Monday Night Brawl General Manager – Greg Banks

November 14, 2005
HSBC Arena
Buffalo, New York

The program started with a tribute to professional wrestler Eddie Guerrero who passed away Sunday morning in his hotel room. His legacy will live on and he will be missed by millions. Katie Mysfit and Jimmy Hayden announced that this edition of the show was the last to be televised by Spike TV. For the past year and a half, Monday Night Brawl has been Spike's top rated show but in recent times Viacom is said to feel uncomfortable the current product. FX has picked up the show and the first edition will be aired next week.

SIW Women’s Champion Xtina officiated the opening match between H-Bomb, Regina and Liana Lewis. H and Regina double teamed Liana most of the match but Lewis fought back and hit them with a double closeline sending them over the top rope. Xtina held Liana back from going stepping out of the ring and that caused an argument between the two. Out from the crowd, famous diva Jasmine Moon entered the ring and leveled Liana with a reverse neck breaker. Xtina decided not to ring the bell and counted Regina’s quick cover to give her the win. At the end of the match, Regina and H-Bomb argued over finish as Jasmine Moon nailed Liana with a Vertebreaker and left her motionless in the middle of the ring. As Jas turned around, Xtina nailed her with the Goodie Kick giving her a warm SIW welcome from the champ.

Greg Banks was backstage talking to F.B.I agents. They were drilling him for info on Mohamed Abdul Sheik and Jaffar, two men that claimed responsibility of hanging Brian “Inferno” Cross and burning down a chapel. Later in the night, Jaffar was set to take on former SIW Champion Angel in the main event.

The SIW World Tag Team Champions Mysery and JD Stars known as The Dead Pool took on Steve Bruce and Stryfe with the titles on the line. The champs displayed excellent team work and didn’t give their opponents an opportunity to get any offence. Stars and Mysery hit Bruce with a Double Drop kick and then Mysery pinned Stryfe after delivering the Torture Soul. At the end of the match, Stryfe complained about how Khristian Call was fired and his position in the company. That prompted General Manager Greg Banks to come out and address the situation. Banks told him that since he was unhappy he could pack his junk and leave because he was fired. Before he could leave the ring, Banks ordered The Dead Pool to beat him to a bloody mess. Mysery set up a chair on Stryfe’s throat and JD Stars hit a leg drop from the top rope. Stryfe was left unemployed and taken out on a stretcher.

Jack Kent got a few words from Jasmine Moon as she held her jaw in pain. She said her first target was intended to be Liana Lewis and Xtina had to stick her nose in her business. She said after she teaches Liana a wrestling lesson, she will climb up the SIW ladder and just take Xtina’s title. She said that Xtina and Liana don’t know who they are dealing with.

Cameras caught the A.O.A Glenn Kirby and Liana Lewis discussing what happened earlier on the show. He held her back from finding Jasmine and that just pissed her off. She decided to leave the show earlier than expected. Next week the Arial Goddess will face off against Jasmine Moon in her debut match on MNB. This week, Kirby was involved in a triple threat match against Grunge and the SIW Champion Duane Doogan

The next match was historic ladder match for the SIW Hardcore Championship. A.B.A made the match even more dangerous by bringing a fifteen foot ladder wrapped in barbedwire to the ring. HMH knocked Moses and Brown off of two ladders with a Russian leg sweep and climbed one himself and got knocked down by A.B.A. Ladders began to bounce around the ring as A.B.A got thrown off onto another ladder outside of the ring hurting his back. Moses ducked chair shot from Brown but HMH still got him with a ladder shot to his face. HMH set up the barbed wire ladder in the corner and he whipped Brown and Moses into it ripping them open causing massive blood loss. A bloody A.B.A managed to win this brutal match after he nailed HMH with a drop toe hold making him land face first on the barbed wire ladder and climbed it to retain his championship

Greg Banks gave specific instructions to the SIW Champion Duane Doogan. TJD called him and told him to win tonight at all cost and get the SIW championship back. Banks then notified him that they are on their own own till TJD and Titan can finish their business over at Carnage.

After a commercial for Wednesday War, the Trevortron showed footage of self proclaimed "public advisor" Drako and Grunge who was holding the SIW championship in their locker room. Grunge stole the title after he beat Doogan by disqualification two weeks ago. The fans booed Drako and Grunge and started chanting "You Suck". The network blurred out alot of "FX" and "Spike Sucks Sings"

The SIW European Champion Chris Macavedi and Dallas Nash started fighting backstage as their Hitman match got underway. In order to win this match, they had to place their opponent in the trunk of a Mercedes s500 and close it. Nash whipped the champ back and forth in to the walls and then through a door which led to the parking lot. Dallas put a garbage can over C-Mac’s head and then smashed it with a crowbar he found in the truck of the Mercedes. Late in the match, Nash charged C-Mac but the champ flipped him over with a back body drop and landed him through the windshield. C-Mac retained his title after placing Nash in the trunk and closing it shut to win this brutal confrontation.

Retro Man cut a promo with Jack Kent on his first appearance on MNB. Retro Man made an open challenge and was answered by a vicious beating from the returning Intolerables, Jimmy Cefalo, Slick Willy and Russel McPiledriverton. Willy sprayed his face with a fire extinguisher leaving Russel and Cefalo to thrown him into some electrical equipment. Jimmy said they are back and better than ever and told the MNB roster to watch their ass.

Jaffar came out accompanied by Mohamed for his “I Quit” Match against Angel but Mo took his place instead. Mo made frequent ring exits during the match which frustrated his opponent. Jaffar tried to get involved and as Angel went for him, Jaffar pulled Mo in front of him letting him get hit with a flying elbow. Once Angel gained momentum it was all over. Angel whipped Mo to the ropes and delivered a huge Atonement Spear and then locked in the Judgment Sharpshooter to make him quit giving Angel the victory. Angel chased Jaffar up the entrance ramp and then the F.B.I rushed out and arrested him and Mo. The Buffalo fans gave Angel a standing ovation for finally putting an end to the evil foreigners

The main event was a triple threat match between Glenn Kirby, Grunge and the SIW Champion Duane Doogan. The fans were behind the A.O.A throughout the match and became very vocal after Drako got involved while the referee Joe Berry was knocked down. Drako hit Doogan with the Last in line and threw him out of the ring. The former Damage Inc team then hit Kirby with a double front leg sweep. Banks passed the SIW title to Doogan who used it to knock out Drako but them the Intolerables came out. Grunge hit Doogan with a hip toss out of the ring and then the I-3 attacked.
