The show starts with Bozzman running into Chris Macavedi and Heaven Lee. C-Mac introduces Heaven to Bozzman and officially announces that they are engaged. Bozzman congratulates them and is shocked when C-Mac asks him to be his best man at the wedding. Bozzman says he will be honored and accepts the offer. Can Bozzman trust the SIW Kings?
Monday Night Brawl’s newest superstar Meurte takes on Nathan Holmes in the first match of the night and picks up a huge pin fall victory in his debut. Management looks forward to seeing the rookie progress in the coming months
MNB GM Titan is interviewed by Jessica White and announces that he is going to let the fans do an online vote on which title should be on the line in the diva battle royal tonight, the women’s title, lightweight title or the Queen of SIW crown. The choice will be announced before the match begins

Raven “Prophet” Frost takes on Asmodeus Macabre accompanied by Dark Tiger in the next match and extends his winning streak with another win. Frost pins Macabre after delivering the Broken's Wings and then shocks the fans as he introduces the return of Mysery and a Twisted Thoughts reunion. This prompts Ascended Supremacy to come out and laugh at them. Marquis challenges Frost to put his undefeated streak on the line in a match next week and he accepts
Jessica White calls out Trevor Derickson, Ashton Daniels and C-Mac for their special guest that has a secret about Liana to reveal. Trevor calls out none other than Liana’s gynecologist but they get frustrated when he says the info between him and clients are confidential. C-Mac twists his arm and Trevor yells at him to reveal something and he finally admits Liana had a yeast infection last year. C-Mac mentions that’s when Trevor was doing her and out of nowhere Liana comes out and slaps Trevor but officials quickly come out to control the chaos
The next match is the diva battle royal and the fans have voted to have the Queen title on the line.

After a short break, Titan tells Tara and Vixen that he wants to see them in a rematch from last week. Next Monday it will be Michelle and Bailey Brown going against lightweight champion Tara Michaels and women’s champion Vixen Foxx
On January 7, 2009 the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS Sports. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage

Chris Macavedi pinned Mysery to retain the SIW European Championship
North American / world tag team champion Jace Parker Davidson confronts SIW European champion Glenn Kirby backstage and gets to the point quickly as he offers Kirby a spot in Ascended Supremacy but he says he will think about it
Maurice Bad gets a nice pop from the crowd taking on Chris Macavedi in the next match. C-Mac applies an illegal choke hold in the corner and referee Sam Carter pulls him off with authority. C-Mac grabs the referee by his throat until Bad rolls up C-Mac from behind only to get a two count. Bad continues to control the match until C-Mac counters a hip toss into an Italian leg sweep. C-Mac accuses the referee of counting too slow and all of a sudden Ashton Daniels appears from the crowd and drops Bad with a DDT. The ref sees this and disqualifies C-Mac as they SIW Kings assault Maurice Bad after the match. C-Mac, Ashton and Trevor leave Maurice in the middle of the ring with a bloody mouth
Jessica White gets the fans pumped for an exclusive interview with The Living Dead but we are greeted by a dark figure on the Trevortron who claims to be The Living Dead’s father. The mysterious character claims that The Living Dead’s loss at Unhallowed Desires has released several demons in his son and that the SIW will never be the same when he returns
Jack Kent interviews SIW Champion Terror Soule who says he can’t wait to find out who his next opponent will be at Staying Alive. Soule also says he will officiate the next mach right down the middle and if he has to take matters into his own hands he will do just that
SIW Champion Terror Soule is the guest referee as Bozzman takes on Ragin’ Craig and SIW European champion Glenn Kirby in a triple threat non title match. NuTz is at ringside in Craig’s corner and makes his presence felt early in the match by whipping Bozz into the security wall. As NuTz slides Bozz back in the ring, Kirby whips Craig in the corner and covers Bozz but only gets a two count. Kirby tells Soule to count faster and they start arguing until Bozz launches Kirby with a german suplex. Craig hits Bozz with a clothesline and covers but Bozz kicks out at two. Kirby brings in Jimmy Hayden's chair but Soule takes it away and threatens to disqualify the champion. The match continues and Kirby goes for the Thug Bug but Bozz moves and Craig gets kicked in his face. Kirby charges Bozz but he sends the champion flying over the top rope and pins Craig to win the match. As the bell rings, NuTz drops Bozzman with the NuTz N’ Boltz and says Craig should be the #1 contender for Kirby’s title. Titan comes out and tells NuTz that he will give Craig one last chance at the gold as he takes on Bozzman next Monday for the title shot
Titan comes out at the top of the ramp and as promised, he will announce who will face Terror Soule at Staying Alive for the SIW Championship. The winner of next week’s 4 way ladder match will become the #1 contender. The participants are C-Mac, Bad, Jace & R.C.
Revolution members R.C. Aries and Heavyweight champion JD Xreme take on Ascended Supremacy for the tag team championship and we find out the match is a 3 on 2 because both Zach Blain and Marquis Laveaux are in JPD’s corner. R.C. and JD manage to stay in control until we see Glenn Kirby makes his way down the ramp. Jace counters a whips and sends R.C. in the corner and levels him with a knee to his face. Laveaux is tagged in as they double team R.C. until they are both drop kicked out of the ring by JD. Out of nowhere Blain executes a flying clothesline off the top rope and knocks JD down to the canvas and covers but JD is not the legal man in the ring. R.C. applies the RCF to Blain in the middle of the ring but from behind Jace breaks the hold with a kick to R.C. head. JD is tagged in and cleans house until Laveaux distracts the referee and Kirby knocks him out with a Thug Bug. Jace battles R.C. on the outside as Laveaux covers but JD puts a foot on the bottom rope just before three. The match becomes chaos and continues outside of the ring and the referee calls the match a double count out. After the bell rings, Ascended Supremacy handcuffs R.C. to the security wall as they deliver a beat down to JD in the middle of the ring. JD is motionless as the show ends with Kirby telling JD “you can have her”
