"Baby Face" Billy Icon makes his Monday Night Brawl debut as he takes on the wicked clown JD Stars to kick off the show. Stars levels Icon with a spear early in the match and then delivers a frog splash off the top rope but Icon moves out of the way. Icon takes control of the match and nails Stars with a hook kick and covers but Stars kicks out at two. Stars counters an irish whip and sends Icon in the corner and executes a corner splash. Stars goes for his finisher the Stars Reached but out of nowhere we see Terror Soule at the top of the ramp to distract Stars and all of a sudden Icon jumps up and delivers a superplex. Icon delivers the Icon Shot and pins JD Stars to win the match

Jack Kent interviews Trevor Derickson and Brawl Captain at Staying Alive Chris Macavedi. Trevor announces that he has made the match a 4 on 4 elimination to make things more interesting. The fans start a “Bozzman” chant but Trevor and C-Mac look at each other and shake their heads. C-Mac informs the fans that he has chosen "Baby Face" Billy Icon as his first teammate. All of a sudden, we see SIW European champion JD Xtreme walks in the office and demands to be on Team Brawl so he can get Krazy J in the ring. JD and Krazy had unpleasant words for each other in their recent promos. Out of nowhere, we see world tag team champions Twisted Thoughts who complain about Terror coming out during Stars’ match and claim that they should be part of Team Brawl since they are the tag champs. C-Mac and Trevor tell the tag champs and Forbidden Xtreme they have to think about it for awhile
All the men in the crowd are excited to watch the next bra and panties match between the “Impact Diva” Pamela and Olivia. SIW Women’s champion Xtina is the guest referee. Pamela is hip tossed across the ring and then Olivia nails her with a drop kick out of the ring. Olivia takes off Pamela’s top but as she charges her in the corner Pamela levels her with a kick to her jaw. Pamela delivers a clothesline and then drops her with a piledriver. Pamela strips Olivia in her bra and panties and the whistling in the crowd gets louder. After Xtina calls for the bell and awards the match to Pamela, she offers Pam a handshake but Pam responds with a slap to her face and delivers a DDT. The fans start booing as Pamela she assaults the SIW Women’s champion but from behind, Olivia attacks her and then whips her out of the ring. Olivia and Xtina get a standing ovation as they raise each others arms. They are surprised to see Trevor and C-Mac come out and bring up the fact that somebody rubbed them the wrong way last week and that person is Xtina with her cocky attitude. The fans start booing and chanting “asshole” C-Mac whispers something to Trevor who shocks the fans when he announces that as of tonight Xtina is stripped of the SIW Women’s title. The title will be vacant until Staying Alive. This Sunday at the pay per view, the championship will be on the line in a 6 way diva elimination match. Trevor takes the title away leaving Xtina, Olivia and the fans in disbelief

Suspended SIW superstars Ryan “NuTz” Brown has been bailed out of jail and will have to return to court in January for stabbing his wife Shannen at Unhallowed Desires back in October. NuTz was suspended indefinitely over the weekend by SIW management for his recent violent and uncontrollable behavior
Raven Frost and Mysery w/Poison put their world tag team titles on the line against SIW Hardcore champion Terror Soule and Scott Chambers w/Heaven Lee. Before the match, Trevor announces that whoever can score a pin fall in this match will get the opportunity to join Team Brawl at Staying Alive. Frost and Chambers have unfinished business and start the match hitting each other with lefts and rights. Chambers launches Raven to the outside with a back body drop and tags in Terror. Chambers and Soule double team Raven on the outside but seconds later Mysery evens the odds and a massive brawl breaks out between all four competitors. The referee gets the action back in the ring and Raven and Soule get many near falls. Mysery is tagged in and hits Soule with a clothesline but misses and Soule delivers a DDT. Soule covers but Raven breaks the count. Late in the match, Soule and Mysery battle on the outside but back in the ring Chambers hits Frost with a drop kick and then climbs to the top rope to execute the FuBaR but Frost moves and rolls him up with a hand full of tights and win the match. Moments later, Stars runs out and Twisted Thoughts assault Soule and Chambers until JD Xtreme runs out and evens things up. Fortunately it doesn’t take security long to come out and break up the brawl
Jack Kent gets a few words from Xtina who announces that she would like to be part of that match at Staying Alive and wants to prove to everyone once again that she is the greatest diva and women’s champion in the history of wrestling. A staff member informs Xtina that she will have to defeat Olivia, Rashaa and Pamela on Carnage in a four way in order to go to Staying Alive

