Brawl kicks off with Trevor Derickson and Chris Macavedi accompanied by Vince Aprali getting booed as they make their entrance for C-Mac’s match against The Joker. Trevor announces that C-Mac will make an example out of The Joker just like he did to Kris Koll and Blackowt and the rest of the Brawl roster better watch out. C-Mac tells Joker he can get an early advantage and Vince throws in a folded steel chair in the ring. C-Mac hands the chair to Joker who takes a swing but C-Mac moves and nails him with a low blow. After an Italian leg sweep, C-Mac delivers a vicious knee to the back of Joker’s head and easily takes control of the match. After delivering the KOD, C-Mac covers but Trevor tells him it’s not good enough and orders him to apply his patented SWTF submission and the referee stops the match when he notices Joker is motionless. After the match, Trevor and Vince hold Joker from behind and C-Mac busts him wide open with several chair shots to his skull. Trevor tells the booing crowd and the millions at home watching that they are all looking at the "Real" Heavyweight champion of the world and let this be a warning to the whole Brawl roster

Jack Kent is backstage with Heavyweight champion Bozzman and his challenger in tonight’s interactive match, the one and only Grunge. The fans have voted and its official, the match will be a submission challenge, a match that Bozzman specializes in. Grunge says that he doesn’t care what the stipulation is, because in the end we will beat Bozzman so bad that he will just quit. Bozzman starts to chuckle and Grunge gives him a push and things start to heat up backstage but fortunately road agents are nearby and break up the confrontation
Xtina and Pamela battle for the SIW women’s championship and Pamela wants to prove that she is the best diva in the SIW today and the future of Brawl’s women’s division. However this was not her night and she falls victim to the Goodie Kick late in the match and Xtina pins her to retain. After the match, Olivia comes out and laughs at Pamela’s loss and all hell breaks loose. As Xtina celebrates her victory, Pamela and Olivia get into a fist fight and battle all the way into the crowd. Security has a hard time breaking up the brawl but manage to pull the divas apart in the parking lot area
Trevor and C-Mac are in the corporate office having martinis with a couple of strippers and all of a sudden a staff member knocks on the door. He informs Trevor and C-Mac that Queen Liana may be here tonight and trying to get into the building. Trevor orders security to guard all the entrances and call the authorities if Liana tries to break in and enter

NuTz is backstage on his cell phone and all of a sudden, staff members direct the police and they proceed to throw NuTz on the ground and handcuff him. He is arrested for causing bodily harm to his wife Shannen Brown at the Unhallowed Desires pay per view
Raven Frost cost Scott Chambers the SIW Hardcore championship last week but Chambers seeks his revenge on Brawl in a one on one match with the lovely Heaven Lee in his corner. It doesn’t take long for JD Stars to come out and causes interference. Chambers wins by DQ but gets assaulted by the two Twisted Thoughts members. Stars holds Heaven back as Raven Frost knocks out Chambers with a steel pipe. The fans boo as Frost stands above Chambers with one foot on his chest and Stars throws Heaven out of the ring
A staff member informs Trevor that it turns out Queen Liana was never in Nashville and it was just a fan wearing a crown that looks like the former women's champion. Trevor tells C-Mac that Liana is probably scared shitless at this point and doesn't have the guts to disobey his orders

