NAWA Glory 6/3/04

Gold Rush Stills are shown, as Christopher Daniels won the tournament, beating Raven in one of the most epic matches in the NAWA. Also Ron Waterman remains NAWA World Champion, fighting against all odds and beating the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation. Glory is right now.

Tonight: The Gambler faces the Television Champion Jerry Lynn in a non title match. Rapmaster Killings and Tony Mamaluke join forces to face off against CM Punk and Miles Stylish in tag team action, and the UJW Tag Team Titles will be on the line when Elix Skipper and Kaz Hayashi defend against Lenny Lane and Juventud Guerrera and much more.

"Hell's Bells" by AC/DC plays and out comes the challenger for the NAWA World Title for Night of the Rogues Christopher Daniels along with the rest of the Archangels of Anarchy. The Chosen One appears to not be here tonight and we have some exclusive footage later tonight to show you why. Daniels also has about four druids who circle the ring with torches as the Archangels climb into the ring. Daniels calls for the microphone.

Daniels: Last Sunday, I proved why I am the ultimate force of the NAWA. Three men fell to the might of the Fallen Angel. Rapmaster Killings, defeated. Tony Mamaluke, torn apart. Raven, destroyed and completely battered. I beat Raven until he was unconcious and I doubt that Raven will show his face tonight after the convincing way I beat him.

The crowd chants "We Want Raven" but Daniels has a sick smirk on his face.

Daniels: You are not going to get Raven because Raven is finished. I took him out and proved to be the superior wrestler. Every time Raven and I have fought, Raven has lost. It isn't even worth my time to torture Raven because Raven lost last night. He passed out, his arm dropped three times. Another one of your heroes fallen. Just like Sting, Ricky Steamboat, Norman Smiley, The Sandman, Steve Corino, and many others. Raven is the latest victim of the might of the Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels. There is, but one that stands before me, that I must slay.

Daniels pauses as the crowd chants "Waterman".

Daniels: Even you people in the crowd know it. The so called unbeatable World Champion Ron Waterman. Waterman, you were once a killer and I may have had a bit of respect for you. When you first came here, you mowed over everyone that stood in your way, no question about it but as soon as you started catering to the fans, you got soft. Waterman, you look more and more humane every time you compete in the ring. I person like Teddy Hart, a year ago, you would have squashed him like the pitiful insect that he is five minutes flat but he very nearly beat you. Disgusting that another man with potential has fallen to the whim of the people in the stands and thus must be put out of their misery. I once catered to the fans and I was forced into dead end match, after dead end match. I was forced into an agreement with Lenny Lane that I rather not get into at this point and that was for one reason. I didn't have the killer instinct, the lack of remorse that I needed to become the monster I needed.

Daniels: Waterman, I am the monster you should have been. I am the evil that lurks within the shadows. All the creatures of the night fear me, your nightmare is just beginning. The NAWA World Title, it means little to me but it means everything to the fans, so I shall once again deflate all the hopes and dreams of the fans, by becoming the first ever man to hold five different championship belts in the NAWA. The demons that you must face, Waterman, will be the destruction and I will be the one to send you into a pit of your own dispair. That is the gospel of the Fallen Angel and that is the words that will be everlasting and true.

Daniels drops the microphone as "Hell's Bells" starts up but one of the druids slides into the ring and removes his hood. IT'S RAVEN! Daniels turns around and Raven clotheslines Daniels down to the canvas. Raven gets a couple more stomps before Sacrifice clubs Raven from behind. Sacrifice beats down Raven with the help of Armageddon and Destruction and Daniels is back up. Daniels joins in on the beatdown but the crowd cheers. RON WATERMAN RUSHES OUT FROM THE BACK! The champ is here as Armageddon and Destruction get sent flying with clotheslines. Daniels makes a strategic retreat but Sacrifice and Waterman staredown each other. The two titans of the NAWA but New Jack comes out from the back with security. Daniels orders Sacrifice to back off, which he does, reluctanly as it appears that he wanted a piece of the champion. New Jack has the microphone and he looks a bit annoyed.

New Jack: Alright, listen up. You four, Sacrifice, Daniels, Raven, and Waterman. It seems like you ain't gonna wait to duke it out in a sanctioned match, so I am going to make a match tonight, so you can settle your differences. Waterman and Raven vs Sacrifice and Daniels tonight in the main event and I hope the four of you beat the ever living shit out of each other. I have spoken and if any of you lay a hand on each other outside a sanctioned match, you better not try me because I don't think you want to know what the consequences are.

