We cut to NAWA Headquarters in Peoria Illinois where the NAWA Owner Matt Harms is standing by.
Harms: Greetings to all the fans of the New Age Wrestling Alliance. It has come to my attention that some things have been going down lately that have made the New Age Wrestling Alliance seem less than a fair place to wrestle. Including but not limited to, wrestlers getting attacked backstage for no reasonable reason, referees getting attacked at an alarming rate, Jerry Lynn's general psychotic tendencies of beating a guy half to death to a chair rather than wrestling a conventional match, excessive brawling on the outside of the ring without warning for a countout, and last but not least, a hyped NAWA World Title Match ending on a disqualification finish back at Truth or Consequences.
Harms pauses before starting up with a bit of an angry tone in his voice.
Harms: That crap stops right here. The NAWA will be respected as a viable form of athletic competition. Rules will be enforced strictly and some new changes will be made. First and foremost, a champion will no longer be able to save his title on a countout or a disqualification. You get yourself disqualified or counted out from here on out, you will be stripped of the title and it will be awarded to the challenger because he is obviously the better man if you feel the need to get yourself counted out or disqualified. Secondly, attacks outside a sanctioned wrestling match will have consequences. Yes, I'm looking at you Jerry Lynn and your little psycotic flip outs with a steel chair. There will be a fine of five thousand dollars cash for each action and if repeated offenses occur, suspensions will be handed out for a sixty day period. If that does not slow someone down, termination would be considered. Thirdly, attacking referees will have the same consequences and finally countouts will be strictly enforced. You have to the count of ten to get back into the ring. If you fail to do this, you lose the match. Now to the fans of my company, enjoy the show.
With that we fade into the show.
"Going Under" plays and out comes Norman Smiley and Norman Smiley is not looking too happy. The NAWA International Champion is coming to the ring with a purpose. Jerry Lynn laid him out last week on this program and we understand, that Jerry Lynn vs Norman Smiley for the NAWA International Title has been made official for the End of Days. Norman enters the ring and grabs the microphone.
Norman: Jerry Lynn, I will get to you in due time but something happened that simply appaled me last week on Glory. Let's roll the tape.
We see footage from last week involving Jeff Jarrett "saving" Harry Harris then Jarrett getting laid out with the Sliced Bread #2 and Frog Splash. The footage stops as Norman is still in the ring with a disgusted look on his face.
Norman: Is that how you show gratitude for someone saving you from a four on one beatdown, Harris? That was shown to me and while I don't normally watch other segments from the show and now I am glad that I don't. This little event sickened me. I think you think that since you are the NAWA World Champion, you can attack anyone you want. That is less than honorable, even after the person you attacked saved you from an attack. You had no reason to attack Jeff Jarrett and I demand that you come out here and explain your vile actions.
Norman doesn't have to wait for long as "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins and out comes the NAWA World Champion. Harry Harris enters the ring and grabs the microphone.
Harris: I had no reason? Well, it seems that Jeff Jarrett attacking me and bloodying me seemed to be a perfect reason to lay his ass out last week. Norman, you have got to understand this. I don't do anything for no reason....
Norman: Jeff Jarrett never attacked you and drew blood. Sure he may hit someone with a guitar but only if they deserve it and you didn't do anything prior to deserve it and even then he wouldn't so.
Harris: He did it on the show that you were not here. He is playing you for a fool. Do I have to tell you or do I have to beat some sense into you to believe the truth?
Norman: Resort to violence will you Harris? That is what you are about. It sounds like you were challenging me to a match tonight.
Harris: Yes why not. After all, I have nothing else better to do tonight. I will even put the NAWA World Title on the line tonight.
Norman: I accept your challenge and honor will be restorted tonight. The NAWA World Title will come around the waist of someone who is not a common brawler who resorts to attacking people from behind after they save him from a beating.
Harris nods and mouths: "See you in the ring" We have a main event for the NAWA World Title. Harry Harris facing Norman Smiley for the NAWA World Title and it is tonight on Glory.

