[[[- New Era Wrestling kicked off last week with a huge card. The show was huge as the Staples Center in Las Angeles, California was hyped up and going crazy. The show had jam packed action, with Paul Heyman walking out and introducing Brock Lesnar of all people as his new bodyguard, and that he was the new commissioner of nEw! It seemed like such a small thing to worry about, but by the time the show ended, Heyman had the entire company wrapped around his finger. nEw is running wild, and Heyman is in the drivers seat. This week as we enter week two of the Heyman era, will he release the monster again, and destroy everyone, or will Heyman reveal more about the upcoming Pay-Per-View like he did last week, nEw Showtime... is NEXT!!! -]]]

[[[- The scene fades to black, as it then show's a fast motioned graphic lighting up the screen that shows quick motions of pictures of superstars in New Era Wrestling as the adrenaline pumping music is heard. It then all leads up to one small graphic that flash's and says 'The New Era'!! From there the scene slowly fades to black as we see a scene that reminds us of last week's show. It shows many clips of Heyman controlling the show, and Heyman being introduced as the new Commissioner. It shows the spectacular first main event from last week showing Kidman vs. Sanders, and then showing Heyman telling them both that a New Era is upon them next week, because they have to team up and face EDGE & CHRISTIAN!! The scene fades into the entrance showing the shocked looks on both Kidman's and Sanders faces. -]]]

[[[- From there the scene slowly fades into the arena as we see the fireworks shoot from both sides of the arena and down to the entrance way as the pyro's explode from all corners as we welcome you all to nEw SHOWTIME!! The camera spans across the wide sea of fans, holding up their signs and going nuts as suddenly... 'THIS IS A NEW ERA!!' is heard as the sudden Heavy Metal music blasts, as out from the back, through the back curtain walks the vicious, and mean Brock Lesnar, and close behind him follows our own Commissioner... Paul Heyman. He walks down the aisle and gets into the ring and begins to speak as a loud 'Asshole chant breaks the surface, as Paul Heyman, slowly chuckles, and then begins to open the show with a segment. -]]]

Paul Heyman: Everyone please calm down. For I do not come out here to hear your loud remarks, I come out here tonight, a humble man. I come out here tonight a generous man. Ladies and Gentlemen, I come out here tonight, a giving man! Louisville Kentucky, home of the Kentucky Derby, great basketball, and outstanding bourbon. And New Era Wrestling Fans, tonight, I have an announcement that just may, be one of the biggest one's to date, here in nEw... For tonight, right here in this ring, in our main event, you will witness Edge & Christian take on Billy Kidman and Mike Sanders! But before I get to any of that... if I may, please Mike Sanders... Billy Kidman, please if you would come out here, I would like to have a word with both of you...

[[[- Heyman waits for a few seconds as suddenly Sander's music begins to play as he walks out from the back with a confused look on his face, as he steps into the ring, as then Billy Kidman's music starts up, as he walks down the ramp, and into the ring with his girlfriend, Torrie Wilson at his arm, as both he and Sanders look at one another confused, as Heyman begins to speak again. -]]]

Paul Heyman: Now Sander's... Kidman, it's not secret, that last week I announced that you two would in fact be facing one another in a match that will take place at nEw's first Pay-Per-View, entitled Erruption. But from there, I demanded that you both team up right here tonight, for one night only, and face both Edge and Christian! Now boys, I'm not going to stand here and run my mouth off all night, because I'm pretty sure, you know what's happening, but tonight, I want to give you both fair warning, just as I did at the end of the show last week on Showtime. I warned you, that this week on Showtime, a New Era would begin, and more members would be added to my pack of wolves I am raising. More men will join guys like Brock Lesnar, and tonight... the New Era of Wrestling, will creep it's head above the surface and bit you both right in the ass!!!

[[[- Suddenly... 'YOU THINK YOU KNOW ME!!' begins to play as out from the back with their shades on, and with a cocky strut to the ring walk both Edge and Christian, as they walk down the aisle, into the ring, take their microphones out of the coats, and Edge begins to speak first.. -]]]

Edge: Hold on a second Heyman.... I couldn't help but over-hear your little conversation with our opponents tonight, and I think I heard you say that tonight... you have a little something in store. Well Heyman, you couldn't be more right. But you see, Edge and Christian, have a little something in store for tonight as well.... Should we tell them little bro?

