NAWA Glory 1/6/05

We are live and in living color tonight on NAWA Glory as "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top plays and out comes the Triumvirate, in the form of Miles Stylish and Jerry Lynn, with Stylish having the NAWA International Title draped over his shoulder. Stylish talks about his victory last week in the number one contender's match for the NAWA World Title against Ron Waterman, Raven and Christopher Daniels. Stylish calls himself an inspiration to all which the crowd responds with boos. He says the Triumvirate is as strong as ever, despite the fact they are down one member. The Dark Warrior couldn't cut it, so he's gone. Stylish talks about how he is the greatest technical wrestler in the NAWA, unmatched by anyone which causes Lynn to glare at him but Stylish doesn't seem to notice this. Tonight, Jerry Lynn will regain the NAWA Television Title and next week the Triumvirate will recapture the NAWA World Tag Team Titles against the Archangels of Anarchy. Then finally, coming up January 23rd at Luck of the Draw, Miles Stylish will step into the ring and finally acheive his destiny as NAWA World Champion, standing atop the company for the entire world to see.

No one has beaten Harry Harris more times than Miles Stylish in the center of the ring and this time, the next time he pins Harris's shoulders to the canvas, the NAWA World Title will be his. Stylish adds that he is so confident that he is going to pin Harris, just like every other time they've fought, that he'll put his NAWA International Title on the line against Harris, making the match belt for belt! The crowd cheers at this but Stylish tells them that he really doesn't care what they think which earns Stylish boos. Before Stylish could continue, "Come Out and Play" by the Offspring plays and out comes Teddy Hart to a rather mixed reaction.

Hart gets on the microphone, talking about misery and woe, along with the joys of cutting one's wrists, before talking about how that NAWA International Title is a product of Miles Stylish's inepitude. Stylish will always be second best and will wallow in a pit of despair which Stylish interrupts, saying that Hart obviously has a lot of nerve coming out here after he viciously attacked Stylish from behind wiht a steel chair. Stylish puts himself over as the greatest wrestler of all time but Hart says that if Stylish is so great, why couldn't he beat Ron Waterman ever in the center of the ring? Every time Stylish fought Ron Waterman, he was pinned one two three by Waterman. Stylish angrily says that he can beat Ron Waterman and tonight he is going to prove it.

"Natural Born Killerz" by Dr. Dre/Ice Cube plays and out comes Commissioner New Jack. New Jack confirms the belt for belt stipulation for Luck of the Draw and also adds there will be no disqualification, no countout, and no time limit in this match. Stylish looks pleased but New Jack also says that tonight Ron Waterman will go one on one with Miles Stylish in the center of the ring. Miles Stylish says that Harry Harris should wrestle tonight as well to make things fair, so he suggests Harry Harris going one on one with Teddy Hart. New Jack makes that match happen. So tonight we have Miles Stylish squaring off against Ron Waterman and Teddy Hart facing off against Harry Harris. No belts are on the line, New Jack notes, to perserve the belt for belt stipulation at Luck of the Draw. With that we fade to a
