Hartford Civic Center
Hartford, Connecticut

Road To Glory arrived at the Hartford Civic Center live on pay per view and the first match got underway for the SIW Lightweight championship between OG Valentino and “The Street Kid” David O’Connor. Titan gave O’Connor one more chance to prove himself in this best two out of three match. Fans were entertained by Carnage’s high flying lightweight action which saw the first fall happen when O’Connor landed on his feet after OG attempted a belly to back and then leveled the champ with the Crash Effect to get a pin fall. Moments later, the champ caught O’Connor off guard and pinned him to get the second fall after delivering the Pena de Muerte. OG got many near falls but Street Kid kept himself in the match and eventually picked up the win after delivering the Street Bomb and won the SIW Lightweight Championship.

The next segment was a parody of Liana Lewis’ contract signing. Since Liana decided to pull a no show Banks and TJD decided to expose her as the selfish bitch that she is. Famous hooker Divine Brown played Liana, Titan was her dad Tyson Lewis, TJD was Grampy Joe, Doogan was brother Joey, Bishop was brother Ben, Uzi who was still in a wheel chair played brother Tony and Banks played himself. TJD wore Satan horns and started shouting “Devil” like an old senile fool imitating Gramps Lewis. Liana wore an “I love Craig” shirt and jumped around shouting “12 million”. Banks told her to shut up because she was only getting 3.8 million and the rest was going to charity. Liana started to cry to Daddy Titan who called TJD a bastard and started yelling repeatedly “kick me in the nuts”. Banks asked her brothers all dressed like trailer park trash what they thought of her demands. Joey said Liana pees her bed, Ben said she never graduated from high school. Banks asked Tony why the hell he was in a wheel chair and he said Liana beat him up and stole his life savings of $17 out of his piggy bank. Banks asked Liana why she had a problem with giving the money to the Katrina victims in New Orleans and she said that they were all ugly people and the American government doesn’t even care about them. They decided to call out her boyfriend the A.O.A Glenn Kirby and asked him to try and talk some sense in her but he couldn’t reason with Devine. Banks then shocked everyone by firing him and told him to leave the building. As Banks ripped up her contract, Liana Lewis’ music hit and then a pitbul wearing a mini Liana t-shirt ran out to the ring and bit Devine Brown in the ass. Security ran out in protective suits while the rest of them managed to conveniently escape.

Monday Night Brawl’s SIW Women’s championship was on the line in the next match as “The Southern Belle” Alora Wright accompanied by Randall took on Xtina who was accompanied by Regina Todd. The match was just as intense as last Monday as both competitors wanted nothing more but to walk out with the gold. Xtina and Alora took turns and kicking each other down in the corner and ripped each other apart. Regina tried to get involved but Randall held her back. Regina responded by scratching his face and biting him hard on his hand. The match ended when Xtina delivered a side slam and pinned Alora while Regina held her feet down from the outside. After the match, Regina nailed Randall with a low blow while Xtina pulled out a set of clippers from under the ring to shave Alora’s head. Moments later, the SIW European Champion Chris Macavedi rushed out and saved his girlfriend from those two jezebels. C-Mac and Alora hugged as she received a standing ovation for her efforts against the evil Xtina.

Former SIW North American Champion Armani Styles has been filming commercials in Japan and his first one was aired on pay per view. We saw Armani introducing a new line of Preparation H cream which got a lot of laughs. How can this be better than wrestling in the SIW?

In a Carnage match, Metalgod came out with Heaven and took on Dark Tiger who was accompanied by Fire Fox in a Glass Table match for the SIW Extreme Championship. Tiger was impressive in the match and used his size to his advantage. Metalgod managed to get the big man down after breaking a hockey stick over his head. Metalgod jumped to the outside with a flying body press but Tiger caught him in mid air and rammed his back into the ring post. Fire Fox pushed Heaven into the security wall and then closelined her on the entrance ramp. Metalgod won his beloved championship back after he pushed Tiger off the top rope and through the table leaving him all bloody in chards of glass.

TJD was backstage giving orders to Ian Bishop and Duane Doogan. He told them since they were screwed out of a match at the pay per view; their purpose was to ruin the main event. He told them to put Angel and Grunge in their place and hospitalize them.

The show continued as the World Tag Team Champions from Brawl Metal Moses & Jed Snyder took on the SIW Tag Team Champions A.P.B from Carnage. Very competitive match which ended when Klubber leveled Moses off the apron with an elbow to his face while Walker pinned Snyder after delivering the Natural Brainbuster. After the match, A.P.B celebrated in the ring with both the SIW and World Tag team Championships until The Ghost & Rick Theodore ran out to ringside and all hell broke loose in the ring. Dozens of staff members and road agents rushed to the ring to hold the teams apart.

Jack Kent and Christina York announced that on January 29, the Monday Night Brawl superstars will all be at Assault 2006 live from the Palace Of Auburn Hills in Michigan. The main event is rumored to be a barbed wire steel cage match. Tickets go on sale next Tuesday.