Christian: Go for it dude!

Edge: Well tonight, right here in this ring... my brother and I, have signed the deal with Satan himself.... So Mike Sanders and Billy Kidman... HERE'S TO YA!!!

[[[- Suddenly, much to everyone's shock, Edge kicks Mike Sander's in the gut and delivers the EDGE-A-CUTION and Christian grabs Billy Kidman and quickly executes the Un-Prettier on him. Both men then slide out of the ring, and grab two folding chairs, and slide back in, as Christian picks up Kidman, and BAM...CON-CHAIR-TO!!! Kidman falls flat on his face in pain, Edge and Christian then turn their attention to Paul Heyman, and he and Christian look like they are about to deck Paul with the chair, as the fans cheer them on to do so. Brock gets ready to defend his manager, but all of a sudden. Edge and Christian drop their chairs and embrace Paul Heyman with a huge group hug. WHAT IN THE HELL? EDGE AND CHRISTIAN HAVE JUST JOINED UP WITH PAUL HEYMAN!!??!! Both Edge and Christian follow Heyman and Lesnar out of the ring, as Heyman takes the microphone and begins to speak once more from the top of the ramp with his 'boys' at his side....-]]]

Paul Heyman: Sander's.... Kidman, Allow me to introduce to you.... Brock Lesnar, Edge, & Christian.... the NEW....DANGEROUS ALLIANCE!!!!! 

[[[- WHAT IN THE HELL? Paul Heyman raises their arms as the three men stand next to Heyman with their arms raised high in the air, as the four men leave to the back as we then see a beaten down Kidman as Sander's is being helped up slowly by a group of referee's. Paul Heyman has just began a new Stable her ein nEw... but why? And what is in store for us the rest of the night?....-]]]

Shannon Moore vs Taz

[[[- After the shocking segment. The show must continue as we cut to the ring, as the light's dim low and then we hear the sounds of 'BEEP... BEEP... BEEP... BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP' as then 'Just Another Victim' By Cypress Hill begins to blast as through the smoke at the top of the ramp way walks 'The Thug' himself... TaZ. He walks out with his usual walk, as he walks down the ramp way, and up the steel steps, and into the ring. He then climbs the ropes, and folds his arms as he stands on the middle rope. From there the sounds of Shannon Moore's theme music starts up as out from the back, being accompanied by Stephanie McMahon and Shane Helms, walks Shannon Moore. He hops over the top rope and into the ring, as he tests the ropes as the first match of the night begins. Both men begin the match with a usual lock up. Taz gets the upper hand by delivering a arm bar, and then sweeps the legs of Moore. Moore gets up and gets tossed back down to the ground. Taz picks Moore up, and executes a picture perfect belly to belly suplex. Moore gets up holding his back as Taz delivers a arm take down and holds Moore's arm, trying to injure him. Moore slowly but surely gets to the ropes as the referee orders Taz to break the hold, as he does so. Moore gets up and runs at Taz as Taz just nails him with a brutal clothesline. The fans go crazy as Taz goes for the pin. 1....2... Kickout by the little guy. Moore sits up but kicks kicked right in the face by Taz. Moore goes down hard, holding his mouth as Taz makes the cover. The referee makes the cover, 1...2... Kickout, once more by the youngster. Moore gets up slowly in pain. He looks and to his surprise Taz nails him with a DDT. Moore is out cold, but just then Stephanie McMahon gets on the ring apron. She is distracting the referee as in rolls Shane Helms with a chair. Taz gets up, and Helms nails Taz with the chair, laying him out cold as he pull's Shannon Moore on top of Taz. The referee turns around and sees Moore on top of Taz as he quickly slides and makes the count, 1.... 2.... 3!!! Shannon Moore has just defeated Taz thanks to Stephanie and Shane Helms!! What a cheap way to get the win!   -]]]

[[[- After the match we cut to the back as we see Heyman sitting behind a large wooden desk, as we then see on a large, leather couch is Edge and Christian laughing it up, while Brock stands, with a very serious look on his face behind Heyman. As we listening, as Heyman interrupts the conversation between Edge and Christian... -]]]

Paul Heyman: Edge... Christian, boys, tonight is the night... tonight is your night to shine!!

