Brawl starts with the fans booing as Trevor Derickson and Chris Macavedi make their way to ringside and show footage from Unhallowed Desires when Trevor turned on Queen Liana by hitting her with a folded steel chair and then ordering C-Mac to drop her with the KOD. C-Mac and Trevor claim to have dethrone the Queen and the CEO wants custody of his son. Trevor looking proud of himself says that Liana is so heart broken that she decided not to show up tonight on Brawl. Trevor says that a new heavyweight champion was crowned last night but the truth is, the real champion is standing in the ring and his name is Chris Macavedi. C-Mac announces that a new era on Brawl starts tonight
Olivia and Pamela who made an appearance in the buried alive diva match last night fight one on one on Brawl. Pamela is as vicious as ever but Olivia comes out with a win using the Tumble of life. Olivia starts walking to the back and all of a sudden Pamela calls her back to the ring and tells her that her win was a fluke and demands a rematch. Both divas fight back and forth in a second match in which Pamela wins using a handful of tights. After the match, Pamela strikes Olivia with a spear and levels her with lefts and rights until security runs to ringside to stop the brawl

Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden talk about the tragic incident involving Shannen at Unhallowed Desires when her husband NuTz mistakenly stabbed her instead of JD Xtreme. Hayden announces that the SIW European champion has decided he will visit Shannen in the hospital tonight. She has been listed as being in stable condition
Metalgod makes his Monday Night Brawl return in a match against Blackowt. Metalgod always a fan favorite anywhere picks up the win by pin fall after delivering the Forsaken Bomb. After the match, Metalgod gets the fans cheering as he announced that “Hardcore Legend” has returned to Brawl and Chambers better kiss his title goodbye. All of a sudden we hear a familiar sound and the fans go crazy as “The Definition of Hardcore” Renegade makes his way through the crowd and into the ring with a barbed 2 x 4. Metalgod slides out of the ring as Renegade swings the 2x 4 like a madman. Renegade tells Metalgod when it comes to hardcore he will always be #2 after the DOH and announces the “real” hardcore legend has returned to Brawl and Metalgod is going to realize that next week when they fight in a hardcore match one on one

The next match is an unhallowed Desires rematch for the SIW Hardcore championship between Grunge, Terror Soule and Scott Chambers accompanied by Heaven Lee. During the match Mo and Jaffar appear at the top of the entrance ramp which irritates Grunge. As Mo and Jaffar walk further down the ramp, Grunge slides out of the ring and attacks both of them. Moments later, Grunge is getting double teamed by Mo and Jaffar and Soule is pinned after getting hit with the fade to black by Scott Chambers. Road agents are forced to come out and stop the assault on Grunge
After a commercial break, Soule says that he should have won the match tonight but he has a lot on his mind like Twisted Thoughts threatening to harm his daughter. At Unhallowed Desires, Terror Soule had found sickly modified pictures of his daughter backstage. Soule challenges Raven Frost to a match next week and then says he wants to destroy Mysery the week after
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
The Trevortron shows footage of SIW European champion JD Xtreme at a Manhattan hospital visiting Shannen and offers his condolences. JD says that what NuTz did was out of line at Unhallowed Desires and hopes that he will get punished accordingly. JD says that he hopes she recovers quickly. Shannen mentions that NuTz has changed dramatically the last few weeks and doesn’t know what happened to him. Out of nowhere, a doctor takes off his face mask and it’s none other than NuTz himself who assaults the European champion and whips him into a medicine cabinet and strikes him with Shannen’s IV pole. Help comes in the room but NuTz assaults the security guards and escapes
After a short break, we see a brawl break out backstage between Grunge and Mohamed. Grunge takes a metal pole and nails Mo in his head several times. Jaffar jumps on his back and Grunge flips him on the ground and starts kicking him in his ribs. Security is called and they stop the backstage chaos. Hayden says something has to be done about this war between Grunge and the evil duo
Jack Kent is backstage with the undisputed SIW Women’s champion Xtina and claims that she successfully defended her title last night against the walking disease that calls herself Heaven Lee. Xtina mocks Heaven and tells the fans how horrible she looked during Scott’s match tonight because she got her ass kicked by the greatest diva in the history of this business 24 hours ago. Kent asks what’s next for Xtina and she says that she has always been a fighting champion and that’s just what’s she’s going to do. Pamela shows up and tells Xtina that she helped her beat Heaven at Unhallowed Desires and deserves a title shot. Out of nowhere, Olivia appears and says she should be the #1 contender because she defeated her tonight fair and square. Xtina then tells them to have a no dq, no count out match next week on Brawl to determine a new #1 contender. Pamela and Olivia agree and go their separate ways
Carnage preview. Unhallowed Desires fallout. Can Sonny Smith and Darren Knight both considered #1 contenders co-exist to team up with Miguel Cervantes as they compete against Dawg House in a 6 man tag team match? Rikki Cook, Brandon Gateman and Johnny Ringo battle fore the SIW North American championship. This and much more next Friday on MTV
Twisted Thoughts defend the tag team championship in a triple threat against Mo & Jaffar and the team of Joker and Darksyde who can’t find a way to get along and work as a team. As Joker is arguing with Darksyde, Mo rolls him up from behind but Mysery breaks the count and drops Mo with a DDT. Late in the match, Mysery finds himself on his own as Terror Soule knocks out his partner with a set of brass knuckles. Mysery launches Mo and Jaffar over the top rope with a double back body drop and then clotheslines Joker out of the ring. Darksyde gets hit with the Torture Soul and Mysery pins him to win the match. As the bell rings, Mysery turns around only to get knocked out by Soule with the same brass knuckles that knocked out his partner
The fans start a “losers” chant as the Trevortron shows footage of Trevor and C-Mac backstage. Trevor annonces that C-Mac takes on someone at WAR and makes an example out of his opponent to spread fear in the rest of the roster and to prove that C-Mac truly is Mr. Brawl
Jimmy Hayden informs the fans that Grunge has been granted a match against Mo at Wednesday War. Grunge will get the opportunity to reclaim the EBW Championship. Other matches confirmed are C-Mac vs Blackowt, world tag team champions Twisted Thoughts vs the SIW champions Dawg House and also the hardcore champion Scott Chambers vs extreme champion Miguel Cervantes

Jason Brown gets Bad Ass Bombed by Barney the Dinosaur
Jack Kent is in the ring at the end of the program and calls out the new Heavyweight champion Bozzman who gets a standing ovation from the New York crowd. Kent congratulates Bozzman and says that history did repeat itself at Unhallowed Desires but it was not an easy match. Bozzman says that JaeVeli came out for a fight and it took a lot to make him utter the words “I Quit”. Kent asks Bozz his opinion of C-Mac and being labeled the “real” champion. Bozzman says he beat C-Mac and he’ll be more than happy to do it again. All of a sudden the interview is interrupted by JaeVeli who gets a nice pop from the crowd as he makes his way into the ring. Jae gets into a stare down with Bozzman and tells him to leave C-Mac out of it because this is between them. JaeVeli announces he is entitled to a rematch and he’s going to repeat his own history. JaeVeli shows footage of the last WAR when he defeated “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi to win the Heavyweight championship. JaeVeli makes it official; it will be Bozzman vs JaeVeli at WAR in a Unhallowed Desires rematch. The show ends with Bozzman and JaeVeli getting into a stare down and officials in between them
