The Ottawa fans are on their feet as the show starts with fireworks followed by a Red Alert video package. The first match gets underway as Mysery takes on The Renegade in singles competition. This match was made a few weeks ago when these two had a disagreement in a battle royal to determine a #1 contender for the European championship. Renegade gets an early near fall after delivering a belly to back suplex off the second rope but Mysery kicks out. Halfway through the match Eddie Valentine makes his SIW debut accompanied by his manager Vernon as they join Katie and Jimmy at commentary. Valentine is wearing a Mysery t-shirt and says he’s a big fan of the psychotic superstar. Renegade goes for the Slam Jam DDT but Mysery counters with a back body drop. Mysery gets the big win on ppv via pin fall after delivering the Torture Soul. After the match, Valentine enters the ring to introduce himself but Mysery responds by punching him in his face and viciously choking him in the middle of the ring. Vernon calls out road agents who rush out to stop Mysery.
A video package is shown for the next pay per view Unhallowed Desires on October 29, 2006. Don’t miss all the top Monday Night Brawl & Carnage superstars live from Madison Square Garden in New York City!
The next match is for the World Tag Team championship as the champs Vince Aprali & Metal Moses take on the Intolerables “Disco Duck” Jimmy Cefalo & Russel McPiledriverton. Lack of communication affects the champs in this match. However the Intolerables display great team work in their ppv return and take the win after Cefalo pins Moses after delivering the Disco Ball of Doom. After the match, Disco and Russ celebrate in the ring with the World Tag Team titles.
The fans get a nice surprise as “The Greatest One” Matt Uzi makes his way to ringside. No one has seen the SIW Hall of Famer since “The Living Dead” Duane Doogan put him out of action at Summersonic. Uzi says it’s great to be back in a SIW ring and has some great news for SIW fans. On Christmas Eve at Road To Glory, Matt Uzi will make his return to the ring against an unknown opponent. As the fans start an “Uzi” chant the lights go out and Duane Doogan appears on the Trevortron and tells Uzi he’s lucky to be alive but he will soon rot in hell. The lights come back on and Doogan in standing behind Uzi. As the “Greatest One” turns around, Doogan delivers a chokeslam and then powerbomb’s him over the top rope and into the Spanish table.
The SIW Women’s Championship was up for grabs between Liana Lewis, Xtina & Angelica Hunt in one of the best triple threat diva matches of all time. Liana and clearly the crowd favorite Xtina double team Angie at the beginning and send her to the outside with a double clothesline. Liana and Xtina don’t waste anytime and fight each other and then we see TJD and Hannah Parks walk down the ramp both busted up from last Monday. Liana has the match won after delivering Liana’s Flow to Angie and covers but TJD pulls her out of the ring and nails her with a standing clothesline. TJD puts Liana in a headlock and drops her with a running bulldog while Hannah distracts Xtina who’s dominating the match. Xtina drop kicks Hannah off the apron and her right breast pops out and lands right in TJD’s mouth as she falls on him Liana. Angie rolls up Xtina from behind with a handful of tights and steals the huge win. After the match, TJD and Hannah avoid a beating from Xtina and a steel chair as they escape through the crowd. Titan who’s on crutches, Terror Soule and Olivia Danger come out and celebrate with Angelica.
Angel rides his bike to ringside alone. Angel says that he had a few things to get off his chest but unfortunately Jessie couldn’t make the trip to the nation’s capital. Angel says it should be himself against C-Mac competing for his halo in the main event but instead he has the night off. Angel says that’s alright but tomorrow night on Brawl he’s going to end his feud with EBW once and for all by taking out their leader Grunge. Angel says after he beats Grunge he’s going to put the EBW Championship in the trash and set that son of a bitch on fire.
A recap from Monday Night Brawl is played. It shows footage of Craig almost putting C-Mac out of action six days before the ppv during their bench pressing competition. Despite doctors orders, C-Mac has chosen to compete tonight and defend the SIW Championship like a fighting champion.
JaeVeli takes on Bozzman in the next match for the SIW European Championship. JaeVeli says last Monday was the first and last time that he’s going to tap out to Bozzman. JaeVeli dominates the beginning of the match but then gets frustrated as Bozz takes over by countering a lot moves. After a german suplex, Bozz delivers a backbreaker and then applies the Bozzinator leaving JaeVeli in pain but manages to reach the ropes to break the move. Bozz delivers a running bulldog and then applies the half bozzton crab but JaeVeli refuses to tap out and rolls to the outside. A frustrated JaeVeli takes Hayden’s chair and then smashes it over Bozzman’s skull and gets disqualified. After the match, JaeVeli holds his back as he’s helped backstage by paramedics and may have suffered some injuries.
On October 11, 2006, the SIW will present Wednesday War live on CBS. The classic event will feature members from both brands Brawl and Carnage.
Before the main event, Ragin’ Craig cuts a promo with Jack Kent and says he’s worked his whole life for this opportunity to become the SIW Champion. Craig compares himself with past legendary SIW Champions such as Conviction, American Bulldog & Ninja and dedicates his match to his wife Jill and kid Alex who are at their new home watching the event live.
The last match was a bloody last man standing match between Ragin’ Craig and Chris Macavedi for the SIW Championship. The match quickly goes backstage where Craig chokes C-Mac with a camera wire and then smashes then camera on his head. C-Mac is down but gets up at the eight count. Craig continues his assault and clotheslines the champion over a crate and then crushes C-Mac into the wall with the crate. A bloody C-Mac gets up at nine and takes control of the match with a surprise drop toe hold. C-Mac takes the fight back to the entrance ramp then whips Craig into the Red Alert sign and smashes it causing an explosion. Craig is cut up bleeding everywhere and C-Mac hits a vicious Italian leg sweep. Both men are down for the count but they both get back to their feet at eight. C-Mac hits a DDT on the entrance ramp and then sets up a table and puts a chair on top of it.
