Well that's very difficult to say. But I do have a memory of a match that would depict something like this happening. It was almost a year ago.... (Fade to cloudiness)

Adrenaline 2004 - Death Match - Chris Mavrick V. AceJack

This was the last match between these two before they formed a team out of respect and common interest in partying. They had already lit a chair on fire and the flames continued to burn on Mavricks back. No, Mavricks back on fire was not the sickest. So nearing the end of the match Mavrick lifted AceJack up into a tombstone position and stepped on top of a shopping cart. The move would've been great on the shopping cart, if the shopping cart didn't move. The shopping cart preceded to move out from under Mavrick and both men fell horrible down on top of the cart and certain "parts" landed on certain "pointy areas"...and no one was injured. Or at least not that they said so. This match also was nominated for Match of the Year this passing year in NGW?
