The show starts with Trevor and Chris Macavedi coming to ringside to share the greatest t.W.o moments in SIW history. Trevor announces that he has strep throat so C-Mac will do most of the talking. C-Mac shows footage of his second SIW Championship win when he defeated Glenn Kirby on Brawl. C-Mac then shows footage of the five matches he won in six weeks in july-august 2006. They segment is interrupted by Queen Liana who says that the t.W.o also has a very dark and shows footage of the 2004 t.W.o causing Myst DeYoung to have a miscarriage on live television. C-Mac starts yelling for Trevor and orders the video team to stop showing the footage on the Trevortron. Trevor gets security to remove the Queen from the building an announces that starting tonight, Queen Liana is banned from Monday Night Brawl
The first match of the night is the #1 contenders match for the women’s title between Pamela and Olivia. The match is no dq, no count out and Pamela takes advantage of the stipulations early as she chokes Olivia with an electrical wire. Olivia elbows her in the ribs and whips her into the steel steps. Olivia suplexes Pamela on the entrance ramp and slides her in the ring for a cover but Pamela kicks out at two. Olivia delivers a sling shot and then climbs to the top rope and delivers a big elbow and covers again but Pamela puts one foot on the bottom rope to break the count. The divas keep battling on the outside until Olivia charges Pamela with a flying knee but Pamela moves and Olivia hits the security wall. Pamela controls the match by working Olivia’s knee and then slides her back in the ring and applies a figure four leg lock. Olivia fights to stay in the match and manages to break the hold by reaching the ropes. Olivia rolls up Pamela for a pin fall but Pamela counters and gets the three count instead and gets the huge win. After the match, SIW Women’s Champion Xtina comes out and congratulates Pamela for her win and tells her that she will meet her in the ring next week

Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden gives us an update on NuTz’s wife Shannen. She is doing well and is expected to make a full recovery. NuTz is expected to get arrested for the incident as soon as he shows up on Brawl. NuTz has not been seen since he attacked SIW European champion JD Xtreme in the hospital last Monday whil he was visiting Shannen
World tag team champion Raven Frost takes on Terror Soule in the next match. Soule runs out and attacks Frost before the bell rings and the ring becomes a war zone. Last week Terror told Twisted Thoughts that he will deal with them one by one for threatening his daughters starting with Frost. After Soule scoop slams Frost, he climbs to the top turnbuckle for a flying head butt but out of nowhere we see a familiar face in JD Stars the wicked clown who levels Soule with a metal pipe and the SIW veteran falls to the canvas like a ton of bricks. As the referee awards the match to Soule via dq, we see Mysery come out and all three of them assault Terror Soule until they are chased out of the ring by JD Xtreme swinging a folded steel chair