The crowd boos as a big eight foot mirror is brought down to the entrance ramp by ring attendents. "Too Sexy" plays and out comes the NAWA Tag Team Champions Shawn Stasiak and Mike Sanders out along with Vince Russo and three scantily clad women. Sanders walks to the ring but Stasiak stops in front of the mirror and takes off his sequined robe which says "Sensational" on the back. Stasiak takes off his robe and poses in the giant mirror and the three women drool over him but Stasiak is too entranced with his own reflection to pay them any mind. Mike Sanders enters the ring and grabs the microphone.
Sanders: Ladies and Gentlemen, listen up and pay attention to the new greatest tag team in sports entertainment today. So we need a makeover conductive to the stars in Sports Entertainment. The name is now Magnificent Mike Sanders and the man who is staring at his own reflection like a goof is Sensational Shawn Stasiak. We are the Sports Entertainment Express and Express is spelled with an "X" because we are trendy and cool and when you take the initials it spells out sex. We are the NAWA Tag Team Champions and we plan on holding these belts for a very long time. If our opponents think they can beat us, they are SOL and we all know what that means my friend. Now let's hand it over to the manager of champions and the most brillant mind in the history of wrestling, Mr. Vince Russo.
Russo: Thank you for those admirable sentiments, Mr. Sanders. My team will make waves in wrestling and will swerve all the other teams into losses. Now bring out those heels in the Kliq so my boys can take them out and job them out.
Stasiak finally walks to the ring to join his partner as "Ready or Not" by the Fugees plays and out comes Scott Hall and Sean Waltman to a round of cheers. This match is a non-title match so look for Waltman and Hall to attempt to get the win and get a title match at some later point in time. Jerry Lynn walks into Commissioner Steamboat's office with a bit of a psychotic look on his face.
Lynn: You wanted to see me, Commissioner?
Steamboat: Yes I did Lynn. Now I am concerned that you have been acting rather psycotic as of late and you may be a danger to yourself and others.
Lynn: Not my fault. The voices in my head tell me to do these rotten things. I listen because my will is weak. Shattered by recent setbacks. They make me become a winner, a champion, once more, should I follow their advice. Face it, their advice has worked so far. I am the number one contender for the NAWA International Title and have the shot at the End of Days, haven't I.
Steamboat: Yes, I do but what you did last week to Norman Smiley...
Lynn: Was nessessary. See, he is the reason for all my recent misfortunes. My career all went downhill with that one loss to him back at the first WrestleClash. The echoes of psychopaths from across the ages shall help me regain the International Title that I lost to Norman last year.
Steamboat: Wait a minute. You stewed for something like this for over a year even through you held both the Television Title and even the International Title this year.
Lynn: I do not remember these title reigns you speak of. They do not matter. What matters is my revenge on those who wronged me! Norman Smiley will not make it out of the ring with his career intacted at the End of Days.
Steamboat: One more question, Jerry Lynn. Was it you, that have been attacking all the wrestlers backstage of the past couple of weeks?
Lynn: Twas not I, Steamboat. Not my style. I display my chaos for all to see. Look at the answer. It is closer than you think. Closer than you think. The answer is at hand. The fact remains that one of thoes wrestlers who got attacked, faked being attacked to throw you off the trail. Norman Smiley's attack was most suspicious, if I may say so. It seems that Christopher Daniels, who was blamed with the attack, is much like me, as he would like his handiwork displayed for all to see. Jeff Jarrett, another possible suspect, well he still needs Norman for his quest at Championship glory, so he would not risk attacking Norman for the fact that Norman would catch him in the act. No if you ask me, Norman and Jarrett are in this together. Rapmaster Killings was an unfortunate victim, they meant to take out Harry Harris. In a totally unrelated note, I want a match with Christopher Daniels tonight because I just feel like trading blows with someone just as sadistic and mentally twisted as I.
Steamboat: I see...thanks for your...assistance. And your match with Christopher Daniels is granted because the office seems to think you need to be knocked down a peg. Try not to do anything that gets you fined, Lynn and good day.
Lynn walks out of the office with Steamboat just shaking his head.