Wow, now that is going to be a hell of a main event. Ron Waterman and Raven join forces to face off against Sacrifice and Christopher Daniels tonight on Glory.

We see footage of a cemetary where the Chosen One, as it appears by the dim lighting by the torches, is standing by with the casket and an open grave.

Chosen One: In the end, you shall be buried, in the end you shall be destroyed. Buried alive, Norman Smiley. The end of your world, the end of your glory. The Soul is dimished Norman Smiley, as your agony will be prolonged. Agony for all to see, the world will see the end of Norman Smiley. As you rot in the ground, the agony you suffered will cause me great joy. You though you could fight me, but I am no mere mortal, Norman. I am a mere demon and now I am strong enough to take over the mind, body, and soul of another. You gave me the opening with your rage but soon it will be the end.

The Chosen One motions for about a half a dozen masked druids who slide the casket into the grave. The Chosen One picks up a shovel and the druids join him, shoveling dirt onto the casket. A moan is heard and banging from inside the casket before the final shovel full of dirt is thrown onto the casket and it is buried in the ground.

Chosen One: Here lies Norman Smiley, a fallen hero, thanks to the Archangels of Anarchy. May your afterlife be ridden by agony and dispair and so ends the wars between Norman Smiley and the Chosen One. So be noted that in the end, the Chosen One is the one to come out the victor and Norman Smiley, may you burn in agony in the bowels of hell.

The Chosen One walks off as this disturbing segment comes to a close. It should be noted that this same tape was presented to the local police and directions to the burial sight but when it was dug up, there was no casket in the ground. Something disturbing is up and both the Chosen One and the casket that Norman Smiley was in has not been seen since this footage has been taped.

Joel Gertner is standing in the ring.

Gertner: Well, well, well, it is I, the Quiettesential Studmuffin, Joel "the one that has given more women a raging climax, the semen is the thing that is taken to the max, as smooth as a bee's wax" Gertner. Now, it is a great pleasure to introduce you to the team that will be your next Ultimate Japan Wrestling World Tag Team Champions of Wrestling. The team that is the masters of the double team. The team that can get all over their opponents. I am talking abotu the International Dream Team. The team that causes all the women to scream, and dare to dream. I am talking about the sensational, the extravegent, the totally awesome, and hell, they are a pretty damn good team as well. Lenny and Juvi.

"Wherever I May Roam" by Metallica plays and the crowd cheers as Lenny and Juvi make their way down to the ring. Despite their uniqueness, Juvi and Lenny have put together a cult following in the New Age Wrestling Alliance. Lenny and Juvi enter the ring, looking ready for action. Juvi grabs the microphone.

Juvi: Finally the Juice has come back from Japan to lay the beatdown on someone's rooted poo candy ass to smell what the Juice is baking. When Juvi and Lenny are in town, someone's going down.

Lenny: Okay, that last catchphrase sounded vaguely homosexual. Now I know that your mother and my mother are both mothers but if you ever use that catchphrase again, I will have to smack the taste out of your mouth. Now with that out of the way, we have a chance to win the Ultimate Japan Wrestling Tag Team Champions. Wouldn't that be so Ultimate.

Juvi: Of course it would be Ultimate. It would be Ultimate, because Elix Skipper and Kaz Hayashi will never see it coming when we come up from behind and take them down to the mat. We are the masters of the double team and the soon to be Ultimate Japan Wrestling Tag Team Champions of International Wrestling Excellence. Do you smell it?

Lenny: Yes I smell it, but I smell something more sinister up. It seems that certain people are meddling with the laws of time and space by coming into the New Age Wrestling Alliance. Johnny Excalibur, my friend, I am talking about you. Listen to me, you nasty knight, I would suggest you listen really good.

Juvi: Why should he listen really good? Why are you even talking about Excalibur? Why should we even care?

Lenny: Shush, Juvi, I am trying to start a feud so I can get on Pay Per View. I have been left off the last one and I don't want to be left off of this one. Now listen, Mr. Excalibur. Whatever wrongs you wronged me and all that hyperbole, I will stop you for the good of the New Age Wrestling Alliance. I will send you back to the queen in a box and that is my promise, my word. At Night of the Rogues, if you have the guts, you and your pal, that wrestling cyborg from the future Hi Tech can mix it up with myself and Juvi Juice. Now how do you like that.

Juvi: I don't know what you are on about Lenny but tonight we have a chance to win the Ultimate Japan Wrestling World Tag Team Belts of International Wrestling Excellence. Excalibur and Hi Tech can wait and whatever fiendish plan you have to get us on Pay Per View can wait. For now, it is the UJW Tag Team Titles and then we can worry about stirring some stuff up with Excalibur and Hi Tech.

