NAWA Glory 8/19/04
We are ten days away from the biggest NAWA Pay Per View of the year, WrestleClash III. At WrestleClash III we will see the NAWA World Title on the line as the undefeated World Champion Ron Waterman defends his title against one third of the Triumvirate, The Dark Warrior. We will also see, Miles Stylish defend his NAWA International Title against the charismatic sensation Rapmaster Killings. Jerry Lynn defends his Television Title against Scott Hall, Tony Mamaluke puts his career on the line against the Cruiserweight Title of Teddy Hart, The Gambler takes on Agony for the #1 Contendership for the NAWA World Title. CM Punk and AJ Styles lock up in an I Quit Match. Of course, all these blockbuster bouts are nothing compared to the main event of WrestleClash III, Walk Through Hell IV, featuring Raven against Christopher Daniels. Raven's condition is in doubt but tonight on this program, there are rumors that we will hear from Raven in some shape or form.
Right now, the last Glory with new matches before WrestleClash III begins(next week will be a best of Season Three clip show).
We go to the arena where a steel cage is hanging above the ring. The announcers speculate on why there is a cage hanging above the ring tonight. Speaking of tonight, Rapmaster Killings faces the NAWA Television Champion Jerry Lynn in a non title match, Tony Mamaluke and AJ Styles team up to face off against CM Punk and Teddy Hart, Matt Bentley takes on Scott Hall, and much more.
"Natural Born Killerz" by Dr Dre plays and the NAWA Commissioner New Jack comes down to the ring. Maybe he could shed some light on why a cage is hanging above the ring tonight on Glory. New Jack enters the ring, calling for a microphone.
New Jack: Now, I bet all of ya are wonderin' why the fuck a steel cage is hanging above the ring but let me tell you something, there is a very good reason. Let's flash back to two weeks ago on Glory, when Miles Stylish fought Ron Waterman in a non title match, how those punk ass bitches Lynn and Warrior interfered, causing a disqualification and Waterman to be beat down by the odds. Then last week, we have another Triumvirate beatdown and the NAWA World Champion is left punked out like a common bitch again. It won't be happenin' this week, because since Miles Stylish is fond of talking trash about how he could beat Ron Waterman and win the NAWA World Title if he got a chance, I'm going to throw the gauntlet down, and see if he can back his mouth up tonight on Glory. So, let me lay this down upon you. Tonight, the NAWA World Championship will be on the line inside a fifteen foot high steel cage, as Ron Waterman defends his belt against the NAWA International Champion Miles Stylish!
The crowd pops big time for that one but Miles Stylish and the Dark Warrior are coming from the back at this time. Neither looks too happy about this turn of events, due to the main event New Jack has signed. Stylish enters the ring, taking the microphone away from New Jack.
Stylish: You inbred inner city piece of garbage, are you trying to screw up the biggest pay per view in the history of the NAWA with ten days left to go? Let me tell you something, New Jack, the fact of the matter is this. The plan was for the Dark Warrior to win the NAWA World Title at WrestleClash III, and nothing is going to change that. You are going to have to find another main event, because I refuse to wrestle Waterman tonight in the cage, especially with the title on the line. I know what you are trying to attempt to cause dissension within the Triumvirate and it won't happen.
New Jack: Oh you will compete tonight, bitch, or you will be kissing that shiny International Title belt good bye when I strip it off your white tofu eating, high class ass and suspend your punk ass bitch ass for ninety days due to breach of contract. Your claims that you can beat Waterman and end the undefeated streak and win the title in the past consistites as a verbal contract for a challenge and I talked to the champ, who has accepted your informal, verbal challenge...
Stylish: Stalin's Russia had more justice then this, hell, I could get more justice if I was jewish and the commissioner was a resurrected Adolf Hitler. I'll partake in your little main event but when the NAWA World Title belt comes around my waist, screwing up the line up for WrestleClash III ten days before the event and making NAWA look as if it was possessed by the ghost of World Championship Wrestling don't come crying to...
