The SIW made their way to Charlotte, North Carolina for a Halloween edition of Monday Night Brawl one night after Unhallowed Desires. The program started with a video tribute for the former SIW Champion Uncanny Inferno who passed away at the PPV. Mohamed and Jaffar are claiming responsibility the hanging. Jimmy Hayden and Katie Mysfit gave everyone an update on what happen at Unhallowed Desires.
Two rising stars on MNB Stryfe and Metal Moses fought in the first match. Stryfe delivered a Stalling Brainbuster and went for an early pin fall but Moses kicked out. Stryfe went for a suplex but Moses countered and delivered a side slam. Moses managed to win the match after delivering a sit down powerbomb off the top rope getting a pin fall. Moses celebrated his win but Stryfe attacked him from behind and kicked him down. Stryfe got a steel chair and busted Moses wide open with a shot to his skull. To everyone’s surprise, Khristian Call came out to help Moses out of good will. Stryfe was ready to fight Call but suddenly they both turned around and continued to attack a bloody Metal Moses until security and road agents broke it up. The crowd was furious booing Call who has been a fan favorite since the beginning of his SIW career. We hope to find out more on this situation
H-Bomb talked to Greg Banks about a possible match with Xtina. Regina then showed up and said she wanted a match also. As they argued, Liana Lewis walked in and told them all to shut up. Liana said she deserved a rematch since she was champ just 24 hours ago. Banks then came up with the idea to book a triple threat diva match. The winner will become the #1 contender for the SIW Women’s Championship.
Advertisement for Staying Alive. The Carnage superstars will be at the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee on November 27, 2005. The PPV will feature elimination style matches and the SIW Heavyweight Championship will be on the line in the main event.
MNB interviewer Jack Kent was on hand to intercept Angel as he entered the Charlotte Coliseum. Angel appeared wearing all black attire. Kent stuttered to ask Angel a question, but the former SIW Champion grabbed Kent by his shirt, picked him up, and pinned him against the wall. You could see the rage in his eyes as he sternly asked about the whereabouts of Mo and Jaffar, but all Kent could manage was to fearfully shake his head. Angel released Kent, letting him drop to the floor leaving a stern message. First, Angel was going to punish JD Stars for his sins. Second, Angel would find and eliminate the two Iraqis who murdered The Uncanny Inferno last night on Unhallowed Desires.
Before the next match started, James Airington announced that he was disappointed with HMH’s actions at UD but life goes on. Airington was so confidant he said that if couldn’t defeated Glenn Kirby he would leave the SIW. The fans went wild as the A.O.A made his MNB return to fight Airington in a one on one match up. These two SIW vets delivered a hell of a back and forth match. Near the end, Airington went for an AirSlam but Kirby countered by throwing him towards the ropes and then delivered the Thug Bug to get a pin fall. After a handshake, Airington received a standing ovation and he will be missed by everyone on the SIW roster
MNB GM Greg Banks who was disguised as Superman came out accompanied by the SIW Champion Duane Doogan. He said that TJD and Titan left the PPV in terrible pain and someone is going to pay for that on Carnage. They were soon interrupted by Grunge and Drako who both had taped up ribs. They threatened to come to the ring and annihilate both of them but Drako said that Banks was not worth it and Doogan will get whats coming to him when Grunge kicks his ass for the SIW Championship
The SIW European Champion Chris Macavedi came to the ring accompanied by Dallas Nash, Vincent D’Amor and his manager Vince Aprali to take on one half of the SIW World Tag Team Champions Mysery. Macavedi was having his fair share of problems until he got help from his associates. Mysery leveled Chris with a swinging neck breaker before Nash pulled him out of the ring and nailed him with a headbutt. The referee decided to ban Nash, Aprali and D’Amor from ringside. Mysery gained control of the match and after delivering a DDT, he climbed the top rope. Macavedi avoided the Deadmark and managed to execute the Italian Leg Sweep. Macavedi won the match by pin fall after delivering The Dominator to retain the SIW European Championship.
The new SIW Women’s champion Xtina cut her first promo as champ backstage with Jack Kent. Xtina said she proved at Unhallowed Desires that she was better than any diva in the SIW, Brawl or Carnage it didn’t matter. Xtina demanded respect from now on from everyone. She said her title means that she is the very best female wrestler on the planet.
Angel took on one half of the SIW World tag Team champions JD Stars in a highly anticipated match. JD was impressive against the SIW vet and former champion but all he got was near falls. Angel aimed at Stars in the corner but he moved and Angel missed the Atonement Spear and hit the ring post. Stars went for the pin but Angel kicked out at the last second to stay in the match. Four middles eastern servants then made their way to ringside. Three of them distracted the referee while the other shot Angel with a tranquilizer. He then nailed Stars with a DDT and then put him on top of Angel giving him the win. After the match, two of them took off their masks and it turned out to be Mo and Jaffar. The other servants threw Stars out of the ring while Mo cowardly locked a half unconscious Angel in a Camel Clutch and didn’t let go. Fotunately for Stars, he was able to chase them all away with a 2x4 he found under the ring. Angel received medical attention immediately and may have suffered neck and/or back injuries.
Jack Kent tried to get a few words from Khristian Call and Stryfe but they ended up telling him to get lost. Stryfe kicked the door closed knocking the helpless interviewer on his ass. Further down the hall, Heavy Metal Hero bumped into Liana Lewis and told her she didn’t need Airington’s friendship. Her main squeeze Glenn Kirby then appeared and put his arm around her. He told HMH that he didn’t know shit and if he knew what was best he would back off. They got into a stare down as MNB went to a commercial.
Jason Brown came to the ring and grabbed the mic from the announcer Ken Pratt. He said that his loss to A.B.A at Unhallowed Desires was bullshit. As he continued to complain like a sore loser, Barney the Dinosaur made his way to the ring and told him that everyone still loves him. When he started singing the “I love You” song, Brown nailed him with a closeline and kicked him in the head several times. Brown whipped him in the corner but all of a sudden Barney nailed him with a boot to the face and then delivered the Bad Ass Bomb. Barney pulled his mask off and revealed himself as the SIW Hardcore Champion A.B.A

Drako accompanied Grunge to the ring for his match against Duane Doogan for the SIW Championship. Doogan strategically worked Grunge’s ribs and got a near fall after executing a superplex. Grunge countered the DooganDT and threw the champ out of the ring. As the referee checkedon Grunge, Drako leveled Doogan with lefts and rights and then whipped him into the Spanish table. Banks took off his cape and then choked Drako from behind. Back in the ring, Doogan nailed Grunge with a side breaker leaving his opponent screaming in pain. Banks threw a folded steel chair in the ring which Doogan tried to use but the referee took it away. Grunge pushed Doogan into the referee and knocked him down. Doogan then leveled Grunge with the chair arcross his back and ribs. The referee disqualified Doogan but the battle continued. Drako nailed Doogan with the Last In Line on the chair and then lifted Grunge’s hand in victory with the SIW Championship. At the end of the show, Grunge and Drako stole the belt and left the arena.
