Just six days before Unhallowed Desires, Monday Night Brawl starts live from the Nassau Coliseum with Trevor Derickson coming to ringside and announces that he has organized a Nationwide search for his beloved Queen that was kidnapped by Chris Macavedi and his goons. Trevor says there will be an update tonight on Brawl concerning the Queen. She may already be found by the authorities
NuTz’s wife Shannen makes her in ring debut against Natedawg’s latest flame Chastity but things could have gone a little better. Chastity who has much more experience counters a suplex late in the match into an Alabama slam and then pinned Shannen after delivering the Gangstanator. After the match, the fans are left in disbelief as NuTz snaps again and drops Chastity with a power bomb in the middle of the ring. Chastity lands awkward on her neck and is motionless in the middle of the ring. Paramedics are then assaulted by NuTz and security is called out to control the SIW veteran
The new world tag team champions Mysery and Raven Frost introduce themselves as Twisted Thoughts and claim winning the titles from Forbidden Xtreme was like taking candy from a baby. Out of nowhere, Mo and Jaffar savagely attack them with Iraq Flag poles and all hell breaks lose backstage. Chief of security Polar gets involved and with the help of his team breaks up the brawl between the two combinations that will battle each other later in the night

Scott Chambers is accompanied by Heaven Lee as he puts the SIW Hardcore title on the line against the former champion Terror Soule. Grunge is the guest referee for the match. All three competitors will meet this Sunday at Unhallowed Desires in a New York Alley Brawl. Soule executes a back slide early in the match but Grunge takes his time to count and Chambers kicks out easily. Soule and Grunge start arguing but from behind Chambers delivers flying knee to his lower back. Chambers whips Soule to the corner and goes for a spear as Soule bounces back but Soule moves and Chambers goes through the turnbuckles and hits the post with his shoulder. Soule delivers a flying elbow off the top rope and covers but the hardcore champion kicks out. Soule delivers a leg drop and covers again but this time Grunge is trying to flirt with Heaven. Soule turns him around and levels him with a hard right to his mouth and Grunge hits him back. A fight breaks out between Grunge and Terror Soule and Grunge whips him into the steel steps. The match ends in a no contest as Grunge levels Chambers with the hardcore title and then hits Soule also. The fans boo as Grunge raises the title up high as he stands above Chambers and Soule
Jack Kent is backstage with JD Xtreme’s agent and he has great news for SIW fans. JD did not suffer a severe concussion last week as announced when he was struck with the ring bell by NuTz. He missed this week’s Brawl and two house shows to do further testing but he will be at Unhallowed Desires this Sunday to defend the SIW European championship against a man who has been out of control and irrational recently, NuTz

