NAWA Glory 8/12/04
We show footage from last week, as Raven suffers horrific injuries at the hands of Christopher Daniels at the end of the show. The Walk Through Hell Match between Daniels and Raven at WrestleClash III is now in doubt, due to Raven's condition not being a hundred percent but right now, we are going to kick things off with something a little different. A match ladies and gentlemen.
"Take My Breath Away" by Berlin plays and the NAWA World Tag Team Champions Johnny Devine and Petey Williams make their way down to the ring. They don't have their belts due to Juvi and Lenny still maintaining position of them, so this next match will be a non title match as Devine and Williams enter the ring. It will be Johnny Devine and Petey Williams defending the titles at WrestleClash III against Juvi and Lenny. Petey Williams and Johnny Devine play to the crowd, drawing boos.
"Highway to Hell" plays and out comes one half of their opponents, the Gambler. The Gambler will face off against Agony at WrestleClash III and we understand, in a special stipulation signed by Commissioner New Jack, the winner of that match will be the number one contender for the NAWA World Title. This will give someone who would not normally receive an NAWA World Title Shot a chance to really reach for the stars and perhaps score an upset to rise to the top of the NAWA.
"Stayin' Alive" by Bee Gees plays and in seventeen days at WrestleClash III, we will see that man, Tony Mamaluke, in the biggest match of his life, against Teddy Hart. Hart's Cruiserweight Championship will be on the line against Mamaluke's career. If Mamaluke loses or the match goes to the time limit, he is out of the NAWA(remember, titles can change hands in the NAWA by countout or disqualification.) Mamaluke and the Gambler have teamed in the past, to help rid the NAWA of the evil and corrupt Boogie Woogie Regime headed by Disco Inferno last Summer and they defeated the team of Jack Evans and Petey Williams as well back at StarClash 03. Mamaluke and Gambler exchange a handshake before entering tine ring to begin this match.
Non Title Match: The Gambler and Tony Mamaluke vs Petey Williams and Johnny Devine
Gambler starts out with Devine, delivering some punches to him before whipping him into the ropes. High back body drop and the Gambler backs off, before delivering a running back elbow smash. Elbowdrop delivered to Devine and the Gambler pulls up Devine in a front facelock, driving a knee into the midsection. Another knee is driven into the midsection and Gambler wrings the arm before tagging out Mamaluke. Mamaluke leaps up to the top rope, coming down on the arm of Devine with a springboard axe handle. Mamaluke chops away at Devine, delivering a pair of European Uppercuts before whipping Devine into the ropes. Leapfrog over Devine and Mamaluke grabs Devine, before bringing him down with a hiptoss. Knee driven into the midsection before Mamaluke backs off and Rocker Dropper sending Devine crashing face first into the mat. Mamaluke covers hooking the leg but only scores a two count.
He picks up Devine, chops to the chest, kicks to the midsection and he holds Devine, so he can tag in the Gambler. Gambler batters Devine with a couple of forearms before whipping him into the ropes. He scoops up Devine and brings him down with a powerslam. The Gambler steps to the outside, up on the top rope but Petey is behind the Gambler. LOW BLOW CAUSES THE GAMBLER TO FALL DOWN ON THE TOP ROPE. Gambler is hurt badly and Devine runs up the ropes, leaping on the shoulders of Gambler. Super Frankensteiner brings the Gambler off the ropes and the Gambler is in a bad way. Devine covers but only scores a two count. He lifts up the Gambler, elbows rammed to the back of the head and Devine lifts up Gambler. Backbreaker brings the Gambler down before the tag is made to Petey Williams. SLINGSHOT KNEEDROP TO THE GAMBLER AS HE IS DRAPED OVER THE KNEE OF DEVINE!
Devine picks up the Gambler and knee to the midsection. Front facelock and Devine hoists up the Gambler before bringing him down with a vertical suplex. Devine lifts up the Gambler and kick to the midsection. Another kick and Devine whips the Gambler into the ropes. Leaping spinning back elbow smash brings the Gambler down. Devine lifts up the Gambler, hooking him before hoisting him up, tagging in Petey Williams. Petey leaps off the rope and SLINGSHOT CLOTHESLINE/VERTICAL SUPLEX COMBO BRINGS THE GAMBLER DOWN. Petey Williams covers the Gambler hooking the leg, scoring a two count. He lifts up the Gambler and hooks him. Snap brainbuster brings the Gambler down! Another cover and another two count. The Gambler is double tough and Petey lifts up the Gambler, scooping him up before slamming him down. Tag to Devine and Devine is on the top rope. FIREBIRD SPLASH CONNECTS TO THE GAMBLER! Devine covers the Gambler hooking the leg but he only scores a two and three fourths count when the Gambler brings the shoulder off the canvas.
