DATELINE FLASH! - (TWW) Police sources confirm that they are investigating the activities of Mr. James T. Moonshine of Bug Tussle, in their on-going probe into the mysterious death of Don Tennant.

"We can confirm that," said Sergeant Richard York of The Police Department, when asked by our reporter whether the rumour of the investigation was true. "Mr. Moonshine is under investigation."

Police have reportedly searched his shack twice, and have taken most of Moonshine's belongings into evidenciary custodianship. "We still have a number of abandoned cars to search through," said Officer Morris Tripp, "and then there's the old school bus that he apparently uses for target practice."

Mr. Moonshine's whereabouts are unknown. "We aren't quite sure where he is," said Officer Tripp, "but all we want to do is talk to him."

Moonshine's nearest neighbor, Pearlie Blackpowder told our reporter that Moonshine, "seldom come home 'fore Thuhsday, he b'n out a-drinkin'." Blackpowder also expressed an interest in finding Moonshine, since, "He done borried one mah scarecrows nigh on two years ago," adding, "and Ah wants it back."

Representatives of Mr. Tennant's estate were unavailable for comment.