Last week, Trevor announced that the fans will get to decided which “SIW Women’s champion” will have to defend the championship. Katie Mysfit announces that the votes are in and Heaven Lee won with 60% of the votes. Pamela comes out more ready than ever and attacks Heaven as soon as the bell rings. Pamela delivers a spin buster and goes off the ropes for a leg drop. Pamela covers but Heaven kicks out. Pamela continue to impress everyone by dominating the champion but all of a sudden we see the other women’s champion Xtina come out and watches the match at the top of the entrance ramp. Pamela charges Heaven in the corner but she gets kicked to her jaw and Heaven delivers a bulldog. Heaven climbs to the top rope and goes for a flying body press but Pamela counters into a power slam. Pamela covers but Heaven kicks out just in time. Late in the match, Pamela climbs to the top rope but Heaven is back on her feet and delivers a superplex. The champion executes the fall from heaven moonsault and covers but Pamela surprises everyone with kick out to stay in the match. Heaven places her in a tree of woe and delivers a drop kick but then Xtina gets on the apron. Heaven responds with a drop kick and Xtina flies off the apron. The match continues but ends shortly as Panela falls victim to the Heaven’s Fury and Heaven pins her to retain. After the match, Xtina pulls out a shovel from under the ring and knocks out Heaven with a shot to her skull. Lucy barks at Xtina but is chased out of the ring by a swinging shovel. Xtina places the shovel over Heaven and is booed as she raises both women’s titles. Can Heaven bury this psychopath alive at Unhallowed Desires to reclaim her status as THE women’s champion of the SIW?
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
Trevor Derickson is surrounded by security in the parking lot as the feds and an ambulance arrive. We see Queen Liana wrapped in a towel as she gets out of the ambulance and is comforted by Trevor. The feds inform Trevor that they found her tied up in an abandoned warehouse after receiving a call from someone who heard screams. Trevor suggests that Liana should rest and he will beat the living hell out of C-Mac himself. Liana says she will be fine and wants nothing more than to rip his balls off this Sunday at Unhallowed Desires. Trevor leaves with Queen Liana and the feds and a report will be filed. Trevor puts Chief of Security Polar in charge for the rest of the night
Carnage preview. Just two days before Unhallowed Desires, Sonny Smith and Natedawg will battle in a brutal non title chain match. Fight Knight put their SIW tag team title on the line against Dawg House. This and much more next Friday on MTV
World Tag Team champions Twisted Thoughts actually have the fans behind them in the next match against the evil and ruthless duo of Mohamed and Jaffar. Raven Frost starts the match against Jaffar and as he whips him to the ropes Jaffar avoids a clothesline and bites his arm. Raven punches him off and Jaffar falls to the canvas. Mysery is tagged in and they double team Jaffar and launch him with a double back body drop. Mo gets in the ring and kncokes the champs down with a double clothesline. The referee gets Mo back in his corner and Jaffar avoid a beating from Mysery and tags in. As Mysery comes off the ropes, Jaffar nails him with a golden cane. Mo goes for a cover but Mysery kicks out. The match continues as Mo and Jaffar try every dirty trick in the book but are not able to pin Mysery or Raven. The match ends with Raven delivering a tombstone piledriver to Jaffar and Mysery executes the Deadmark and pins him to win the match. After the match, Mysery and Raven announce that Unhallowed Desires is a Halloween pay per view and wonder why they don’t have a match. Twisted Thoughts warn the SIW superstars and fans that they will indeed be at the pay per view this Sunday and there will be blood

Terror Soule pinned Drako to win the SIW North American Championship
The next match is the first of two beat the clock matches of the night. Bozzman takes on The Joker and must get the best time possible if he wants to chose the stipulation for his match against JaeVeli this Sunday at Unhallowed Desires. Bozzman has the fans on their feet as he unleashes on Joker as the bell rings. After a Bozz Bomb, the former SIW champion goes for a cover but Joker kicks out at two. Bozzman delivers a triple german suplex and then climbs the top rope and goes for a leg drop but Joker moves out of the way. Joker misses an elbow and Bozzman delivers a belly to belly across the ring and then applies the half bozzton crab and Joker taps out at 7:01
Jack Kent is backstage with Darksyde as Heavyweight champion JaeVeli makes his entrance. Darksyde says not only will Jaeveli not beat Bozzman’s time, he will lose tonight because he is dedicating this match to his good friend Titan who is currently serving in Iraq
Darksyde runs out to the ring in the main event and attacks Jae to start the match immediately. Darksyde controls the pace until JaeVeli counters a hip toss and clotheslines him out of the ring. The brawl on the outside and JaeVeli whips him into the Spanish table. The referee gets JaeVeli back in the ring and starts counting out Darksyde but the former henchmen slides back in the ring and the match continues. Half the crowd starts a “Bozzman” chant and the other chant “JaeVeli” as the heavyweight champion dominates Darksyde. JaeVeli applies the Gangsta Grip at 6:09 in the match and can beat the clock as soon as Darksyde taps but the resilient former euro champ struggles to stay in the match. Moments later Darksyde has no more fight left in him and taps out at 7:03, just two seconds more than Bozzman’s time. JaeVeli is declared the winner but his music is cut by Bozzman’s entrance. The fans are on their feet cheering as Bozz and Jae get into a stare down. Jack Kent comes to the ring and asks Bozz if he decided on a stipulation. Bozzman informs Jae and the fans that history will repeat itself. The match at Unhallowed Desires will be an “I Quit” match just like last year’s pay per view when he beat C-Mac for the SIW Champion in the same match. JaeVeli tells Bozzman that he is not a quitter like C-Mac and he is going to give him the beating of a life time. Both competitors start pushing each other in the ring but heavy security breaks up the brawl as the show ends