Devine lifts up the Gambler and forearm to the chest. Another forearm to the chest. Devine whips the Gambler into the ropes and goes for a punch but the Gambler slides underneath the legs. Devine turns around and kick to the midsection. DDT BRINGS DEVINE DOWN INTO THE CANVAS! Mamaluke has his hand extended, he needs to make the tag and get in. Devine is closer, despite his brains being scrambled by that DDT. Tag to Petey Williams and Petey enters the ring but The Gambler manages to make the tag to Mamaluke. Mamaluke blocks a punch from Petey and fires back with some chops. He whips Petey Williams into the ropes, before delivering a knee to the midsection. He backs off and European Uppercut to the chest. Another European Uppercut and Mamaluke lifts up Petey Williams but Petey drops down the back. He goes for a leg lariat but Mamaluke ducks underneath it. Mamaluke kicks Petey in the midsection and double underhook into a sitout power bomb. Mamaluke holds down Petey Williams for a two and a half count before Devine breaks up the cover with a dropkick to the back of the head!
Devine punches away at Mamaluke and the Gambler attempts to run in but A GLOVED HAND REACHES FROM UNDERNEATH THE RING APRON, PULLING THE GAMBLER FROM THE APRON! The Gambler is yanked underneath the ring and Devine attempts to take out Mamaluke with a savate kick but Mamaluke ducks and Petey Williams gets blasted. Mamaluke knees Devine in the midsection and hooks him around the head. Inverted Swinging DDT brings Devine down. Petey Williams is up and Mamaluke knees him before grabbing his legs before, flipping over into a jack knife pin. There is no referee as he is attempting to get Devine back into the corner. Mamaluke has Petey pinned for at least seven or eight seconds but the NAWA Cruiserweight Champion Teddy Hart is from the back. Hart is on the top rope and he leaps off. FLYING ELBOWDROP DRILLED TO THE CHEST OF MAMALUKE! Mamaluke is laid out on the chest of Petey and Hart goes to the floor. Now the referee decides to turn around and walks over to the cover. There is something oh so phony about that referee, who we are informed is named Eric Young. Young counts a very slow two count, before Petey brings himself up, setting up Mamaluke. CANADIAN DESTROYER BRINGS TONY MAMALUKE DOWN TO THE CANVAS! Petey Williams covers Mamaluke hooking the leg, scoring the pin.
Petey Williams and Johnny Devine defeated The Gambler and Tony Mamaluke when P. Williams pinned Mamaluke with the Canadian Destroyer in 0:08:50. Rating: **** 1/4 (Petey Williams and Johnny Devine retained the NAWA Tag Team Titles.)
Referee Eric Young goes over, raising the hands of Petey Williams and Johnny Devine. Again, there seemed to something a bit fishy about his refereeing skills, as he seemed to deliberately get Devine out of the ring, turning his attention away from a surefire pin, and then he just so happened to miss that interference from Teddy Hart. Devine and Williams are picking up Mamaluke as Hart slaps him a couple of times before picking up his NAWA Cruiserweight Title Belt and backing up. THE CHAMPIONSHIP BELT GETS CRACKED OVER THE HEAD OF MAMALUKE! He appeared to get cut on the sharp metal edges on the belt, as he is now beginning to form a crimson mask.
Also, the Gambler's battered and beaten body is rolled from underneath the ring and underneath the ring, Armageddon, Destruction, the Chosen One, and Agony of the Archangels of Anarchy come from underneath the ring, standing over the Gambler, laughing evilly. They did a number on the Gambler apperantly. Remember, the Gambler will face Agony at WrestleClash III for the number one contendership for the NAWA World Title. We will be back after these messages for the NAWA World Title.

New Jack is in his makeshift office, behind police tape when Christopher Daniels walked up to him.
Jack: You, what do you want. Listen here fucker, I ain't in a mood to play, what you did last week, well..
Daniels: Last week, was an example of what happen to innocent people when I don't get my NAWA World Title shot althrough to be fair, Raven is far from an innocent. He perished at the hands of Christopher Daniels and I guess you are out a match from...
Jack: Listen to me you white boy goth foo', I don't know what's up with Raven, but thanks to you, you may have put the Pay Per View in deep shit, costing the company millions of dollars, so I am going to tell you this, Daniels. Tonight, you want a title shot, you fucking got a title shot, but it won't be against Waterman. No, he has a match teaming with Styles and they are going to take care of bidness against Punk and Warrior. The thing I am talking about, if you want to screw around, you can have Stylish tonight, for the NAWA International Title.
The crowd cheers in the background. Despite both Christopher Daniels and Miles Stylish not being fan favorites, that promises to be a hell of a match.
Daniels: So, I am back in the International Title division. Figures, I wouldn't impart the knowledge that I should be given that NAWA World Title Shot at WrestleClash III. I have carried this company on my back for two and a half years, and I have stood aside while everyone else got the title. Raven, Harris, Waterman, I should have gotten the NAWA World Title before them. The Archangels of Anarchy will be at the top of the NAWA, New Jack, whether you like it or not and I will lead them with the NAWA World Title held high over my head. I don't care if I have mutilate every wrestler in this company but mark my words, I will either get my rightful shot at the top or the entire NAWA is going down in a blaze straight into the abyss. Mark my words to be true, for that is the gospel of the Fallen Angel.
Daniels walks off, as later tonight it will be Miles Stylish defending the NAWA International Title against "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels.
