Monday Night Brawl starts with the fans giving Revolution a standing ovation as they come out with the camera crew. Out of nowhere Ascended Supremacy assaults them from behind and they also take out the camera crew. Trevor sends out security to break up the chaos and as punishment, he changes R.C.’s match to a first blood match and warns him to never use SIW property without his permission
The first match of the night is a qualifying match between Ragin’ Craig and Raven “Prophet” Frost for a spot in the 6 man ladder match at Road To Glory. Craig picks up the huge victory by pin fall after hitting his opponent with the Rage Factor. Can Craig continue his winning streak going in the weeks leading to Road To Glory?
After a short break, the fans are shocked as the replay shows us The Living Dead assaulting Prophet after his match and takes him out with the DeathDT on a folded steel chair. Prophet is busted wide open and TLD warns the rest of Twisted Thoughts he will not tolerate failure and will take them all out one by one if they ever lose again
Bozzman is accompanied by JaeVeli as he takes on Mysery in the next qualifying match. Tension starts to build as Glenn Kirby comes out and an argument breaks out between him and Jae. Officials come out to separate the two but Twisted Thoughts continue to have their problems as Mysery gets caught in the Bozzinator and taps out in the middle of the ring. After the match, the lights go out and behind Mysery is The Living Dead who knocks him out cold with a shovel. Hooded figures carry a casket to ringside and TLD slides Mysery inside of it
Jack Kent interviews Chris Macavedi & Heaven Lee. C-Mac says things are going to change starting tonight. He says the old C-Mac is coming back and he should have known better than to trust people like Bozzman. C-Mac tells JD that he is a better champion than he will ever be and Queen Heaven is ten times the woman that Bailey is. Heaven laughs and says her dog Lucy Fur is even better than Bailey
Maurice Bad takes on Terror Soule in the next qualifying match. Bad a former heavyweight champion and Soule a former SIW Champion. Terror Soule drops Bad with a DDT but “The Baddest Man On The Planet” manages to kick out right before three. The match continues back and forth and out of nowhere Soule rolls up Bad with an inside cradle only to get it reversed and Bad takes the win and is going to Road To Glory. After the match, Soule shakes his hand and calls out The Living Dead who comes out and all hell breaks out in the ring. Soule and TLD battle all the way in the backstage arena where officials and security round up to break up the brawl
Liana Lewis calls Trevor an asshole as usual and refuses to be part of the ridiculous match he booked in the main event. Trevor tells her she has no choice but to compete or else he will fire her on the spot and won’t think twice about it. Trevor tells her to get out of his office and don’t let the door hit her in the ass
A video package for the next pay per view Road To Glory on December 28, 2008. Don’t miss all the top SIW superstars live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada
After a commercial spot, Terror Soule walks into Trevor Derickson’s office and demands to have The Living Dead one on one at Road To Glory. Soule says he doesn’t want any kind of match; he wants his ass in a casket match. Trevor loves the idea and makes the match official at the pay per view. Trevor shakes his hand but doesn’t let him go right away and tells him he better not let him down
The next match can be classified as a street fight between JaeVeli and Glenn Kirby. If Jae wanted to make an impact return he did just that at Staying Alive and last Monday by making the current SIW European champion his first target. This brutal match ends when Kirby strikes Jae with the Thug Bug and pins a motionless JaeVeli to win the match. Jae is taken out by paramedics and it is announced that he received the kick in his throat
On January 7, 2009 the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS Sports. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage
The rematch between R.C. Aries and the bizarre Marquis Laveaux is now a first blood match and both competitors throw out the rule book for this one. R.C. shows his hardcore side as he uses the steel steps to knock down his opponent. R.C. charges Marquis on the ring post but he moves and R.C. nails the post with his shoulder. Marquis levels R.C. with a metal sheet and nails him with lefts and rights. Marquis continues to dominate until he misses a spinning heel kick and hits the security wall. R.C. gains momentum and out of nowhere Marquis spits blood just like last week but this time R.C. has a folded steel chair in hand to protect him self and hits Marquis in his face in the same time. All the blood is over Laveaux’s face and the referee ends the match announcing R.C. as the winner. After the match, Jace and Kirby run out and all three of them assault R.C. until JD Xtreme and Bozzman even the odds
The Living Dead grabs Terror Soule by his throat backstage and tells him he made the biggest mistake of his life challenging him in a match he cannot win. TLD tells the former SIW Champion he will rest in peace at Road To Glory
Ashton Daniels cuts a promo with Jessica White and announces that he will be part of the last qualifying match next week which promises to be huge. Ashton says he would love nothing more than to regain his European championship and unify it with the North American title. Daniels says everything is fine within the SIW Kings but for the next few weeks he and C-Mac have different agendas
C-Mac & Queen Heaven Lee take on heavyweight champion JD Xtreme and Bailey Brown in mixed tag team action. JD and Bailey seem to have things under control until Ashton makes his presence felt at ringside. As the referee turns his attention to Daniels, C-Mac knocks out JD with a set of brass knuckles and drops Bailey with the KOD. Heaven executes the heavenly star press and pins Bailey to win the match. Jace Parker Davidson and the rest of Ascended Supremacy laugh at JD as they watch the match backstage. Jace says he can’t wait to see JD choke at Road To Glory

SIW Champion Jace Parker Davidson and Tara Michaels have a busy night as they take on Metalgod, the controversial Liana Lewis & Vixen Foxx in a 3 on 2 handicap match. Liana refuses to participate making the match a regular tag team match. Trevor comes out and orders Liana to fight or else. Liana responds with a hard right to his jaw. Metalgod is down but Vixen does a great job taking control of the match as she tags herself in. All of a sudden Liana trips her as she comes off the ropes. Metalgod tags himself in only to get speared by the SIW Champion. Liana whips Vixen into the steel post as Jace delivers the twisted reality and pins him to win the match. Kirby comes out and Ascended Supremacy shocks the world as they announce Liana Lewis as the newest member.
