-Mac responds by pushing Jd down to the canvas but out of nowhere, Darksyde levels him with a clothesline. Darksyde covers but JD is too slow to count due to being knocked down and C-Mac kicks out. Darksyde gets pissed as JD slow counting and tells him to count faster. C-Mac attacks him from behind and delivers the Italian leg sweep. C-Mac covers but Darksyde kicks out. After fighting back and forth C-Mac delivers the KOD and covers Darksyde to pick up the huge win just one week before Red Alert. After the match, C-Mac and JD gets into a stare down and C-Mac offers him a handshake and says he will see him this Sunday. JD accepts the handshake but out of nowhere, C-Mac drops him with the KOD and looks down at both his fallen Red Alert opponents. Trevor Derickson comes out and tells C-Mac he must think he’s clever laying out both his opponents before the big show this Sunday. Trevor then drops a bombshell. Should C-Mac loses the triple threat match at the pay per view against JD an Darksyde, he will be fired on the spot

Mysery and Pamela make their entrance to take on the Heavyweight champion JaeVeli and Alixe in a mixed tag team match. Mysery attacks Jae before the bell rings and the match starts. Mysery locks Jae in his own submission move the Gangsta Grip. Jae struggles but manages to fight his way to the ropes to break the hold. Jae strikes Mysery with a kick to his head and whips him out of the ring. Mysery pretends to be hurt but out of nowhere, he kicks Jae in his left knee and then smashes his head on the ring post. Alize gets involved but she’s tackled to the ground by Pamela who didn’t appreciate her initiation last week. Mysery slides Jae back in the ring and covers but the champion kicks out. Mysery whips Jae in the corner and goes for a corner splash but Jae moves and delivers a bulldog. Jae delivers several elbow drops and then climbs to the top rope but Pamela wiggles the top rope and Jae falls on his groin. Mysery levels the champion with a clothesline and Jae falls to the outside. Mysery picks up Jae but out of nowhere, Jae nails him with a head butt and delivers a t-bone suplex on the entrance ramp. The referee gets them back in the ring and the match continues back and forth and the divas are eventually tagged in. Pamela delivers a DDT to Alize in the middle of the ring and then climbs to the top rope and delivers a moonsault but Alize moves and Pamela tastes canvas. Alize gets some hard punches in and delivers a scissor kick. Alize goes for a cover but Pamela kicks out. The divas tag in their partners and the match continues between Mysery and JaeVeli until we see someone wearing a Michael Myers mask appear from the crowd. As the referee tries to stop a brawl between Pamela and Alize, the masked person smashes a monitor over Jae’s skull and escapes through the crowd. Mysery delivers the Deadmark and pins JaeVeli to pick up a win over the champion just one week before Red Alert. The person wearing the Michael Myers masks looks down at JaeVeli from the rafters as the show ends
