We are in the mysterious Council Chamber where the Council of Five is awaiting the arrival of someone. As always, their backs are toward the camera, to protect their idenities from being broadcasted on the Internet. Ron Waterman walks into the Council Chamber, in his street clothes and carrying a gym bag.
Council Member #1: Mr. Waterman, pleased you could come on our summons. Please take a seat.
Waterman does, as the camera films directly over the shoulders of the Council Members and all it sees is Waterman sitting there.
Council Member #1: Now you have been summoned here at the status of the NAWA Television Championship. We feel that since you have won the Luck of the Draw Match, you have little time to defend the Television Championship. The Board of Directors feel very troubled, as it is very bad business not to have our Television Champion defend his belt week in and week out on TV. So by a vote of the Council, we are requesting that you reliquish the World Television Title or start defending the belt. We would recommend reliquishing the belt Mr. Waterman, as the schedule of an NAWA World Champion leaves little room to defend a second belt. The choice is yours, Mr. Waterman, choose wisely.
Waterman gets up, the camera remaining on him and not the Council. Waterman reaches into his gym bag and pulls out the NAWA Television Championship Belt. Waterman looks at it and calmly hands it to the Council Member, as the camera angle shifts to protect the idenity of the Council. Waterman gets up and walks off without a word. Waterman has just given up the Television Title, a belt that he has given some value to with many big title defense. He did indeed have little choice, as the NAWA World Champion has to defend his belt all over the world, week after week, with little or no time off. We will be right back.