Edge: Oh yea!!!

Christian: Damn straight!!

Paul Heyman: And you know, it really would be a shame not to deliver you guys a little reward, ahead of time, before you beat the hell out of Mike Sanders and Billy Kidman. So I got a little present for you both.

Edge: A Present?

Christian: For us?

Paul Heyman: Yea! See you boy's have worked so hard your entire career's, and now that you're here in nEw with me, I think it would be appropriate for you two, to be the first nEw champions!

Edge: Champions?

Paul Heyman: Yea... see I just got these brand new, golden belts today. They were just made, and seeing as they say Tag Team Champions on them, and you're the only tag team worthy of wearing such a prestige title as these, I think you both ought to be crowned the first nEw TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS!!!

Christian: WOW!!! These belts are sweet!!

Edge: Yea, Paul... this totally rocks!!

Paul Heyman: No problem boy's, I give the belts to you as a reward, think of it as a gift from me to you. But you do realize that tonight, now that you both are the new Tag Team Champions, I have to make things fair, and tonight your match with Mike Sanders and Billy Kidman, is now a tag team championship match.

Christian: Hold on a second dude!!

Edge: Yea, we just got these belts and your saying we have to defend them?

Paul Heyman: That's right... but don't worry about it guys... it's in the bag... [winks]... HAHAHAHA!!! 

Edge: Oh I get it... ok, you got it, tonight, we will defend these Tag Team belts, and Paul, it would be our pleasure to represent the championship with honor!

Paul Heyman: That's what I like to hear!! But don't forget... the secret weapon, HAHAHA!!!

[[[- From there the camera quickly zooms up on a grunting Brock Lesnar, who is scrunching his face, and grunting, and snorting like a dog, as Heyman, Edge and Christian all laugh hysterically. Edge and Christian the new nEw Tag Team Champions? And the main event tonight is a tag team title match? What is Paul Heyman doing to this company? -]]]

The Rock vs Chris Benoit

[[[- From the backstage segment, we then cut back to the ring as the fans are in shock once more as to Heyman's huge remarks. As suddenly 'The Rabid Wolverine's' music begins to blast throughout the arena as his titan tron explodes on the big screen. The fans begins to show mixed reactions as out from the back, with his blue tights on and a very serious look on his face walks Chris Benoit. He walks down the ramp, and up the steel steps, into the ring as he gives no reaction, tests the ropes as suddenly 'IF YOU SMELLLLLLL WHAT THE ROCK.... IS COOKING', begins to play as out from the back to a huge ovation walks the Rock, as he walks down the ramp, and up the steel steps, as he climbs the back of the post and throws his arm up high, as he closes his eyes and runs his nose through the air, as he can feel the electricity in the arena tonight. He gets down, gets into the ring as the fans are still going wild, as the lights come up, and the bell sounds as we are under-way. The rock gets attacked early by Benoit, as he lays a serious beat down on him. He delivers some kicks to the rock that are thunderous. the Rock falls down in pain, as he slowly rises up, and blocks a right hand by Benoit and strikes back. the Rock slowly battles back as Benoit throws The Rock off the ropes and charges at him and executes a spear. The rock slowly springs to his feet holding his ribs. He gets up and gets drilled with a right hand, as the Rock goes down. Chris Benoit, wants to punish the Brahma Bull . He goes to the top rope, and motions for the falling head butt. He leaps, but the Rock moves and Benoit gets his head nailed by the canvas. The Rock chants break out, as he slowly gets to his feet, but so does Benoit. The two slowly turn around and meet eye to eye in the center of the ring, as Benoit lays some heavy chops into the Rock. He toss's him against the ropes, and goes for a clothesline but miss's because the Rock ducks it. The Rocks bounces off the opposite rope and delivers a big time DDT. He gets up and motions for the People's elbow. He kicks Benoit's arm, and slowly takes off the arm pad. The fans are going crazy. as he toss's the arm pad out into the crowd. He runs against both ropes on both side of the ring and delivers THE PEOPLE'S ELBOW!! It's over right here.... 1... 2... BENOIT KICKS OUT!!! The rock can't believe it. The rock gets up, and pulls Benoit up, and is about ready to hook up and go for the Rock Bottom, but out of no where Benoit pulls the Rocks trunks and delivers the Rock into a small package. The referee makes the count, 1.... 2.... 3!!!! BENOIT DID IT!! WHAT AN UPSET!  -]]]