Lenny: Right you are my friend. Kaz, Elix, get out here so we can show you why we are the most elite force in tag team wrestling.

"Just Say, Just Say My Name, Prime Time Baby"

The crowd gives a few boos as the UJW Tag Team Champions Elix Skipper and Kaz Hayashi come out to the ring with the belts and matching evil sneers. They drop the belts into the ring and enter the ring. The bell rings, kicking off this UJW Tag Team Title Match.

In the Commissioners' Office:

We see that New Jack is in a meeting with Excalibur and Hi Tech.

New Jack: Now, there ain't gonna be a problem with your captors attempting to capture you now.

Excalibur: I doubt that would be a problem. Those tricky blighters would be nary a sort to face me. So I will become a competitor in this sort of combat, known as Professional Wrestling now.

New Jack: Yes, because quite frankly I don't know what else you can do, because it seems like you do have a bit of a fight in you and that is something that I like to see. Both of you have got yourselves NAWA contracts until I can find a way to send you fools back to your own time, which ain't gonna be any time soon. Most of which being lack of resources, my lack of knowledge of temporal mechanics, and my lack of being bothered to do this fool thing anyone. Now, Excalibur, you got a bout against AJ Styles tonight. I trust you be up to the challenge.

Excalibur: I am up for any combat and even through I am not allowed to use weapons, my body should be a suffient enough weapon. I shall beat this Styles with great honor and chilvary. My victory shall be at hand as I hope to my opponent is up to the task because I shall be.

Excalibur and Hi Tech leave the office but stop and stare at a moment at a shadowy figure that appears to be stalking them.

Excalibur: I thought but perhaps a trick of light.

Meanwhile the cameraman is folowing that shadowy figure. A battle scarred, but dangerous looking white haired man appears to be the source.

Man: I have spotted the rogue knight, Lord Tallywhacker. Your orders.

The man appears to be talking into a ring on his finger which is glowing a sinister blue light. Suddenly a sinister voice is heard, which appears to be coming from the ring.

Sinister Voice: Do nothing as of yet. Keep a close watch on the knight and attack him only if you have a clear shot that you can take him out. He has a huge price on his head and I am surely to make quite a bit of gold by nabbing him. Know this, do not come back until after you nabbed that knight. I want his head back here, whether or not it is attached to his body or not bother coming back. Corvas, you shall not fail your Lord Tallywhacker, and as the most skilled, the most experience Master Assassin I have, you have a great chance in nabbing that knight. Fame and fortune should be mine.

"Phenominal" plays and the crowd cheers as AJ Styles comes out to the ring. Styles lost to Miles Stylish last Sunday at Gold Rush, thanks to interference from CM Punk. AJ Styles will face off against Johnny Excalibur tonight but he has the microphone. This is a rare thing, as Styles prefers to let his actions speak for himself in the ring.

Styles: Last Sunday, I had Miles Stylish down on the canvas. I was about ready to hit the Spiral Tap but once again CM Punk stuck his nose in my business. Punk, you have been attacking me for months on end and I am not going to put up with it any longer. I am calling you out Punk. One on One, me and you. No more sneak attacks, no more back jumping. If you have the guts, Punk, I want a match with you come Night of the Rogues so we can settle the score for all. Backstage:

We see the Gambler being patched up at the first aid area by a medic.

Medic: Some of those wounds look pretty nasty, Mr. Gambler. I must say, I don't know why some of you wrestlers get into the things you do. It sounds like a nasty business.

The Gambler: Well, Jerry Lynn is a very nasty man. He is a bit unhinged, for various reasons. The fact I just beat him in the center of the ring and if he put that Television Title on the line...

What the Gambler would do if Jerry Lynn put the Television Title on the line is never heard as Lynn attacks the Gambler from the blindside. Lynn pounds away on the Gambler and grabs the medic, throwing him into the wall. Lynn grabs a bottle of iodine and BREAKS IT OVER THE HEAD OF THE GAMBLER. The Gambler rolls over, his nose a mangled mess after it getting dragged across concrete.

Lynn: You dare pin me, Gambler. Jerry Lynn, one third of the Triumvirate, the most elite force in wrestling today. Listen here, Gambler, you have stirred the hornets nest and this is something you do not want to deal with. I am not a nice person and I will break your neck if you ever cross my path ever again. You are correct about one thing. I am dangerous, absolutely wicked in fact, enchantingly nasty even.

Lynn fires some stomps into the face of the Gambler and pulls him up, tossing him out of the room.