Jack Kent interviews Brawl’s unlikely team of JaeVeli and Heavyweight champion Bozzman. Kent says that Darksyde and Joker are going to try everything to get the win tonight and Bozzman and JaeVeli start laughing. Bozzman says that they can’t even fight their way out of a paper bag but there is only one man he is worried about and that his own partner. JaeVeli tells Bozzman that he has his back tonight and that he only has to worry about their match at WAR where he will regain his title. Bozzman reassures Jae that he has his back also tonight but at WAR he is going to have to make him scream the words “I Quit” once again. Cameras go back to ringside as Bozz and Jae get into a stare down
Two SIW hardcore legends Renegade and Metalgod battle in a brutal hardcore match which brought the wrestling world back to 2004. Metalgod has the thumbtacks spread out but dropping Renegade with a running powerslam on the tacks is not enough to put away the Definition of Hardcore. The bloody Renegade kicks out just before three and just refuses to quit. Metalgod charges him in the corner but Renegade sends him over the turnbuckles by flipping him overhead. Renegade gets the fans chanting “Holy Shit” as he executes the Slam Jam DDT through the Spanish table and pins Metalgod to win the bloody confrontation
After a commercial break, Terror Soule and JD Xtreme walk into their locker room and to their horror they find voodoo dolls of Terror’s daughters and blood all over the walls. There is no doubt in anybody’s mind that Twisted Thoughts are behind this
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
Grunge is the special guest on the latest edition of Jaffar’s Cave and a heating argument quickly breaks out between the SIW veteran and Mohamed’s manager. Jaffar tells Grunge that he will lose at WAR and it’s a shame that Mohamed can represent his EBW better than he does. Grunge grabs Jaffar and drops him with the Grunganator on the set but out of nowhere Mohamed knocks him out with the EBW championship. The fans boo as Mohamed raises the title up high and yells out some Arabic words against his Wednesday War opponent Grunge
A car arrives in the parking lot and it’s none other than the unstable Ryan “NuTz” Brown. He steps out and sees the local authorities heading towards him asking him to place his hands on the hood of the car. NuTz jumps back in the car which has another driver and they peel out of the arena. The police run back to their vehicles and go looking for Brown
Scott Chambers is accompanied by Heaven Lee as he puts the SIW hardcore championship on the line against world tag team champion Mysery. Chambers drags Mysery all the way up the ramp and slams his head several times into the side of the Trevortron. Midway through the match, Chambers has to fight off Stars but he gets help from Heaven who levels Stars with a low blow from behind. Mysery attacks Chambers and body slams him on the entrance ramp. Mysery climbs the Titantron and drops a big elbow from half way up the tron but Chambers moves and Mysery lands on the unforgiving steel entrance. Chambers crawls over and covers Mysery but out of nowhere Raven Frost smashes a folded steel chair across Chambers’ skull and then intimidates Heaven Lee. Mysery puts his leg over Chambers and wins the match and hardcore championship but barely. Out of nowhere, Forbidden Xtreme attacks JD Stars and launches him off the entrance ramp into some electrical equipment. As they turn around Stars and Mysery try to attack them with chains with spikes on the ends which looks extremely dangerous but thankfully security stops the chaos and breaks up the brawl
Carnage preview. The road to Staying Alive continues. C.R. Roberts, Sonny Smith and SIW Champion Natedawg battle in a non title triple threat with Darren Knight as the guest referee. Brandon Gateman takes on SIW North American champion Johnny Ringo and his manager Bernardo in a handicap match. This and much more next Friday on MTV
Jack Kent interviews Scott Chambers and Heaven Lee who appear to be a little upset. Chambers says not only did he lose the hardcore title tonight due to interference in his match but that sick freak Raven Frost had the nerve to put his paws on Heaven Lee. Chambers says he is not going to get away with it and challenges Raven Frost to a match next week. Chambers says no minds games involved it will just be him kicking Raven’s ass

Johnny Jobber defeated SIW champion Matt Uzi via DQ after Rated X interfered
Twisted Thought members Mysery, Raven Frost and JD Stars are frustrated and assault a staff member backstage and hang him up side down from a ropes hanging from a metal beam. Seconds later we see Trevor Derickson and C-Mac and they call them amateurs. Trevor tells Twisted Thoughts C-Mac will show them how it is done. C-Mac grabs Kris Koll whos is walking by and punches him in his mouth and smashes his head on the wall. C-Mac sits him up and then rolls a metal crate and aims it at his head and crushes it on the wall. Koll is out cold on the ground and we can see a pool of blood near his mouth. Trevor says that is just a preview of what’s going to happen to Blackowt this Wednesday at WAR
Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden announce that Scott Chambers will still fight SIW Extreme champion Miguel Cervantes at WAR but it will be a Brawl vs Carnage match instead of a champion vs champion match. The winner of the match will get either a European or North American title shot depending on brand they are on
The main event match is a tag team match between Darksyde & Joker and JaeVeli & Heavyweight champion Bozzman. JaeVeli starts the match with Darksyde and after delivering a hip toss he tags in Bozz. Joker is tagged in and they try to double team the champion but Bozzman avoids a double clothesline and slides out of the ring. Bozz pulls Joker to the outside by his legs and delivers a vicious german suplex on the outside. Bozzman slides him back in the ring and covers but Darksyde breaks the count. JaeVeli drop kicks Darksyde in the corner and all four men are in the ring. Jae and Bozz deliver a double back body drop to Darksyde and Joker and clothesline them out of the ring. Jae and Bozz continue dominating and win the match when Bozzman applies the half bozzton crab to Darksyde and he taps out. After the match Jae takes the heavyweight title from the referee to take a good look at it but then Bozz grabs it from Jae and lifts it up in the air warning Jae to get ready for this Wednesday at WAR