[[[- We cut backstage again, as we see Austin walking down the hallway, as he walks into his dressing room, and shuts the door. Suddenly The Undertaker is seen at the door as Austin closes it. He smiles demonically, as he open up the door. Austin sees him, as The Undertaker shuts the door and we hear the pounding begin. Austin is getting brutally attacked in his own dressing room. As suddenly it all stops as The Undertaker slowly leaves as we listen to his comments... -]]]

The Undertaker: Austin... I told you I wasn't playing with you last week! Stay out of my way boy!

[[[- From there, the camera zooms up on a knocked out, and bloody Stone Cold Steve Austin. Will Austin be able to compete tonight? What has the Undertaker done? It looks like Austin is going to need some serious medical attention.  -]]]

Shawn Stasiak vs Cactus Jack

[[[- After watching that brutal attack by the Undertaker on Stone cold Steve Austin. We return once again to the ring where we see the capacity crowd on hand for tonight's show as suddenly 'THE MECCA OF MANHOOD' is heard as out from the back to his loud, blaring music. Wearing pink tights, with black lettering, walks the primped up 'Mecca of Manhood' Shawn Stasiak, and at his side is the 'leggy' and beautiful Stacy Kiebler. Stacy gives us a little dance and then the two walk hand and hand down the ramp-way as Stasiak just mocks the fans sitting at ringside, as they boo him all the way down to the ring. Few cheers peak out, but only for Stacy. He walks up the steel steps and holds the ropes for Stacy, as she steps through, as Stasiak follows. He gets into the ring and climbs up and stands on the middle rope. The fans boo like mad as he poses for them all. From there the loud noise is heard as we hear Cactus Jack's theme music blast, as out from the back shooting off his fingers is Cactus Jack, he runs down the ramp, rolls into the ring and immediately gets attacked by Stasiak with some hard kicks to the kidneys. Stasiak continues to lay a beat down on him. Cactus tries to fight his way up but can't. Cactus tries with all his might but Stasiak is just too much for him. Cactus gets kicked in the mid section and then power bombed viciously to the canvas. Stasiak, makes the cover, as the referee calls for the pin, 1.... 2.... 3!!! Stasiak has just destroyed Cactus Jack amazingly! After the match Stacy enters the ring and celebrates with her man in the center of the ring, as both leave, and walk back up the ramp way together, hand in hand. As Stasiak is mocking a fan, he slowly turns around only to meet 'The monster himself' BROCK LESNAR!!! Lesnar is standing there waiting for him. He picks up Stasiak and delivers a front face Slam on the top of the ramp way leaving Stasiak motionless. What in the hell is this all about? Stasiak is a mess, as Stacy screams for some medical attention, as a bunch of EMS guys come to his aid with a stretcher. . -]]]

[[[- The scene flashes to the backstage area where "The Game" Triple H is giving a pep talk to his 'student' "The Heartbreaker" Evan Karagis. -]]]

Triple H: Alright kid, listen up. You have some impressive skills, and you got balls, but you need to get that attitude. You need to take this more serious than anyone else in the business. You need to be the most vicious man in all of wrestling. You need to learn how to be sadistic. You want to be a star kid?  

Evan Karagis: I already am a star.  

Triple H: You think you're a star? You aint nothing! Now if you want to be the best man in this business, pay real close attention cause this is how it's done.

[[[-Triple H turns away from Evan Karagis and begins to make his way towards the ring for his match.-]]]