New Jack: Fuck the lineup, I'm the commissioner bitch and we run under my law. If you should so win the title, then at WrestleClash III, we will have a double title, four corners elimination match between yourself, Warrior, Waterman, and the Rapmaster. The first fall will be for the International Title, the second fall will be for the NAWA World Title. That's what will happen if you walk out of that cage with both belts tonight.
Stylish: Okay, Commissioner, you just dug your own grave as Ron Waterman's career will be ended tonight at my hands. You forced my hand and Waterman will be taken out just like I took out Harry Harris...
Stylish is interrupted by boos from that little remark.
Stylish: Hey, you rubes in the stands can boo all you want, but the fact remains I trashed Harry Harris's knee, he isn't coming back any time soon after the beating I gave to him. And even if he could, he doesn't have the guts to face the most powerful force in wrestling today, the Triumvirate. Miles Stylish, The Dark Warrior, and Jerry Lynn rule this company and there is nothing you fans can do about it. Harry Harris will never show his face in this company again after what I did to him back in January.
The crowd chants "Stylish sucks".
Stylish: Hey, at least I'm one hundred percent healthy and not sitting at home collecting disability pay due to getting my knee torn all to shreds. The fact is, I am the best wrestler walking this company today and I am the NAWA International Champion. Tonight, since the Commissioner forced my hand, the NAWA World Title is coming around my waist and with it the undefeated streak of Ron Waterman. I'll hold that belt for ten days before making sure the Dark Warrior gets it at WrestleClash III.
The crowd boos as the Warrior looks at Stylish, as if he is wondering whether he could trust Stylish to make sure he wins the belt at WrestleClash III should Miles Stylish walk out of Glory tonight, the NAWA World Champion. But without another word, two thirds of the Triumvirate walk off, as the announcers hype up tonight's steel cage main event between Ron Waterman and Miles Stylish for the NAWA World Championship.

"A Call for Blood" by Hatebreed plays and out comes CM Punk who doesn't look too pleased. Tonight, as incredible as it sounds, CM Punk and Teddy Hart will team up in the center of the ring on Glory. These two have had their share of run ins in the New Age Wrestling Alliance. Punk enters the ring, calling for the microphone.
Punk: Listen up and listen good. Tonight the NAWA Commissioner New Jack, a drug addict if I've ever seen one because you'd have to be on drugs to think of this tag team match, decided it would be amusing to put me in the ring teaming up with that piece of shit, that egomaniac, Teddy Hart. Hart, we have had our share of differences and the face of the matter is this. Your little goon squad screwed me out of the Cruiserweight Title back at StarClash. Tonight, I must stand in your corner, facing off against Mamaluke and Styles. I'm not too happy with teaming up with your egotistical ass. Hart, get out here and I don't want to even look at you when you come out to the squared circle of straight edge. We are going to be on the same side of the match tonight but we sure as hell are not going to be a tag team past this night. And after WrestleClash III, if you still have that Cruiserweight Title, Hart, you bet I am coming for that belt once again and this time I will not be denied. Hart, you will find out once and for all why Straight Edge means I'm better than you.
Punk drops the microphone as "Take My Breath Away" by Berlin plays, signifying the arrival of the longest reigning champion in wrestling today, the NAWA Cruiserweight Champion Teddy Hart. Hart comes down to the ring, the Cruiserweight Title draped over his shoulder and he doesn't even bother to look at CM Punk, just cockily posing and playing to the crowd. Ten days from tonight at WrestleClash III and Teddy Hart will put that belt on the line against the NAWA career of Tony Mamaluke.
"Phenominal" plays and out comes AJ Styles. AJ Styles against CM Punk in the I-Quit Match has been building for six months and will come full circle at WrestleClash III. Last month at Battlequest, the two went to an inconclusive finish, this time they settle the score one on one where the winner is the first person to make their opponent say I-Quit on the microphone.. AJ Styles and Teddy Hart have also had their share of battles over the Cruiserweight Title in the past with Hart managing to cheat his way to victory many times against the Phenominal One.
"Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees plays and out comes Tony Mamaluke to a polite amount of cheers, but not as much as AJ Styles. Mamaluke frowns slightly as it seems the fans are not reacting as much to him as they are to AJ Styles but he just shrugs it off before going into the ring and politing exchanging a high five with AJ Styles. The two wrestlers enter the ring as the bell rings kicking off this tag team match.

Tony Mamaluke and AJ Styles defeated Teddy Hart and CM Punk when Mamaluke pinned Teddy Hart after a roll up in 0:11:44. Rating: ****
Mamaluke raises his arm into the air but Styles gets into the ring, drawing more cheers from the crowd which causes Mamaluke to inadvertantly shove Styles away so he could get the spotlight. Punk walks off as Hart is down, not looking too happy. The man who is going to challenge him for the Cruiserweight Championship at WrestleClash III just pinned him in the center of the ring and that puts Hart at a severe disadvantage. More NAWA Glory after this time out.

Simon Diamond is in the ring with a microphone along with Johnny Swinger.
Simon: Simon's got a problem.
The crowd boos as they don't want to here Simon whine and complete tonight on Glory.
Simon: Swinger and myself were sent to Japan, because the New Age Wrestling Alliance did not apperciate our greatness. Yet, did we get any title shots over in Japan? No, we didn't and we were set up against some low end team, Excalibur and Hi Tech. Excalibur and Hi Tech lucked out and beat us in Japan but at WrestleClash III, we will have the last laugh. Those NAWA World Tag Team Title Belts have been around our waists twice and should be around our waists for a third time but due to politics and all that we have been forced to....

Daniels raises his hands but the lights go out before a blue light comes on, highlighting the NAWA-Vision. We see a figure in the shadows on the image that appears on the NAWA vision.
Voiceover: Congratulations on your victory Fallen Angel, no doubt it would give you some much needed momentum leading into WrestleClash III.
The crowd cheers, that's Raven in the shadows but his face is obscured by the darkness.
Raven: The thing you must understand that in ten days, we will lock up for one final time. Did you really think you could take me out with what you did two weeks ago? No, I have risen up to face you once again. My business with you is far from finished Christopher Daniels. Our battle has spanned nearly a year, through better for worse. We have spilled blood, burned flesh, broken bones, in our battles but we stand ready to face in the most dangerous match in wrestling at WrestleClash III. Face reality, there is a good chance that neither of us will be the same again as we take a Walk Through Hell. Take a look at what has happened during that match. New Jack's career ended in a Walk Through Hell Match and he is regulated to being the NAWA Commissioner. The Walk Through Hell Match was the reason why Harry Harris's knee was so torn up that when Miles Stylish attacked it it finally gave out and he has not returned since. This match will not be for the weak at heart and has claimed many unfortunate victims but the one thing you have to realize Daniels is this. I am not going to ease up on the torture, we will fight to the last drop of blood, until your soul has been shattered, your body has been broken. It will truely be the final battle, as no pinfall or submission will save us from this encounter. There shall not be a time limit that stops the pain and anguish. It will be until both of us our broken and battered, then the match will end at that. Whomever is less battered will be declared the winner but in reality they will be merely a survivor.
Daniels looks at Raven, yelling at him to show his face.
Raven: Daniels, my face is not fit for the world to see at this time. It is pieced together barely, looking scarred and disfigured thanks you to. The flesh was nearly melted off of my skull but yet I remain standing before you. With my final breath, I will see you fall into a pit of the abyss, Christopher Daniels. My face may be disfigured but my body and wrestling skills are still intact. I will take you through a Walk Through Hell and this time, I will come out of the fire as the victor. So it is written, so it shall come to pass. Welcome to hell Christopher Daniels. Quoth the Raven, nevermore.
Raven has made his statement loud and clear for WrestleClash III but the fact remains no matter what happens we wonder if we will ever see either of these two wrestlers compete after their Walk Through Hell Match at WrestleClash III and if they will ever be the same again when it happens.
