The SIW Kings Trevor, C-Mac & Ashton kick off the show and mock their opponents in the main event and also complain about what happened to the lovely Queen Heaven Lee last Monday. Bailey comes out laughing at her bald head and challenges Heaven to put her crown on the line at Staying Alive and she accepts. Moments later Twisted Thoughts come out and are accompanied by SIW Champion Terror Soule. All hell breaks loose in the ring until Ascended Supremacy come out and clean house. As Jace, Kirby and Laveaux raise their arms in victory, Revolution members R.C. Aries and Heavyweight champion JD Xtreme appear from the crowd and chase them away and clear the ring with folded steel chairs
The god of extreme Metalgod gets a huge victory over Ragin’ Craig in the first match. NuTz looses his mind and hits his client with the NuTz & Boltz and offers his services to Metalgod instead. He accepts but out of nowhere Craig delivers a spear to Metalgod. NuTz and Craig exchange lefts and rights until security breaks it up. Titan comes out and says he will be finalizing the Staying Alive card tonight and they will be part of the show this Sunday. It will be Metalgod taking on Ragin’ Craig in an inferno match. Titan says tonight he will also have more surprises concerning this Sunday’s ppv
Twisted Thoughts announce that SIW champion Terror Soule is now part of their family. Mysery also announces that next week they will introduce the last piece of the Twisted Thoughts puzzle
SIW champion Terror Soule is accompanied by his new allies Twisted Thought members Mysery & Prophet as he takes on one of the members in Ascended Supremacy which will be decided by a coin toss. Jace beats Kirby in a first coin toss but looses to Marquis in the second. Soule attacks Marquis before the bell and delivers a running bulldog. Soule climbs to the top rope for a flying head butt until he is distracted by Kirby shaking the ropes. Soule falls on his groin and Bozzman comes out and gets in the European champions face. C-Mac and Trevor come out and tell Bozzman not to waste his time because this Sunday he will get what he wants. Soule avoids a corner splash with a kick to Laveaux’s face. Soule covers but only gets a two count. Laveaux avoids a clothesline and hits Soule with a spinning heel kick. Laveaux executes the dark side of the moon and pins the champion in a huge upset win. After the match a huge brawl breaks out between the factions

Jack Kent asks Bozzman why he listened to C-Mac and decided not to put Kirby in his place. Kent also wants answers about the rumors of him joining the SIW Kings. Bozzman says C-Mac was right about waiting for Staying Alive, where he is going to make that punk Kirby tap out and take his European championship. About joining the Kings, Bozzman tells Kent that his question will be answered tonight
Mike “The Mic” and Jimmy Hayden inform us that later in the night, Monday Night Brawl General Manager Titan will announce the second blockbuster main event at Staying Alive where JD Xtreme’s Heavyweight championship will be on the line
SIW Women’s Champion Vixen Foxx & Michelle take on Bailey Brown & SIW Lightweight champion Tara Michaels in a steel cage diva tag team match. Queen Heaven Lee is the guest referee for the match. The divas show the fans they can get as brutal and bloody as the men in the SIW as Tara splits Vixen’s forehead open by slamming her viciously into the side of the cage. Michelle is launched face first into the cage by Bailey by a sling shot. Bailey covers but only gets a near fall as Vixen makes the save. Last Monday Tara and Bailey pinned Heaven to the ground and shaved her head. Heaven gets even this week and she refuses to count Bailey’s cover. As Bailey and Tara argue with Heaven, Vixen climbs over the top to exit the cage and win the match
On January 7, 2009 the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS Sports. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage

Grunge defeated Jax in a steel cage match to retain the SIW Hardcore championship
SIW European champion “The Reborn Force” Glenn Kirby cuts a promo with Jessica White and claims that Bozzman is scared of him which he should be. Kirby tells Bozzman that he is at the peak of his career and beating him at Staying Alive is pretty much predictable. Kirby says he will be watching the next match very closely
Bozzman takes on Maurice Bad in the next match; both competitors are former Heavyweight champions. Bad and Bozzman battle back and forth until C-Mac, Ashton and Trevor make their way to ringside. Maurice has Bozzman in the Bad Lock but Ashton jumps on the apron to disrupt the match. Bad levels him with a flying elbow and then rolls up Bozz with a school boy but Bozz kicks out before three. Bad counters a suplex and places Bozz in a tree of woe. Bad applies an innovative submission maneuver from the other side of the post using Bozz’s legs. Out of nowhere Bad lets go of the hold and leaps on top of Ashton and delivers several punches to his jaw. Bozz slides him back in the ring and the match continues until Ashton trips Bad coming off the ropes. Bozzman delivers the Bozzbomb and pins Bad to pick up the win. After the match, Ashton and C-Mac assault Maurice Bad. Trevor hands a chair to Bozzman and tells him to hit Bad but all of a sudden, Bozzman levels C-Mac across his back and hits Ashton across his skull. The fans go crazy as Bozzman gives the SIW Kings the middle finger as he leaves ringside with Bad
After a short break, Maurice Bad thanks Bozzman for having his back and showing his true self. Bad asks Bozz if he wants to get even with the SIW Kings in tag team action next Monday and Bozzman says it will be his pleasure to team with him
Titan make the huge announcement concerning the Heavyweight championship at Staying Alive. The title will be on the line in a Fatal Four Way Elimination match. There are no rules, and the only way to eliminate your opponent is by submission or pin fall. In this match there will be no friends, on foes. The participants will be the current champion JD Xtreme, Marquis Laveaux, Chris Macavedi and JD’s own partner and former heavyweight champion R.C. Aries
Trevor is in a foul mood screaming at staff members as he overhears Bailey and Tara talking about having more matches fighting the male superstars on MNB. Trevor tells them he’s sick of the complaining so next week it’s going to be Tara Michaels & Bailey Brown against Mysery and Prophet from Twisted Thoughts
Revolution members JD Extreme and R.C. Aries tell Jack Kent contrary to popular belief they are excited about the huge match at Staying Alive and there is absolutely no animosity within Revolution. As a matter of fact, the odds of keeping the title in Revolution have just gotten better
Glenn Kirby steps in as tag team champion with Jace Parker Davidson as they put the titles on the line against three other teams, Twisted Thoughts, SIW Kings & Revolution. Titan shocks the fans as he makes the match a 4 way elimination for the titles. The match starts will all four teams in the ring and chaos breaks out. That is until R.C. and JD clean house and get a standing ovation. Kirby delivers a reverse neck breaker on JD and slows Revolution down as he goes for a cover. C-Mac breaks the pin and whips Kirby in the corner. As C-Mac charges Kirby in the corner, Prophet levels him with a spear and Kirby levels him with the Thug Bug. Jace is tagged in and pins Prophet using the Twisted Reality to earn the first elimination. R.C. applies the RCF on C-Mac in the middle of the ring but out of nowhere Jace kicks him in his face. Kirby makes the tag and Jace hits R.C. with a backstabber and out of nowhere C-Mac drops him with the Italian leg sweep. Ashton is tagged in and climbs to the top rope and misses flying elbow drop on Jace. JD is tagged in and dominates Ashton until he puts him away with the Adrenalin Rush to eliminate the Kings. Revolution and Ascended supremacy are the last two teams. JD delivers a superplex to Jace while R.C. takes out Kirby with the Aries Rush. Laveaux gets involved in the match, SIW Champion Terror Soule surprises Jace with the Soule Fusion just as Kirby knocks down Aries with the Thug Bug. JD covers Jace while Kirby covers R.C. The fans start booing as the referee announces that Ascended Supremacy still hold the titles. R.C. and JD argue with the referee as the show ends
