After the NOWF returned from hiatus, the Intercontinental title was put up for grabs in a tournament. The finals took place at November To Remember, where Bret Hart took on Scott Williams. Williams had a former ally though, Kyle Ca$h, that showed up and now revealed himself as an enemy -- distracting him -- and allowing Hart to get the win.