Backstage:
Cruise: I am standing backstage wtih Tony Mamaluke who is moments away from getting a chance at the NAWA Television Title against Ron Waterman. Mr. Mamaluke, last week you scored a big victory over Miles Stylish, you are slated to face Stylish in a return match at the End of Days and now you have a chance to capture the NAWA Television Title tonight. Your thoughts on the matter?
Mamaluke: It appears that I am getting punished for beating Miles Stylish. I mean, I get one of the biggest wins in my career and then I am sentenced to death for about the two millionth time against Ron Waterman. In all seriousness, I am close to cracking the code of how to deal Ron Waterman his first defeat. Yes about as close as we are to solving world hunger. The fact of the matter is this. Waterman may crush me like an insect but I will never give up and maybe just maybe on a one in a million fluke, I will walk out of the New Age Wrestling Alliance Television Championship. As for Miles Stylish, well last week you ran your mouth and look where it got you. At the End of Days, Miles, when we battle, I am looking forward to shutting your mouth again.

The Hart Foundation the Next Generation leave with the win as Michael Shane is up and a moment later CM Punk is up. Punk raises his fist to hit Shane but draws it back. Good thing through, if that punch would have connected, CM Punk would have connected with that punch, he would have been five thousand dollars poorer. Punk asks for the microphone instead.
Punk: I don't know what that crap was you pulled. Hitting me with that Superkick. You are so lucky that I don't have five thousand dollars to spare at the moment or it would be well worse it for me to beat the ever living daylights of your Kliq ass.
Shane grabs the microphone.
Shane: It was an accident Punk. You know, like you beating Scott Hall a couple of times. You holding your own with any member of the Kliq but you want to make something of it? We can do it legally in the ring. Ten Days from now at the End of Days. One on One, straight up.
Punk: That suits me just fine, Shane. The fact of the matter is this. You or anyone else in the Kliq cannot beat me. Teddy Hart's days are numbered and you are just a stepping stone to him. I will leave you with this one fact of life. Straight Edge means that I am better than you.

Joey: I'd like to see you try that, Stylish.
Stylish: You were so confident of me losing to the Gambler. I beat the Gambler. Same thing with Lenny Lane. Even your NAWA World Champion Harry Harris has not pinned my shoulders to the mat. Not once, so the fact remains, why am I not NAWA World Champion. I will tell you why. It all comes down to a certain owner who is friends with the World Champion and do not want their friend facing quality competion, because he might lose his little vanity belt. To put it bluntly, Matt Harms is a vidictive little fu...

Harris: 5 Thousand Dollars, Jarrett. Think I should risk it by kicking your ass ten days early?
Jarrett mouths: "You don't have the guts"
Harris: Try me Jarrett. Last week, you had the Hart Foundation, the Next Generation beat me down and you pulled the fake saving crap. I laid you out easily and two weeks ago, you knocked me out with a guitar and a chair, which proved that you don't care about anything, except the NAWA World Title. I suppose you have been living a lie these past eighteen months, playing to the fans, and being a so called fan favorite all the while using that guitar. True, maybe you had good intentions in the beginning, when you used that guitar on Disco Inferno and his goon squad but what you pulled two weeks ago crossed the line in good intentions. You may be deluding yourself to think that you have been withheld an NAWA World Title Shot but the simple fact of the matter is, if you had asked, I would have gladly granted one to you. Once you swung that guitar two weeks ago, you crossed the line and now what could have been a friendly title match with clean wrestling will turn into a fight with no honor. I am five thousand dollars away from doing it Jarrett right now. You can turn up at the End of Days in a bodycast because I do not take too kindly to people who cowardly attack me to make an impact. Ask Shane Douglas. Ask Raven, Miles Stylish, New Jack, and anyone else who has attempted to take me out to make a name for themselves. Ask them and ask yourself this. Was all the bloodshed you caused two weeks ago worth it, once you get the beating of your life at the End of Days?
Harris drops the microphone and leaves the ring.Jarrett just stands in the ring. Jarrett picks up the microphone.
Jarrett: Interesting speech Harris, too bad it won't mean anything once I walk out of the End of Days with the NAWA World Title. I am the first champion and I will be the last champion, as I will hold the belt until I retire, so why don't you choke on that, slapnuts.

Harris: Where did you here this?
Lynn: Oh, I have friends in very shady circles who find out things like this. Just remember this. Everyone is out to get you. Especially Norman Smiley, Jeff Jarrett, and Commissioner Steamboat. I am the only one you can trust. Just consider my offer at alliance.
Harris: I am not saying yes, I am not saying no, all I am saying that is I am strongly considering this decision.
