Dan Marion is standing backstage with Jerry Lynn. Marion talks about Jerry Lynn came just a second away from scoring a tie and thus forcing a sudden death overtime in the sixty minute Iron Man Match against Miles Stylish at Wildfire. It is also mentioned that many insiders in wrestling are wondering if Jerry Lynn has what it takes in this stage to compete on a high level. Many are suggesting that Lynn should retire right now. Lynn actually looks amused by this statement and says he'll retire when he's good and ready, but he still has a few more years left in and some of that time will be with the NAWA World Title around his waist. He will win the Gold Rush Tournament and then go onto win the NAWA World Championship at Night of the Rogues.
At this point, Sederick Skyhawk, Candace Sweet, Richard Ramos Ricardo, Attorney At Law, Mr. Fernando, and Bruno the Bodyguard interrupt the interview. Skyhawk boasts to make way for a real winner and a real champion, bragging about his victory over AJ Styles. Marion states that he's trying to do an interview, but Marion is just brushed off, by Candace saying "you should like so be talking to the champion, instead of this old fossil. He's like ick, someone should like so totally put him in a home". Lynn just looks at Skyhawk, remarking that he has a nice title belt, the same belt that Lynn held longer than anyone else in the NAWA. Candace remarks that he did hold it, but not any more, which means he lost it and thus he's so totally a loser. Skyhawk suggests that Lynn get up close to a monitor, "put on the bifocals if you have to see me gramps", and watch a real champion at work. Ricardo puts over Skyhawk as the greatest NAWA Television Champion of all time, something that causes Lynn to be disgusted at and promises victory in the Gold Rush Tournament, as the group walks off, as we fade to black. Raven and Skyhawk in the first first round match in the Gold Rush Tournament after this.

Larry Sweeney enters the Commissioner's office, demanding to know why he's been summoned. Sweeney says he's the agent for the greatest wrestler in the company in NAWA International Champion tTony Mamaluke and he has several more pressing, high priced deals currently on the table, so he can't be going to New Jack's office just because he demands him to. New Jack tells Sweeney to shut up and listen. At the Pay Per View, the way the NAWA International Championship match between Tony Mamaluke and Ron Waterman ended was very suspicious. Sweeney denies knowing what New Jack was talking about, suggesting that Ron Waterman might have some kind of inner ear problem that caused him to lose his balance and says that the NAWA really should have doctor's to check this kind of thing out. New Jack tells Sweeney to shut up once again which causes the fast talking agent to look rather irritated at New Jack telling him what to do.
The Commissioner says that he believes Sweeney had something to do with the dodgy ending to the match but he can't prove anything as nothing was caught on tape. But, he can make a return match between Ron Waterman and Tony Mamaluke for next week for the NAWA International Title. Sweeney flips out, saying that Waterman doesn't deserve a title shot, he deserves to be locked in a cage, which prompts New Jack to add this match will be inside the confines of a fifteen foot high steel cage. Sweeney is sweating bullets because the cage will keep Mamaluke in with a murderous Ron Watermn and Larry Sweeney out. New Jack then yells for security to escort Sweeney out of the offense as next week it will be Ron Waterman and Tony Mamaluke for the NAWA International Title inside the cage.