Eddie Gurerro vs Triple H

[[[- From there we see 'LATINO HEAT!!!!' plays as out from the back slowly walking down out from the back walks the slick, and stylish, 'Latino Heat' Himself... Eddie Guerrero. He walks out and down the ramp way. He walks up the steel steps and into the ring where he walks over and screams at all the front row fans from the ring, as suddenly the lights go out, as 'TIME TO PLAY THE GAME!!' is heard as the roar from the crowd is heard. Suddenly as MotorHead's smash hit 'It's all about the Game' is played, out from the back with his head down, and a full water bottle in hand. He pours it on himself as he gears up and walks down the ramp. He walks to ringside, where he gets up on the ring apron, pours more water on him, and takes on huge gulp. He then toss's the water out into the crowd for a lucky fan, as he looks out amongst the screaming Triple H fans, as he looks up and spits his water out into a huge watery mist. He gives a huge evil stare to the fans as he charges into the ring, where he gets and stands on the middle rope and flex's his muscles and gets the fans going. As suddenly without notice, Eddie Guerrero attacks him from behind. the lights quickly come back up, as Guerrero is doing a number on Triple H. The game staggers back into the corner as Eddie stomps away on the game. He pulls back and stomps some more. The crowd is livid at the events they are seeing. Eddie just mocks Triple H and executes one more hard kick to the midsection. Eddie then pulls Triple h up by the head and screams at him. Triple H then gets a sudden charge of adrenaline, and blocks a big punch by Eddie and delivers with a punch of his own as this time he backs Eddie back into the opposite corner and delivers some big kicks. Triple H picks up Guerrero then and throws him off the ropes and slams Eddies head down on Triple H's knee as he goes for the cover, 1.... 2.... KICKOUT! Guerrero slowly gets up and Triple H is motioning for the pedigree. Eddie gets up, and Triple H kicks Guerrero in the gut, But Eddy blocks it and grabs both legs and sweeps Triple H and delivers a low blow. Triple H is holding the groin area. Eddy quickly rush's to the top rope and out of no where delivers the 5 STAR FROG SPLASH!!! He hooks the leg, 1... 2... 3!!! Eddie gets the win out of no where!   -]]]

[[[- We cut backstage Once more as we see Dawn Marie chewing her gum, and playing with her hair, as she is fixing her boobs, as suddenly Evan Karagious walks up and passed her, as he turns around with a large grin on his face... -]]]

Evan Karagis: HELLLLLLLLLLLLOOO!! Damn girl... you look F-I-N-E tonight!!

Dawn Marie: Hehe... thanks honey, you look good yourself!

Evan Karagis: You see me out there, helping Triple H beat the living hell out of that punk Eddie Guerrero?

Dawn Marie: Yea that was great! Good job... uhh... I think!

Evan Karagis: Thanks baby...

[[[- Just then Lance Storm walks up to Dawn, as we listen in once more.... -]]]

Lance Storm: Dawn, come on let's go... I have to get ready for my match tonight with Shane Douglas.

Evan Karagis: Hey hold on there a second pal... I was talking to her, and if you ask me, I don't think she's ready to leave yet.

Lance Storm: Well too bad nobody asked you 'PAL'... now bug off, come on Dawn!

[[[- Storm grabs Dawn's hand as they start to walk off together, hand in hand, but then Evan Karagious gets ticked off, and grabs a steel chair laying on the floor beside him, as he winds up and drills Lance Storm in the back hard. Storm goes down, as Dawn runs off screaming. Evan just throws the chair down and screams... -]]]

Evan Karagis: YOU WANT SOME OF ME? YOU WANT SOME OF 'THE HEARTBREAKER'? DON'T EVER MOVE IN ON A GIRL OF MINE... EVER!

[[[- Evan walks off very upset as Storm lays there motionless... -]]]

Raven vs Chris Jericho

[[[- The match begins as we fade away from the back after the Storm/Karagious segment as we suddenly hear the countdown begins to play as '5... 4... 3... 2... 1........ BOOM!! BREAK THE WALLS DOWN' is heard as seen at the top of the ramp way with both arms out to his side with his back to the ring is 'Y2J' himself, Chris Jericho. He turns around and begins his way down the ramp and down to ringside. The fans boo him like mad as he walks up the steel steps, and on the ring apron. He looks out to the large mass of fans as they just continue to boo him. He steps through the ropes as he just laughs. Suddenly the lights stay out as the sound of a crow is heard as out from the back, with a flannel around his waist and a leather jacket on, walks the incomparable... Raven! Raven stops at the top of the ramp with both arms out to his side showing the 'crucifix' symbol. as he then walks down the ramp way and up the steel steps, through the ropes, and into the ring where he charges at Jericho, as Jericho catches him, and toss's him out of the ring. The fans boo the whole match, due to hating both men. Raven returns to the ring where Jericho lays it into Raven hard. Raven falls down, as Jericho delivers THE LIONSAULT!! Jericho gets up and goes for the pin, 1... 2... Kickout. Raven gets up and takes down Y2J with a leg sweep and goes for the figure four, but Jericho kicks himself out of it, and hops up and pops on the WALLS OF JERICHO!!! Raven quickly taps out, and this match is over like that! Raven never had a chance, Jericho completely destroys Raven! -]]]