Lynn: Never cross my path again. I let you off easy this time but next time, I will send you straight to a wheelchair. Mark my words, Gambler, you will suffer.

Lynn walks out of the dressing room, making sure to step on the Gambler's face on his way out. Lynn is not taking his non title loss well and he proved it by destroying the Gambler backstage. The Gambler has a lot of fighting spirit so he will not take this lying down, believe that.

[commercial]

AJ Styles is backstage and he does not look too happy. He swings a lockeroom door open but sees Twizted Youth lying on the floor, looking spaced out. Styles runs to the dressing room and swings open another door, seeing Pierre Marquette and Lord Napoleon playing chess. Styles runs down the hallway.

Styles: Damn it, Punk. Where the hell are you? I am going to make you pay for costing me another match.

Styles opens a door and GETS TWO HUGE HANDS WRAPPED AROUND HIS THROAT. The door gets slammed shut after Styles gets pulled into the dressing room and we here a huge beatdown behind the dressing room door but we have got to go back into the ring for more NAWA action.

Scott Hall pinned Jack Evans with the Outsider Edge in 0:05:11. Rating: ** 3/4

Hall pulls himself up and lifts up Jack Evans to get him another Outsider's Edge. No HFNG interference as it appears that Jack Evans is still in the doghouse from daring to challenge Teddy Hart for the Cruiserweight title a couple of months ago. Hall calls for the microphone.

Hall: Tonight I disposed of this flippy floppy little jabroni but that is not the issue. The issue is with the Dark Warrior. Chico, you made a very big mistake. You put one of the Kliq on the shelf and that ain't gonna fly. Your crimes against the Kliq are far and wide, chico, but you crossed the line when you put Big Kev on the injured list. So Warrior, if you are listening mang, I want you in the ring, one on one at Night of the Rogues. Da Bad Guy's coming to getcha and your Destrucity will be nothing compared to the stroke that the Kliq has got as the Kliq lays down for no one, Chico. So Doofus of Destrucity, I will be waiting for the answer because Da Bad Guy will not take your crimes against the Kliq lightly. That goes for you and the rest of the Triumvirate, as after I am done with you Chico, Jerry Lynn, I am going to regain my Television Title and then Miles Stylish, I may just take you on for the International Title and Da Bad Guy will strike double gold.

Hall drops the microphone. Hall has laid down the gauntlet to the Triumvirate, starting with the Dark Warrior. Hall and Warrior have had many battles throughout the past couple of years, including the finals of the first Gold Rush Tournament, a couple of matches for the Xtreme Title last year, and a couple of matches during Hall's six month reign as Television Champion back in 2002. Hall and the Warrior do not like each other and that is one of those feuds that may take a while to get settled if ever. Then Hall is making plans to go after the rest of the Triumvirate, but we will have to see how this goes in the next couple of months.

Backstage:

We see the lockeroom where AJ Styles was dragged into earlier tonight and the door flies open, revealing a bloodied and battered AJ Styles flying out of the lockeroom. The camera pans back to reveal Christopher Daniels and Sacrifice of the Archangels of Anarchy. Destruction, Armageddon, the Chosen One(who has apperantly just arrived at the arena), and a sixth Archangel who the camera doesn't appear to pick up due to some clever shielding from the other five members but he is a new addition yet he looks vaguely familar. Armageddon and Destruction pick up AJ Styles as blood drips down his forehead and they are carrying him in the backstage area. The Archangels have no business with AJ Styles, so what in the hell did they assault him like this for!

Daniels: Dispose of him. Our work is done. The person who hired us should be very pleased.

The six Archangels walk with Destruction and Armageddon dragging the battered, beaten, and bloodied form of AJ Styles down the hallway. The cameraman gets a brief shot at the sixth Archangels but not long enough as Sacrifice sees the cameraman and shoves him down.

Daniels: Throw him in that walk in freezer. Punk: Very good, gentlemen. He has been incapcitated long enough to keep him from attacking me tonight. Thank you for putting him on ice, as he will know better than to mess with someone who lives by the principles of Straight Edge.

Punk hands Daniels an envelope and both men shake hands. CM Punk has sunk to a new low, paying off the Archangels of Anarchy to attack AJ Styles. Hopefully someone lets AJ Styles out of that walk in freezer or he could be in serious trouble. The Archangels did a number on him as is but this is just crossing the line. We will be right back.

"A Call for Blood" by Hatebreed plays and boos fire up as CM Punk comes out. That last segment really got under the crowd's skin. Punk steps into the ring and calls for the microphone.