Last week, Forbidden Xtreme found voodoo dolls of Soule’s daughters and blood on the walls. This week Terror Soule and JD Xtreme finds Terrors daughters’ favorite teddy bears covered in blood. On the wall we see the words Twisted Thoughts
Jack Kent interviews SIW Women’s champion Xtina and asks what’s next for one of the greatest SIW divas of all time. Xtina says that she’s ready to defend her title anytime, any place. Xtina calls herself a fighting champion and will take on everybody from Pamela, Olivia, Rashaa, Chastity, Poison or even the so called “Queen” Liana or even the loud mouth Brawl announcer Katie Mysfit
After a commercial break, Terror Soule and JD Xtreme walk into their locker room and to their horror they find voodoo dolls of Terror’s daughters and blood all over the walls. There is no doubt in anybody’s mind that Twisted Thoughts are behind this
Before the next five way match, Trevor comes out and says due to NuTz’s arrest, the match has become a four way elimination between Metalgod, Mohamed, Renegade and JD Xtreme for the SIW European championship. Mohamed is the eliminated first after Grunge appears from the crowd and delivers the Grunganator behind the referee’s back. Renegade covers Mohamed and pins him. Mohamed and Jaffar go looking for Grunge who disappears in the crowd. JD Xtreme is dominating the match but is launched out of the ring with a back body drop from Renegade. Metalgod whips Renegade in the corner and charges him but Renegade responds with a kick to his face and then drops him with the Slam Jam DDT and covers to eliminate him. The match continues back and forth between Renegade and JD Xtreme and the fans chant for both competitors. After delivering a delayed suplex, Renegade delivers an elbow drop and covers but JD kicks out. As the action continues, Renegade misses a clothesline and JD nails him with a drop kick to his knee and then hits him with another drop kick in his face while he’s down. JD Xtreme delivers the Adrenalin Rush and pins Renegade to win the huge match. After the match, Renegade is shocked that he was defeated by such a young talent and offers a handshake. JD accepts and the fans give them a standing ovation. However, Renegade doesn’t let go of his hand and tells him that this thing between them ain’t over by a long shot and he wants his gold
Carnage Replay - For SIW fans that missed the last episode of Friday Night Carnage
The Monday Night Brawl fans are surprised to see Carnage General Manager Greg Banks on the show. Banks is accompanied by his good friend Xtina as he challenges Trevor and the Brawl brand to a Brawl vs Carnage 6 man tag team match at Staying Alive. Trevor and C-Mac confront Banks and accept the challenge without hesitation. Trevor announces that C-Mac is the first official member and Captain of Team Brawl
Terror Soule attacks Mysery during his entrance and the hardcore match for the title officially starts. They battle all the way outside of the arena and Soule smashes Mysery’s head into a bus shelter. Mysery nails him with a low blow and then whips him into a trash can and then puts the trash can over Soule’s head and then whip him into a car. Mysery takes a woman’s purse and rips of the lather strap and starts striking Soule across his back with the strap. Late in the match, Soule stops a car and throws the guy out and then drives into Mysery who goes flying onto the sidewalk. Soule covers a hurt Mysery and pins him to regain the SIW Hardcore championship. JD stars and Raven Frost come out too late as paramedics are checking on Mysery. As they go to put Mysery on a stretcher, he starts laughing like a lunatic with blood coming out of his mouth and refuses medical attention. Mysery tells Soule that he and his daughters will go to burning bloody hell when he is done with them
Carnage preview. Affirmative Action reunites for one night only as they take on the very popular team of Darren “Direct Hit” Knight and “The Assassin” Sonny Smith. SIW Extreme champion "The Phoenix" Miguel Cervantes takes Johnny Ringo with Bernardo for the SIW North American championship. This and much more next Friday on MTV

Bozzman pinned C-Mac after delivering the Bozz Bomb to retain the SIW Championship
Grunge and Heavyweight champion Bozzman battle for the title in a submission challenge, the stipulation chosen by the fans. Bozzman works Grunge’s legs early in the match but Grunge fights back with an elbow to Bozz’s jaw and then executes a scoop slam and drops a head butt. Grunge applies a figure four leg lock in the middle of the ring which is a technical side of Grunge we haven’t seen in awhile. Bozzman fights to stay in the match and reaches the ropes to break the hold. Bozz kicks Grunge in his head and then applies a sleeper/choke hold. Grunge is not able to get out of the hold until he bites Bozz on his arm and then delivers the Grunganator. Grunge forgets he’s in a submission challenge and goes for a cover. The referee reminds Grunge he has to make Bozz tap out to win the match. Grunge gets tough with the referee and out of nowhere Bozzman clips his knee and applies the Bozzinator. Grunge is too close to the ropes and reaches the bottom one. Bozzman whips Grunge from post to post and then goes for a corner splash but Grunge moves and delivers bulldog. The fans are on their feet as Grunge applies a Sharpshooter and is seconds from making Bozzman tap out to win the heavyweight title but out of nowhere, we see Jaffar levels the referee with a low blow and throws him out of the ring. Grunge attacks Jaffar and drops him with the Grunganator. Mohamed comes running out but trips as he enters the ring and he’s dropped with the Grunganator also. Bozzman delivers a german suplex to Grunge and then locks the Half Bozzton Crab and another referee comes running out and slides in the ring. Grunge is in serious pain as he tries to stay in the match a little longer but eventually he has no choice but to tap out as the show ends