[[[- All of a sudden the arena lights go out in a blink of an eye. As the fans all quiet down for a bit and many of them put up their lighters on the lighten up the arena and then all of a sudden you hear a very familiar voice come on the P-A system as the picture on the Era-tron is still bit fuzzy -]]]

Anonymous: Steven...Steven...Steven...in the battle of good and evil that you wish to embark on...who represent good and who represents evil?..

[[[- Then the picture finally clears up as we are now sure that is indeed 'The Goth Prince' Gangrel in a dark room in which he has his accomplice, the lovely, but deadly 'Lady Death' Alicia Webb. And  behind both of them are the three young men that followed them out of the 'Marilyn Manson' concert a few nights ago. As they all just stand there frozen like statues as Gangrel begins to speak on. -]]]

'The Goth Prince' Gangrel: An interesting inquiry indeed...as you may think you are doing this for the goodness of mankind...many people think differently, as this is your battle to rid the world of what you think is 'immoral'. But you see my dear foe, this has become more than just a battle for the goodness of mankind, because what is pleasurable to the youth of the world, is all that you think is...sinful, but is it Steven?...where is it written that we cannot smoke?...that we cannot listen to rock music?...that we cannot solve our issues with violence...?...These four souls that stand beside me are mere examples, that the things you've labeled 'sinful' are the things that ordinary human beings consider to be just a  natural of life....so why is it you want to take these things away from them?...We both it will not make the world a better place, as I've said before, it is too late for mother earth to become desirable again...but I know why you do it Steven, indeed I do. [[[- Gangrel finishes what he has said as the chilling words will be sure have gotten to 'Mr RTC' Steven Richards. As the scene slowly fades away as Gangrel looks up and just smiles...a very sickening one indeed. As we go onto our next match. -]]]

Steven Richards vs Scott Hall

[[[- After the rather odd backstage segment, we return yet again to the ring, as the fans are sort of scared now after seeing the rather bizarre Gangrel segment. Suddenly The sirens blast over the PA system as out from the back, wearing black pants, a white shirt and tie, walks the man who prepares to 'Censer all' Steven Richards. He walks out to a loud mixed reactions, of mainly boo's. He walks down the ramp way and into the ring where he does no posing, but just staring into the lights above. As suddenly The sound of a wolf in the night is heard, as the rap song by Public Enemy is played as out from the back with his hair slicked back, and his toothpick in his mouth, walks the smooth, 'Bad Guy' himself... Scott Hall. He stops at the top of the ramp way and throws out both arms and smiles a bit. He then starts his way down the ramp and into the ringside area, where he walks up the steel steps, and into the ring, where he steps through the ropes, and flicks his toothpick at Steven Richards. Richards shrugs it off and nods heavily. Hall then takes his thumbs and quickly points to himself as he then throws his arms out to his side once more and poses to all the fans, as Richards can take no more of it and brutally attacks Hall from behind. Hall quickly staggers to one knee, as Steven continues to nail him. Hall gets up and delivers a round house fist to the face. Steven falls back into the ropes as Hall then quickly takes advantage of it and toss's Steven against the ropes and executes a perfect clothesline. He picks Steven up and slams him back first to the mat, and then delivers a leg drop. Steven slowly gets to his feet but Hall catches him and drives his elbow into his sternum. Richards thrives in pain, but isn't out yet. Hall toss's Richards against the ropes and waits for Richards by ducking, wanting to deliver a back body drop, but Steven stops before he can, and sticks Hall's head between his legs and executes a powerbomb heard around the arena. the fans give a huge 'AWWW' as he picks up Hall and throws him into the corner, and backs off as Hall suddenly charges at him, but to no avail, and runs right into a huge Censor Kick. This one's over as Richards makes the cover, 1... 2... 3!!! Steven gets one hell of a impressive win here tonight, fair and square.  -]]]