Jack Evans is already in the ring as "Mama Said Knock You Out" by LL Cool J plays and the crowd rises to their feet as the charismatic Rapmaster Killings enters the ring, playing to the crowd. The crowd is chanting "Killings" as he comes down to the ring, he will be facing Miles Stylish for the NAWA International Title at WrestleClash III, should Stylish retain the title tonight against Christopher Daniels. Killings gets his hand raised in the air, a dominant performance but his music is interrupted by a voice coming from the ramp.
Voice: You know Killings, I salute you, impressive win for someone on your level but it is mere child's play to someone on the calibre of Miles Stylish.
Stylish comes out, wearing the NAWA International Title Belt around his waist.
Stylish: You did score a win over a member of some rinky dink, third rate, Mickey Mouse stable like the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation but I still don't respect you. I am the greatest wrestler in the world today and there is no shame in playing second fiddle to the best Killings, but the fact I am defending my NAWA International Title against you at a show as WrestleClash III is a perhaps a bit of a joke. You seem to be a marginally talented wrestler but compared to Miles Stylish, you are not on my level. At WrestleClash III, your stock will be raised by being in the ring with me, but at the end of the night, I will pin your shoulders to the mat, proving once and for all why I am the greatest thing going in wrestling today and the franchise player of the NAWA.
The crowd boos and chants "Harry Harris". It is obvious who they think is the franchise player of the NAWA.
Stylish: Hey, you can chant for him all you want, but he is not going to come back ever, because I took him out of wrestling, just like I'll do to Rapmaster Killings at WrestleClash III. Now...
Killings now has the microphone, cutting off Miles Stylish.
Killings: Now Stylish, let me tell you something you punk ass fool. We don't have to wait until WrestleClash III, let's get this shizzle done right now.
Stylish: No Killings, the fans are going to have to pay for the privledge of seeing me beat you in the center of the ring and I have more important business to attend to tonight. My championship belt will be on the line against Christopher Daniels tonight, in the main event but of course, you don't do anything about main events, it's not like you have been in one.
Big boos from the crowd from that one.
Killings: Yeah, Stylish, laugh it up now but we'll see who is laughing when I make you my bitch and walk out of WrestleClash III, August 29th, with the NAWA International Title belt strapped around my waist.
Stylish: We shall see Killings but at WrestleClash III, you will have your one brush with greatness before I send you right back to the midcard where you below.
Stylish walks off to chants of "Stylish sucks". Stylish will be defending that belt tonight against Christopher Daniels in the main event but he will also be facing off against Rapmaster Killings, whether or not the title will be on the line is up to if he defeats Christopher Daniels tonight. More Glory after these messages.

"Hell's Bells" by AC/DC plays and out comes Agony along with the Chosen One. Agony will face off against the Gambler at WrestleClash III where the winner becomes the number one contender for the NAWA World Title. Agony slides into the ring, kneeling before the Chosen One. These two are part of the Archangels of Anarchy, led of course by the Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels. The Chosen One grabs the microphone as Agony drops the hood on his robe revealing a silver metal mask with a metal bar tucked underneath his chin.
Chosen One: The Gambler's own stubborness to submit to the Archangels will be his own undoing. You see Agony right before you. Agony was once a poor pitiful man named Norman Smiley, a favorite of the fans but now I along with Christopher Daniels had turned him into a killer. Tell them who is the one's responsible for your transformation to what you are today.
Agony: I serve only Christopher Daniels and the Chosen One.
Agony said that last bit in a monotone, brainwashed tone of voice, as the camera pains up to the scar on the side of his head from when the Chosen One crushed his neck with a chair back when he was Norman Smiley.
Chosen One: Very good Agony, just as I turned Jeff Jarrett into what he is, Jeff Jarrett is nothing but a shell, crushed when a more powerful force took over. Agony is now a killer and Gambler, join us, we will make you great as well. At WrestleClash III, despite the title shot being on the line, the real issue is not the shot at the NAWA World Title. In fact when Agony wins, he is going to hand the contract for the number one contendership status over the Fallen Angel Christopher Daniels.
Agony: Agony want title, Agony still remembers, title shot.
The Chosen One whacks Agony hard across the back of the head, causing Agony to let out a high, Norman Smiley esq scream.
Chosen: We will decide what you want Agony and tonight, you want to destroy Shawn Stasiak, who foolishly has requested a match with the tool, the monster, of the Fallen Angel, the monster known as Sacrifice. Stasiak, Sacrifice's head is just half of the size of your entire body and he can take your entire head in his right hand, and still have room to hold a couple of small children. So Agony will put you out of these delusions, because you do not want to go that far and incur the wrath of Sacrifice. Agony, you know what to do.
Agony: Yesss Master.
The Chosen One nods as "Iron Man" plays and out comes Shawn Stasiak. A couple of weeks ago on Glory, Stasiak was in a match with Christopher Daniels when Sacrifice decided to get involved. This man will be competing for the NAWA World Title at WrestleClash III against the undefeated NAWA World Champion Ron Waterman. Your undefeated streak no more at WrestleClash III and you should know better than to trifle with the forces of Destrucity.
