Brawl starts with Jack Kent coming to ringside and announces that Mr. Derickson will not be on the show but the CEO has appointed an interim general manager which turns out to be non other than SIW Hall of Famer Kevin “Titan” McColl. Titan gets a mixed crowd reaction as he comes to ringside wearing a Brawl t-shirt and a cowboy hat. Titan says he made a promise to his boss and good friend TJD that he would keep things under control until he returns. Titan says if anyone has something bad to say about TJD they have to deal with Titan.
Eddie Valentine made his Brawl debut in a match against the disturbed Mysery. Valentine’s lack of experience shows in this match as Mysery dominates. After delivering a DDT, Mysery executes the Dead Mark and covers for the win. After the match, Mysery delivers a beat down which causes security to rush out. Valentine retreats backstage telling his manager something about quitting the business.
On October 11, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event returns and will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
The Intolerables put the World Tag Team championship on the line in a rematch against Vince Aprali & Metal Moses from the t.W.o. The Intolerables manage to retain against the former champs after Disco delivers the Disco Ball of Doom and pins Moses.

Former SIW superstar A.B.A is in the crowd and interviewed by Katie Mysfit. A.B.A says he’s interested in working WAR and possibly Unhallowed Desires. A.B.A says an announcement should be made this week-end.
Hannah Parks takes Angelica Hunt for the SIW Women’s championship. Xtina joins commentary for this one and agrees with Katie’s theory that Angie sucks. Hannah announces that if she looses to Angie she will leave Brawl. In the end, Angie continues her impressive title reign with a huge win over Hannah via pin fall after delivering the A-Bomb Drop. After the match, Katie instigates Xtina to confront Angelica in the ring. The divas get into a stare down but from the crowd, JaeVeli makes his return to Brawl and drops Angie with a neck breaker from behind. Xtina kicks her while she’s down but from the back comes SIW Hardcore champion Terror Soule who makes the save with a folded steel chair.
Southern Kings Murdoc and Adam Storm go to Titan’s office and ask for a chance at the Intolerables and their tag titles. Titan agrees and says it will happen next week on Wednesday War.
Ragin’ Craig and The Renegade battle in the next match to determine a new #1 contender for the SIW European Championship. The match ends in a double DQ as both competitors are laid out in the middle of the ring thanks tot JaeVeli and Xtina with steel chairs. JaeVeli says he should be #1 contender but then Mysery comes out and tells JaeVeli he’s full of shit. Before things get out of hand, Titan comes out with a solution. Titan announces next week on Brawl, it will be Craig, Renegade, JaeVeli and Mysery in a steel cage to determine Bozzman’s opponent at WAR.

Jack Kent calls out Liana Lewis for an exclusive interview. Liana claims that TJD is not on Brawl because he scared of Liana Lewis. An emotional Liana gets into some legal issues but she’s cut off by SIW Champion Chris Macavedi & Vince Aprali. C-Mac takes Kent’s mic and tells them both to get out of the ring. Security is called to escort them backstage. C-Mac announces it’s his one year anniversary and he has signed a two year contract extention. The fans boo C-Mac and get into a “Bozzman” chant as he plays footage of his accomplishments on the Trevortron. C-Mac then talks shit about Bozzman until the European champion comes running out. C-Mac and Vince run away from him and head backstage.
Angel takes on Grunge in a rematch for the EBW Championship. Last week both men battled in a brutal match where we saw Angel hit the salvation splash 20 feet off the second balcony onto Grunge. The match ended in a no contest. Grunge whips Angel into the steel steps and goes for a flying knee to his face but Angel moves and Grunge hits the steps with his right knee. Angel hits Grunge with the Atonement Spear into the Spanish table and throws him back in the ring and pins him after delivering the Salvation Splash. After the match, Angel pours lighter fluid on the EBW championship and goes to light a match but he’s interrupted by EBW member Terror Soule. Terror tells Angel he won’t let EBW die that easy and challenges him to put the title on the line at Unhallowed Desires. Angel accepts and the fans go crazy as they get into a staredown
Titan is backstage talking to TJD on his cell phone. Titan tells TJD Angel just became the first competitor to hold the World, Heavyweight and EBW titles. TJD says he doesn't care about Angel's accomplishments and orders Titan to make an announcement after the main event. Titan tells him it’s a great announcement and idea and reassures him he has the show under control.
Xtina and JaeVeli cut a promo backstage and don’t have kind things to say about SIW women’s champion Angelica Hunt. JaeVeli hypes his match next week and out of nowhere Angie clotheslines Xtina and whips her into a steel crate. JaeVeli and several road agents stop the chaos.
SIW European champion Bozzman gets a standing ovation as he takes on SIW champion C-Mac in a non title match. This highly anticipated match delivered the goods until late in the match C-Mac escapes the Bozzinator and goes to the outside. Bozzman chases him and whips him into the security wall several times. The keep battling on the outside ignoring the referee’s orders to get back in the ring. Referee Andrew Yung can’t get them to comply and calls the match a double count out. Officials are beaten and pushes as Bozz and C-Mac exchange lefts and rights. All of a sudden interim general manager Titan comes out and says he has a huge announcement to make on TJD’s behalf. He has been informed that the SIW Championship will be on the line at Unhallowed Desires. It will be C-Mac going against Bozzman in a “I Quit” match.