The next match is a brutal handicap match with Grunge taking on Mohamed and Jaffar for the EBW Championship. As Grunge goes to the ring he is attacked by Mo, Jaffar and Rashaa Kaad. They roll him into the ring and all three go to work on him using the weapons tied on to the cage. Later in the match Grunge is able to dispose of Rashaa Kaad out of the cage and gets the upper hand on both his opponents. Grunge takes a kendo stick and busts Mo open and then handcuffs him to the cage. Mo looks on as he watches Grunge throw Jaffar head first into the cage. Grunge then gives the grunganator to Jaffar on a folded steel chair. As Mo screams, Grunge just laughs at him and his fallen comrade. Grunge grabs Jaffar’s legs and puts him in the distortion. Jaffar cries in pain before tapping out. As the ref rolls Jaffar out of the ring, Grunge grabs a steel chair and swings and crushes Mo’s head between the cage and the chair. Grunge unhooks Mo and gives him the grunganator and pins him with one foot on his chest to become the new EBW Champion

Staying Alive competitors, "The Phoenix" Miguel Cervantes & "The Phenominal" Jay Douglas take on Dawg House for the SIW Tag Team Championship. This and much more next Friday on MTV
The Renegade and JD Xtreme deliver a great back and forth match which had the fans on their feet during the entire match. Renegade is busted open half way through the match after getting a kick to the bridge of his nose. JD nails Renegade with an enziguri and then delivers a top rope leg drop and covers but the definition of hardcore kicks out. Xtreme stays in control of the match until Renegade avoids a corner elbow and then delivers a headbutt and then placed him in a tree of woe. Renegade charges him and levels him with a knee in his mid section. Renegade calls for the Slam Jam DDT but JD Xtreme counters into a back body drop and dominates the SIW veteran. JD Xtreme climbs to the top rope for the Adrenalin Rush but out of nowhere we see Dawg House appear from the crowd. As Killa distracts the referee, Krazy hits JD with the world tag team title and JD falls to the canvas. Renegade has no idea what’s going on and crawls over and covers JD Xtreme to win the match

Matt Uzi defeated Titan in controversial fashion to retain the SIW championship
After a short break, Jack Kent is backstage with The Renegade who holds his new European championship but admits JD Xtreme deserves a rematch after what he saw on the replay tape. However, Renegade says this championship win was a long time coming and intends to be champion for a long time on Brawl. Cameras focus on the corporate office where JD Xtreme is knocking on the door. Trevor tells JD to settle down because he can do something for him. Since he wants Dawg House so bad, he is invited to Team Brawl. This way he can get even with Dawg House who are also in the match. C-Mac and Trevor claim that Team Bad/Carnage don’t stand a chance against Team Brawl lead by C-Mac
Heavyweight champion Bozzman gets a standing ovation as he takes on a surprise gauntlet challenge organized by Trevor and C-Mac. The Heavyweight championship is on the line. Bozzman takes on Shane Ballance and makes him tap out with ease using the Bozzinator. The Joker is his next opponent and he false victim to a triple german suplex and then taps out as well to the half bozzton crab. The fans are pumped and get into a “Bozzman” chant. Bozzman gets a surprise when T-Murder from Carnage runs out and takes control of the match. Murder delivers a pump handle slam and covers but the champion kicks out. Murder misses a clothesline and Bozzman delivers the Bozz Bomb and pins him. Bozzman’s last opponent is probably his toughest as the god of extreme Metagod runs out and attacks him. The fans are divided as Metalgod and Bozzman battle back and forth. Metalgod delivers the GodPlex and then drops an elbow and covers but Bozzman lifts a shoulder just before three. Metalgod climbs to the top rope but out of nowhere Bozzman joins him and delivers a t-bone suplex and pin him to win the gauntlet. After the match, Bozzman is helped up but out of nowhere he’s hit with a low blow from C.R. Roberts from Carnage who wears a DDHK Sucks t-shirt. Just six days before DDHK and Roberts battle at Staying Alive with Bozzman and Grunge in their corners, Roberts knocks Bozzman out with the Heavyweight championship. Roberts continues to assault the champion until security comes out and holds him back. Did Roberts try to take out Bozzman before Staying Alive? You can bet your bottom dollar Bozzman will still be at Staying Alive this Sunday live from London, England