Punk: Shut your mouths and pay attention. AJ Styles won't bother me now, as he has been put on ice thanks to my good friend Christopher Daniels. Styles, you know you cannot beat me in the center of the ring, for I can outwrestle you and I can out think you. I will not be wrestling you at Night of the Rogues because quite frankly, you are below my level. Now, let me talk about one of my opponents tonight. Rapmaster Killings. Rap, that is the ultimate evil. Rap, that is the thing to glorifies drugs, alchohol, and pre-marital sex. Rap is the very thing that spits in the face of my core of beliefs. It spits in the very face of Straight Edge and when something spits in the face of Straight Edge, it spits in the face of CM Punk. Rap is like a piece of shit on the bottom of my shoe, that should be scraped off and flushed down the toilet, for good. Rapmaster Killings, you come out here and rap, but you don't impress me. As a wrestler, you are mediocre at best. The only reason why you get any cheers, is because the fans are easy to please with your stupid little rhymes. If those fans cheer that, then the fans can go to hell, because I don't want those kind of fans.

"Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top plays and the crowd boos more as the NAWA International Champion Miles Stylish comes out, wearing a Harry Harris T-Shirt with Harry Harris's name crossed out in red marker, which draws quite a few boos from the crowd. Stylish takes off the Harry Harris T-Shirt and crumples it like it is garbage before tossing it down on the floor. Stylish grabs the microphone.

Stylish: Let me tell you something, right now. I agree with my good friend CM Punk. Rap is the root of all evil and all things that are evil are anyone who stands up to the Triumvirate but allow me to focus on our other opponent tonight. That would be Tony Mamaluke. Mamaluke, how many times does the Triumvirate have to destroy you before you take the hint. I mean, some of the morons in the crowd would have gotten the hint by now but you keep coming back for more. I know what you want and it is wrapped around my waist. The NAWA International Title but guess what Mamaluke. You are not getting it because you cannot win, you are not a champion. Every time you get a title shot, your shoulders get pinned to the mat. You spend more time looking at the ceiling and being flat on your back that a common street corner hooker. I hate to crush your hopes and dreams once again but maybe I should do to you what I did to Harry Harris. Put you out of wrestling and put you on the injured list. Perhaps I will dazzle you with my great wrestling skills before breaking both of your legs. No matter what goes down, I will prove why I am the best pure wrestler in the entire world today.

Stylish gets rid of the microphone as "Mama Said Knock You Out" by LL Cool J kicks up and Rapmaster Killings comes out with a microphone stuck in the front of his jeans. Killings pulls the microphone out.

Killings: Yo, what do I see in the ring, but a couple of stuck up assholes full of themselves That shit is off the fucking shelf Let me tell you something, CM Punk, if you can here me on this stick The fact that you are degrading rap, well that makes me fell a little sick You wouldn't know a cool thing if it slapped you in the face Rap can be a fun thing for all, whether it be religion or race As for the Triumvirate, I think you are all crazy But Miles Stylish, the fact that I am going to give you a beatdown is anything but lazy It will be something exciting, out of a could action flick It will be as obvious as a bunch of bitches wanting to ride my dick

Daniels: Is this all you have? Is this the best this company has to offer? How pathetic. They got thrashed in no time flat, by the Archangels of Anarchy. Night of the Rogues is only two weeks away, and it appears that I will become the NAWA World Champion and plunge this entire company into darkness. No one can stop us and I dare anyone to try.

"Natural Born Killerz" plays and out comes Commissioner New Jack. He does not look too happy at the Archangels and he grabs the microphone.

New Jack: No one can stop you. Well, fuck, I am the one with the power and I should be able to stop you. I should come out to the ring and knock your ass out but I won't because I'll end up getting fired. So, I warned you what would happen if something happened outside of a sanctioned wrestling match, so here's whats going down. Next week, the four of you will compete in a very special match. A match where the only way you can lose is by surrendering. A double ring, a steel cage big enough to fit over two rings and all the way down to the floor. I think the fans know where I am going with this one. The Archangels of Anarchy, you four crackas will be competing next week in WAR GAMES!

A huge pop from the crowd for that one.

New Jack: And you know something. Your opponents, hell, you will have to wonder about that, because I am not going to tell you your opponents. You will have to find out when you come to the ring. Perhaps that will teach you a lesson in messing with my main event and causing the fans of the New Age Wrestling Alliance. I hope you suffer next week in the cage and you four will not get the one man advantage, as I will forfeit that to your opponents by default as another part of your consequences.

How about that! War Games next week. The Archangels of Anarchy compete against four mystery opponents. That should be a very bloody main event next week. Until then we will be seeing you.
