We cut to the arena in Greensboro, North Carolina. Kathlyn Harris is standing in the ring to open up the show tonight.
Kathlyn: Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you the greatest wrestler on the planet earth today and your next New Age Wrestling Alliance World Champion, Miles Stylish.
"Sharp Dressed Man" by ZZ Top plays and out comes Miles Stylish in a very stylish(pardon the pun) three piece suit with his hair slicked back. Stylish enters the ring ducking a few drink cups thrown at him. Stylish gets on the microphone.
Stylish: Last night was my day of reckoning, last night, I owned Ron Waterman in the center of the ring and I proved without a shadow of a doubt that I am the most technically proficent wrestler in the New Age Wrestling Alliance today.
The crowd boos. Stylish must have gotten dropped on his head one too many times last night. Waterman pinned Stylish in the center of the ring. Stylish continues on over the boos.
Stylish: Last night, well, I must say the ingenius nature of it all. Waterman didn't look like he was even on my level and he was so embarassed that he had to put on woman's makeup. Really Waterman, I didn't know you swung that way. I should put in the good word with a couple of my contacts in Vegas as you looked like a two bit whore last night. Now onto more serious matters, I am to reveal a plan which shall cause me to take my rightful place as NAWA World Champion. Well I'll let Kathlyn explain, shall I.
Kathlyn grabs the microphone.
Kathlyn: That plan was very simple. Raven, got soft in the head, so I had Shane Douglas whack him with a pipe and injure him. My husband saw it upon himself to get involved and he accidentally got taken down in the crossfire. Shane Douglas, unfortunately, decided that he wanted the belt for himself, which wasn't part of the plan. Miles Stylish was going to walk out as NAWA World Champion on the night of August the Seventh Two Thousand and Three. Instead Shane Douglas interfered to settle some personal vendetta against my husband, which was caused by one fluke pinfall win. Never mind the fact that if Miles Stylish got into the ring with Shane Douglas, there would be no flukes.
Miles takes the microphone.
Stylish: Shane Douglas, you were hired to take Raven out of wrestling and seriously injure Harry Harris. I gave you one chance to regain your faded glory and you blew it. So...
"Perfect Strangers" by Deep Purple plays and out comes Shane Douglas. Douglas enters the ring to boos.
Douglas: Stylish, we did agree that I would take out Raven and seriously injure Harry Harris, but I will make one thing perfectly clear. I waited seven fucking months to get a chance at the NAWA World Title despite beating everyone on the roster...
Stylish: Except for myself and Ron Waterman...who I beat last night.
Douglas: You have got to be fucking kidding me. Stylish, you are nothing but a little punk who hasn't completely paid his dues. If you want to play this dangerous game with the Franchise, then fucking be my guess. Remember, I have ended careers before and I will do the same again. And you are also a fucking asshole of a liar, because Waterman pinned you last night despite the help of that slut behind you.
Kathlyn looks pissed and looks ready to smack Shane Douglas but Miles Stylish steps in between the two.
Stylish: Fine, Douglas. You want a piece of me, the greatest wrestler in the world today. The most supreme technican who can wrestle circles around...
DOUGLAS SPEARS STYLISH DOWN. Douglas fires a series of punches down across the bridge of the nose of Stylish. Douglas grabs Stylish in a choke. Kathlyn grabs Douglas by the hair but Douglas turns around and scoops her up. Douglas has Kathlyn set up for the Franchise Effect but STYLISH SWEEPS THE LEG OF DOUGLAS OUT FROM UNDERNEATH HIM. Douglas drops Kathlyn but out comes Commissioner Steamboat and sercurity. They enter the ring and sercurity escorts Douglas out of the ring. Kathlyn and Stylish leave on the other end of the ring and Steamboat is in the ring with the microphone and he is not too happy.
Steamboat: All right, that's it. You want to disrupt this show with your petty grieviences, well do it in the ring and take out all the frustrations you take out on each other you want. In fact, tonight Miles Stylish and Shane Douglas, you two will do battle in a number one contenders match for the NAWA World Title but you will not be the only wrestlers in this match. You will join the NAWA International Champion Norman Smiley in a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH where the winner gets a shot at the NAWA World Champion Harry Harris, should be be healthy enough to wrestle after the shit you pulled last night Shane Douglas, at Rage in the Cage.
Stylish and Douglas are protesting, both insisting at the same time that they shouldn't have to go through a number one contenders match to become NAWA World Champion.
Steamboat: and Kathlyn Harris, you will be punished for your part in this scheme. You will wrestle in a match tonight. Your opponent tonight will be RON WATERMAN.
Kathlyn Harris's eyes bug out and she starts cursing at Waterman unable to get two words out. Finally she calms down enough to speak clearly.
Kathlyn Harris: I am not a wrestler, Steamboat. You cannot expect me to fight that big oaf. He'll kill me! This is not right, he will really want to kill me after what happened last night.
Steamboat: You should have thought about that before you helped Stylish attack Waterman and humilate him. Now you made your bed and you will have to lie in it.
Steamboat leaves the ring as we fade to a

Ricky Steamboat is filing some papers in his office when Jerry Lynn enters his office. Lynn looks odd with black face paint under his eyes, giving him a bit of a demented and crazed look.
Lynn: Steamboat, they will all pay starting with Tony Mamaluke. They will all pay.
Steamboat: What are you...never mind. I don't want to know...
Lynn: Yes, I am a dismal failure who accidentally submitted two months in a row, Steamboat. Why don't you say it? I'm sure it would make you feel so much better. Jerry Lynn is nothing but a pushover. He has always choked when it counted. Why don't you say that, Ricky? They will all pay. No one will live to see the day that they mocked me and made me into what I am. A cold hearted assassin.
Steamboat: Lynn, you want a match with Tony Mamaluke...
Lynn: No, Steamboat. Let me correct this notion. Last year, about around this time I lost a certain series of matches with Super Crazy. There were about seven of them. I am going to start righting the wrongs but since Super Crazy is insignificent, give me a best of seven series with Tony Mamaluke. Same format as last year, with the final match, should Mamaluke manage to luck out and get there, be a 60 minute Ironman Match. I will correct what happened and this time, I will slowly destroy all those who made me into what I am. You made the monster, now the monster will destroy you.
Steamboat: You got the series, Lynn. The winner will even get an International Title Shot after the end.
Lynn: Good, Steamboat. Good.
LYNN SMASHES STEAMBOAT IN THE FACE WITH A STIFF CLOSED FIST PUNCH. Lynn slowly turns around and walks away like nothing happened. Steamboat was knocked backwards while in his chair and is bleeding from the nose.

They both share a laugh.
Stylish: Well, now that minor problem is taken care of, I have to prepare for my number one contenders match. I don't know why I have to earn a title shot, the NAWA are giving title matches to substandard wrestlers such as the Gambler and it is laughable that I have to jump through hoops.
Stylish walks off to prepare for the match but Kathlyn takes out a cell phone and dials a number on it.
Kathlyn: Good to see you got it taken care of. Yes...I agree. That was a little too easy. Steamboat won't suspect a thing, don't worry. The check is in the mail, with a little extra for yourself for hiring such an expert henchman to take out Waterman. Miles thinks that I hired him and I won't do anything to correct that notion.
