NAWA Glory 1/8/04

Welcome to NAWA Glory, airing January 8th 2004. We are lived from Phildephia Pennsylvania. Tonight on this program, the Archangels of Anarchy will be in action, Scott Hall faces off against Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles takes on Petey Williams, Sean Waltman and Michael Shane defend their NAWA Tag Team Title Belts against the French Revolution, CM Punk takes on Elix Skipper, and we will here more about Luck of the Draw 2004, the next New Age Wrestling Alliance Pay Per View spectacular.

"Come Out and Play" by the Offspring plays and out comes Raven. Raven looks like hell because three weeks ago at StarClash, Raven was destroyed by the Archanagels of Anarchy more importantly Sacrifice. Sacrifice choke slammed Raven off a thirty five foot high balcony. It is a miracle Raven is alive much less walking out here on Glory. Raven has the microphone.

Raven: Is that the best you got Daniels? StarClash, we had a battle and nothing was settled but my attentions will merely be distracted from you and your archangels of anarchy. I have business to attend to and that business involves a promise that was made three weeks ago on Glory. It involves myself and the NAWA World Champion Harry Harris. Harris, I survived and you retained your title so tonight I am calling you out to remind you of your date with destiny.

Raven waits as "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins plays and out comes the NAWA World Champion Harry Harris. Harry Harris will defend his title February the 1st at Luck of the Draw against Miles Stylish. Harris barely escaped with his title back at StarClash against Jerry Lynn and he did promise Raven a title shot tonight. If Harry Harris is anything, he is a fighting NAWA World Champion. Harris has the microphone.

Harris: Raven, I must say it is nice to see you on your feet. You took a thirty five foot high choke slam and you still want your title shot tonight. Why not, I have nothing else planned for this evening. I am going to put my belt on the line tonight, as agreed, tonight in the main event. This is your last chance, Raven, remember that. I have a whole list of contenders that I must get too.

Raven: This is the only chance I need Harris. The belt will come around my waist. Destiny shall be realised as I put you down with the Evenflow DDT. So it is written, so it shall come to pass. Quoth the Raven, nevermore.

Raven drops the microphone. Tonight it will be Harry Harris against Raven with the NAWA World Title on the line. Neither of these wrestlers are at a hundred percent. Who will walk out with the championship? We will find out by the end of this evening.

What a great display of power by Sacrifice! There is a Twizted Youth sized dent in the ramp from what Sacrifice did to him. Daniels tilts his head back and looks at the heavens as his minions look on. Christopher Daniels could very well win the Luck of the Draw and go onto face the champion at Reality Check on March 28th.

Miles Stylish is just arriving at the building tonight when Dan Marion walks up to him.

Marion: Mr. Stylish, what are your thoughts of Raven getting an NAWA World Title shot on Glory before you get your chance at the belt at Luck of the Draw.

Stylish: What, Raven. Well Dan, it really doesn't matter because I can beat either Raven of Harris because I am a supreme wrestling machine. It doesn't matter who the champion is come Luck of the Draw, I will walk out that evening the brand new NAWA World Champion.

Marion: Mr. Stylish, with all due respect, it does matter. My spies er I mean my sources looked at the contract for your match with Harris at Luck of the Draw. The only way you are going to get the NAWA World Title Shot is if Harry Harris remains the title. If Raven wins the belt tonight, you will still face Harry Harris at Luck of the Draw but the belt will not be on the line.

Stylish: What!!!

Stylish looks ticked at this little bit of information.

Stylish: That does complicate things just a little bit. I have to make sure that Harry Harris walks out tonight with the NAWA World Title by hook or crook. That belt will be mine come Luck of the Draw. You can count on that, Dan Marion.

Stylish stomps off as Dan Marion looks at the camera.

Marion: We will be right back.

Dan Marion is standing backstage with Scott Hall.

Marion: I am standing backstage with Scott Hall. Mr. Hall over the past couple of weeks, you have had your share of problems with one Jeff Jarrett. You, in an unprovoked action, struck Jarrett with a guitar costing him a match with Norman Smiley at the last Pay Per View so it gives me great pleasure to state that you will get yours in the center of the ring tonight.

Hall: You really think so, chico. Well let me tell you something. Jeff Jarrett has been in this company for a long time and he has relied on that guitar. That guitar has won him more matches than anything else and has injured a number of wrestlers, so much that he was banned from bringing the guitar to the ring. He managed to smuggle one out somewhere and as any decent human being would, I acted and when Jarrett got him my face, and asked me to give him the guitar, well chico, you can see that Da Bad Guy gave it to him. Tonight Jarrett, once you step into the ring with Scott Hall, you will find out that you don't mess with the Kliq.

Marion: One more question, Mr. Hall. What was the deal with Kevin Nash last week?

Hall: Well, I have keep this on the down low due to legal reasons but let me assure you that you may be seeing the big man of the Kliq, sooner than you think. I'm outta here chico.

Hall flicks the toothpick at the camera.

Marion: There you have it. Jeff Jarrett faces off against Scott Hall tonight on Glory. Glory comes back at you right after these commercials.

Daniels: May I give the eulogy to the man known as Raven. He tried to be great evil and failed, as I am great evil and no one can top I, the Fallen Angel. He got taken out once by the Archangels of Anarchy and came back for one. May his soul be ravaged by fire breathing demons for all eternity.

Daniels pulls the release and THE CINDERBLOCKS CRASH DOWN ONTO THE PRONE BODY OF RAVEN! Raven has been crushed by those cinderblocks and Daniels looks pleased with himself. We see Raven's hand quiver underneath the wreckage as Glory goes to the air. See you next week.
