Okay here's the story. I had Luck of the Draw about three fourths of the way done when my hard drive got completely fried. Everything gone. Thankfully most of my circuit type stuff was backed up elsewhere except for the work in progress Luck of the Draw 2004. So, this card will be lost for the time being. I may rewrite it someday but I must press on, because I don't have the patience to rewrite this particular card right now. So I am going to give you a quick run down of what went on at Luck of the Draw 2004 and then the next Glory should be up by the weekend. NAWA LUCK OF THE DRAW 2004: We opened up with a bang. Miles Stylish took on Tony Mamaluke. Pretty good match, somewhere in the **** range. Stylish worked over the ribs of Mr. Mamaluke for a big portion of the match but Mamaluke kept coming back. Eventually Mamaluke reversed the Las Vegas Trauma off the top rope into a Super Sunset Flip and rolled through with the Sicilian Cloverleaf. Stylish faked passing out, so he could save himself for the Luck of the Draw and assaulted Tony Mamaluke after the match. The French Revolution and the Backyard Dudes had their little time wasting match. They brought their working boots tonight, reaching a huge 1/4*. The French Revolution won when Napoleon choked out Twizted Youth with F.R.E.D's blanket. Elix Skipper fought Kaz Hayashi next. I remember this match being pretty good, about *** 1/2. Prime Time avoided the Super Senton and the Play of the Day spelled the end for Mr. Hayashi. Barry Horowitz had a little backstage segment where he was attacked by a mysterious man and his number for Luck of the Draw stolen. Teddy Hart retained the NAWA Cruiserweight Championship against AJ Styles. Teddy Hart backslided Styles for the pin but Styles had a foot on the rope and the referee didn't see it. Styles protested this decision after this *** 1/2 match. A rematch has to be in the books sometime. An advertisement for the next NAWA Pay Per View Blinded by Fury, which will be backed up in about three different places every other word, on February 29th. The final two rounds of the International Title Tournament will take place on this time. Michael Shane and Sean Waltman fought Stasiak and Sanders for the NAWA Tag Team Titles. Middle of the road match. Waltman played Ricky Morton in this match and tag was made. Nash, who was at ringside, tripped Stasiak, allowing Michael Shane to score the pin with the Sweet Shane Music in this ** 1/4 Tag Team Title Match. Shane and Waltman were not pleased with Nash's interference, as they feel that they could have won the match on their own. Next was the Luck of the Draw Match. Johnny Devine and Jacques Strap started out. Tony Mamaluke got an early number, as did Christopher Daniels. Their was to be a nice little mini tag team match in the middle with Juvi and Lenny against Daniels and Mamaluke. Waterman came in about midway and kicked ass. To the shock of many, Raven came out, replacing the attacked Barry Horowitz. Raven had his body heavily bandaged, and he attacked Daniels with a cinderblock, eventually putting the Fallen Angel Out. Raven went under the bottom rope and assaulted Daniels but was attacked by the remaing Archangels of Anarchy. Kevin Nash had a pretty good run but was eliminated by Miles Stylish without getting hit with a single offensive move. Nash's momentum took him over the top. Meanwhile Raven appeared to be carried to the back after being choke slammed through a table by Sacrifice. FINAL FOUR: Raven(who may have had to forfeit), Mamaluke, Stylish(who had received the number twenty draw), and Waterman. Pretty star studded final four. Stylish put Mamaluke over the ropes rather quickly to eliminate him and Raven was carried to the back by ring attendents and attacked Stylish and Waterman(who had been opened up with a spike by Christopher Daniels earlier). Raven had hit Evenflow DDTs on both Stylish and Waterman but Daniels runs interference and tosses a fireball into the face of Raven. Raven staggers around and Stylish puts him out for the elimination. Two are left and it is Stylish and Waterman. Stylish is fresher than Waterman but he can't get Waterman over the ropes. Stylish attempts to dropkick Waterman to the floor but Waterman catches him and catapault into the post. Pair of Belly To Bellys and Waterman goes to power bomb Stylish to the floor but Stylish counters with a Frankensteiner nearly putting Waterman to the floor. Stylish pounds away and Las Vegas Trauma in the center of the ring but he can't get Waterman up. Stylish goes for a cross body but Waterman catches him and fallaway slam but Stylish hangs on. Waterman kicks Stylish in the face twice and backs up before catching Stylish in the chest with a lariat, sending him to the floor YOUR NEW NAWA WORLD CHAMPION: Ron Waterman Waterman celebrates with the belt to a series of cheers.
