Brawl starts live from the MGM Grand with Jack Kent interviewing Explicit Content Xtina & JaeVeli. Xtina says that Hannah Parks doesn’t have a chance in hell at winning in the opening round of the tournament. JaeVeli runs his mouth until he’s confronted by the SIW European Champion Bozzman. The champ tells him not to do anything he’ll regret in their match against C-Mac & Mysery. JaeVeli reassures Bozzman that he has his back.
The Intolerables put the World Tag Team title on the line in a triple threat against the team of Angel & Metalgod and the Southern Kings. Before the match starts, Angel makes a blockbuster announcement. He pulls out the classic SIW Extreme Championship from a bag and throws the EBW title in the crowd. Terror Soule comes out to do commentary and says Angel will pay for disrespecting the EBW. Murdoc attacks Angel from behind to start the match. Metalgod goes crazy on the outside as he takes on Disco and Russel and sends them both into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Angel nails Storm with the Atonement Spear and then covers to take the win. Terror attacks Angel after the match but out of nowhere, Metalgod delivers a vicious God Bomb to save his partner. Terror Soule stands up bleeding from the mouth and laughs sadisticaly. Soule provokes Angel some more but road agents hold back the World Tag/Extreme champion from going in the ring
On January 10, 2007, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event returns and will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Katie Mysfit is in the ring and says that since it's a spcecial night at the MGM Grand she has a special announcement to make. On March 25, 2007 the pay per view spectacle known as Wrestlefest will be live from the Tropicana Field in her homestate. Katie will be the guest referee for the women's title match.
Liana Lewis has been winning her fans back since breaking up with TJD. She answers a few questions and tells Jack Kent that Jill is out of shape and has no business being in the tournament. Liana guarantees an easy victory. Liana turns around and finds herself face to face with Titan who’s wearing an “I’m a Lesbian” t-shirt. They give each other a weird look and Titan wishes her good luck in her match.
Jill and Ragin’ Craig get major heat as they cut an in ring promo before Craig’s match against The Renegade. “Jill Sucks” chants fill the arena. Renegade runs out and the match starts immediately. Craig whips Renegade to the corner but misses a corner splash. Renegade capitalizes with the Slam Jam DDT and covers but Jill pulls Craig out of the ring. Jill nails Renegade with a low blow and gets Craig disqualified. Craig picks up Renegade and rams his shoulder into the steel ring post. Renegade receives medical attention after the match
Russel and Disco complain about their loss to interim gm Titan. Russel tells him they never got pinned so they should still be champs. Titan agrees but says he can’t reverse the decision. However he gives them a rematch. Next week on Brawl, it’s going to be Angel & Metalgod against The Intolerables for the World Tag Team Championship.
Carnage Playback - For SIW fans that missed last week's Carnage on MTV.
Xtina is accompanied by JaeVeli as she takes on Hannah Parks in a tournament match. SIW Women's Champion Angeica Hunt watches the match backstage on a monitor. Hannah gets a near fall after delivering a reverse neck breaker but Xtina kicks out at two. Hannah applies a choke hold in the middle of the ring and Xtina struggles until she manages to reach the ropes. Hannah whips Xtina to the ropes and but misses a clothesline and out of nowhere Xtina nails her with the Goodie Kick and covers for the three count to advance.

SIW Champion C-Mac and Vince Aprali are backstage slapping a staff member around. He pushes the champ and Aprali punches him in his jaw. They beat down the staff member until Bozzman appears saves him from a major beating. Bozzman sends C-Mac into a trash can and nails Vince with the lid. Out of nowhere Mysery attacks Bozzman and security is forced to break it up.
Liana Lewis gets a nice pop from the crowd as she comes out for her tournament match against Jill accompanied by Ragin’ Craig. SIW Women's Champion Angelica Hunt is watching the match backstage on a monitor. Liana dominates Jill who shows some ring rust. Liana shows her strength as she counters Jill’s suplex and covers after an elbow off the second rope but Jill kicks out at two. Liana whips Jill into the corner and squashes the referee in the same time. The fans start booing as Craig gets involved dropping Liana with the Rage Factor and kicks the ref to wake him up. Jill covers and steals the win. After the match, Renegade runs out but Craig and Jill escape into the crowd.
Hannah Parks comes out to ringside accompanied by Titan and announces a Diva Halloween Contest at Unhallowed Desires where the diva with the sexiest costume will win. Titan says that he wants Hannah in the contest also and he and the fans will be the judges.
SIW European Champion Bozzman and JaeVeli take on SIW Champion C-Mac and the deranged Mysery. JaeVeli and Mysery start the match. Bozzman and JaeVeli dominate until JaeVeli refuses to tag in. C-Mac drops Bozz with the Italian Leg Sweep and covers but Bozz kicks out. Bozzman counters a suplex into a sit down powerbomb and then drop kicks Mysery off the apron. Out of nowhere JaeVeli turns on his partner and nails Bozzman with the Reality Check. The ref calls the match a no contest as C-Mac, Vince, JaeVeli and Mysery beat down the European champion like a pack of wolves. Fortunately, the World Tag Team Champions Angel and Metalgod come out to help Bozzman swinging steel bats. C-Mac, Vince, JaeVeli and Mysery avoid a beating and flee backstage as the show ends.