Former SIW Heavyweight Champion James Airington challenged James Muret for the Money In The Banks briefcase on Carnage which led to the next ladder match. Muret gave it all he had in this brutal match but lost momentum when Airington superplexed him off the top rope into the steel ladder. Late in the match, Muret climbed the ladder but as he reached for the briefcase, Airington was also at the top and AirSlammed his ass to the canvas leaving both of them in a world of hurt. The both climbed back up the ladder and Airington punched Muret off and reached for the briefcase to win the match.

Christina York interviewed Hannah Parks, Alora Wright & Randall before the next match. Randall called Regina a vicious animal an dsaid he might have rabies. Hannah said that tomorrow night on Monday Night Brawl, those bitches Regina and Xtina will pay for everything. She said that Alora should be the Women’s Champion not Xtina and they will prove it when they defeat them in tag team action. Hannah said that it was her turn to get a crack at Xtina and challenged her to a match at Assault 2006.

The SIW North American Champion Bozzman took on SIW European Champion Chris Macavedi in another Brawl against Carnage match. They delivered the match of the night and kept the fans on their feet. Bozzman managed to lock in the Bozzinator but C-Mac did everything he could to reach the ropes and break the hold. Bozz applied the move again and C-Mac was close to tapping out but he managed to get out of it by rolling over and kicking Bozz in the head. C-Mac delivered the Kiss Of Death Dominator and went for a cover but Bozzman shocked everyone by kicking out. The match ended in a draw after the referee announced that they had reached the time limit. Both competitors shook hands and raised each others hands in victory.

Titan came out wearing an old Hartford Whalers jersey and called out the divas for Titan’s Bikini Party Contest. Liana Lewis was a no show but the rest of them were looking hotter than ever. The crowd decided on who looked the best in a bikini, Hannah, Regina, Envy as a sexy elf, Playboy’s Michelle, Angelica or Heaven Lee dressed as Heaven Clause. Titan got the sound guy to play “I’m too Sexy” as he got the crowd to judge and by loud response, Envy was awarded the winner. Regina and Hannah got into a catfight while Heaven and Envy took down Michelle. Titan tried to get a kiss from Angelica but she slapped him instead and told him to behave. Fire Fox then rushed to the ring with a steel chair and leveled Heaven and Envy across their skulls. Fire Fox then double closelined Hannah and Regina out of the ring. Titan covered Angelica as they both made an exit. Not even Titan wanted anything to do with this mad woman.

SIW Hardcore Champion JD Stars and Ragin’ Craig who left Jill in the back worked hard to make it to this pay per view. They both won tournaments on their respective brands to get a shot at their champion if they win at RTG. As soon as the bell rang both men were focused on wining this Brawl vs Carnage match. Craig delivered a powerslam and then dropped an elbow but Stars kicked out of the cover. Craig charged Stars in the corner but the former World Tag Team champion moved and Craig nailed the ring post shoulder first. Stars hit a DDT and then went for the Stars Reached. As he climbed the turnbuckle, Craig grabbed him and dropped him with a power press slam. Craig silenced all his critics after he leveled JD with the Rage Factor and pinned him to win the match. As Craig celebrated, JD stood at the entrance ramp looking on and out of nowhere, Shawn Orka nailed him from behind with a led pipe to his skull and then leveled him with a spine buster on the entrance ramp. Orka took a good look at the hardcore belt and then threw back on JD.

Maurice Bad cut a promo with Jack Kent saying that people like Renegade made him sick. He said children are watching wrestling and they don’t need to be seeing blood and ruthless violence. He said they also don’t need to be exposed to nudity displayed by the sluts that work for the SIW. As he ranted, Santa Clause appeared and told Maurice how appropriate that his last name was Bad. Santa told him he’s been very bad and all he was getting for Christmas was a taste of a set of brass knuckles. Santa punched out Maurice with the brass knucks and then took off his beard and hat only to reveal himself as non other than The Renegade. The Definition of Hardcore put the santa bag over his head and then smashed him several times with a folded steel chair.

SIW Champion Grunge who was accompanied by his political advisor Drako took on the SIW Heavyweight Champion Angel. Grunge took a cheap shot at Angel before the bell rang but Angel fought back and executed a nice flying closeline off the ropes. As the match progressed, Duane Doogan and Ian Bishop walked down the ramp with black baseball bats in their hands. Angel and Grunge continued their fight as Drako was beaten down to the ground by Doogan and Bishop. Soon after, Doogan and Bishop entered the ring and beat down official Frank Wellington and both competitors with the bats. Bishop nailed Angel with the Cyclone and Doogan leveled Grunge with the DooganDT. As they stood in the ring with the fans booing them, out of the blue Doogan hit Bishop with the DooganDT in the middle of the ring. This prompted Titan to send out his SIW Tag champs A.P.B to the ring to take out Doogan. Banks replied by sending out his World Tag champs Moses & Snyder. As all six men rumbled in the ring, Titan decided to send out Ragin’ Craig & Bozzman. Banks sent out JD Stars & C-Mac. It was pandemonium in the ring between Brawl and Carnage not even Polar’s security team could break it up. The show went off the air as more wrestlers from each brand decided to join in the big fight.
