NAWA Glory 3/2/06

Tonight: Harry Harris competes in his first match in nearly a year on NAWA Glory, against Sederick Skyhawk. Also, The Rottweilers square off against Takeshi Morishima and Abyss in a Streetfight and AJ Styles takes on the Gambler in a number one contenders match for the NAWA International Title.

The crowd boos as Larry Sweeney makes his way down to the ring. Sweeney is on the ramp, commenting about the fact that Reality Check is just a little over two weeks away. The main event is Harry Harris against Miles Stylish for the NAWA World Title but unfortunately, there is another man to be considered and that is Raven. Raven beat Harry Harris at Blinded By Fury and then defeated the NAWA World Champion Miles Stylish in a non title match. Therefore, Raven has petitioned that he should become the number one contender for the NAWA World Title. Harry Harris won the Luck of the Draw Match and is the number one contender, but Raven has a point. He's earned his title shot, as much as Sweeney doesn't want to admit it. Therefore, the NAWA World Title will be on the line as part Reality Check. Miles Stylish will defend the belt against both Harry Harris and Raven in a Triple Threat Match!

The crowd cheers but there are a few boos, as they wanted to see Harry Harris and Miles Stylish finally square off one on one for the NAWA World Title. "Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top plays and out comes the champion, who is not pleased. Miles Stylish rants, saying that Sweeney is trying to swindle him out of the title, by forcing him into a title match against two challengers, a Triple Threat Match, where Stylish doesn't have to be pinned to lose the title. Stylish yells that he signed a contract to face Harry Harris one on one, based on his victory at Luck of the Draw. He has half of the mind to go to the NAWA owner Matt Harms and protest this but Sweeney announces that Harms signed off on the Triple Threat Match just this afternoon and it is made law. Miles Stylish will put the NAWA World Title on the line against Raven and Harry Harris in a Triple Threat Match at Reality Check!

Stylish looks to want to knock Sweeney around but Sweeney calls out security, who escorts the champion out. Larry Sweeney announces that Miles Stylish is being given the night off tonight, since he doesn't have a match on this show. The crowd cheers as Stylish yells he will still be the champion but that remains to be seen. The addition of Raven has added a twist to the dynamic of the Reality Check 2006 main event.
